Do not support this business, now that the mask mandate has mostly ended and we have found out masks do little to nothing, this store has decided to self impose there own restriction and make a political statement that YOU are not welcome without covering your face “vaccine or not” as the door clearly states. They made there statement so buy your stuff elsewhere! There are hundreds of stores in Oregon and Washington.
Helpful. Not a lot of apparel when I was there, but nice KTM gear.
Great people. Thank you so much for all the help. You made my grandsons year. Mitchell, Scott and all the team there rock!!!!
Wow! Thank you G.P! Swung in today for a jet on the ol ktm.... Had it, plus primary. Wait for it .... Yup, bar grips and air cleaner on shelf in stock.. when I walked in I was greeted, thinking kay, here we go.... Nope. No pressure. Gotta paruse and stroll like I owned the place. Super cool peeps and if ya ask they share. Definition of great experiences. Keep up the good work gang
Scott was great! No pressure sales, very knowledgeable about KTM inventory, great customer service throughout entire buying experience. Highly recommend Gresham Powersports if a KTM is what youre looking for, we bought 2! Christmas came early🎄🎁
I was thinking about buying a dirt bike but wasnt sure what I wanted or needed. I stopped in at Gresham Power Sports & the staff were very helpful without being pushy. (I hate pushy!) They explained everything I wanted to know so on my second trip I bought a great bike that I am super happy with. Got a fantastic deal!I am taking my wife with me this weekend to get her a bike so we can ride together.
Hope to use as a dealer supply. However the inventory is limited. One of the few suppliers for Bad Boy mowers.
Easy and nice! Got my new bike.
Boy I got the run around trying to find some SSR Pit Bikes seriously thank God I called these guys I got exactly the bikes I wanted and exactly the colors I wanted and way less than the other guy dont waste your time going anywhere elseI,m now editing this review I wanted to putTo five stars but you can only review oneI came back for yet another bike very happy with the bikes I already bought make sure you ask for mitchFrom this day on I buy anything for my motorcycle I will be driving from Washington to Oregon with a smile on my face!
Great place, Awesome people!!!
Having purchased 3+ new Ktms in the past as well as new utv’s from various dealers. This has stood out as BY FAR the most souring experience with any dealer.
I recently purchased a Waverunner from Gresham Powersports and had a great experience. When I was searching I contacted about 10 different dealers all over Oregon and Washington. Everyone else I called gave me the typical dealer experience, with confusing pricing estimates and games like let me run that by my manager or thats a really popular unit and well sell it by the weekend, blah, blah, blah.... Nate at Gresham Powersports offered competitive pricing, but even better was that he was very straightforward and easy to deal with.Once we worked out all the numbers I came to pick up my ski and noticed a scratch on the hull. Things happen, no big deal, but instead of giving me a bunch of excuses and nonsense, Nate was happy to make things right. The rest of the staff is also very courteous and helpful, which is a huge plus. When I inevitably end up buying another ski (you cant go long with just one, right?) Ill definitely be returning here.
Very helpful, great customer service amd I highly recommend!!!
I bought my first bike at Gresham Powersports and I couldnt be happier with the experience. I came down from Vancouver and visited several other dealers that seemed more interested in selling me what they had in stock rather than what fit the style of riding I wanted to do. It felt like the traditional car buying experience. But here things were different.Scott took the time to answer all my questions (over a couple hours) to make sure that I was purchasing the right bike for my skill level and what I wanted to do (KTM 390 Adv). He didnt upsell me, and didnt try to sell me something that was out of my skillset. He took the time in order for me to be comfortable with my purchase, no pressure, it was a relaxed and fun experience. I really love motorcycling and so do the guys here.I found the same with the extra parts I purchased from Grady, they give you 20% off parts and accessories from the same manufacturer of your new bike. I had the parts put on by the service guys and Nathan took the time to show me some maintenance techniques. Im glad I found these guys, Ive already got my next bike in mind, hmm, 701 Enduro or 890 Adv R.
I just bought a used waverunner about 2 months ago. Before I took it outfor the first time I decided to take it in for a safety inspection. I was expecting a call from Nathan (Tech) with some awful news or he would be trying to up sell me. Instead, I got totally the opposite. Told me what I needed and what to watch for. Picked up my toy and off to the river. After, a day at the river, starting having issues with waverunner. Dying wont stay running. Again, back to Nathan. This time did not go so well. It took a little time after I dropped it off before I got the call. Something was going on internally that he could not move forward to diagnose. He gave some ideas what it maybe. But, honest enough to say Al, I dont have the tools to be able to get into the engine. Nathan, I felt was very sincere in giving me the bad news as well unable to fix it. So much so he did not charge me for his time. People I work in the car service. Im here to tell you its hard to find someone to trust. And, care about their work and their customers. I give 10 stars to Powersports tech Nathan he is totally amazing. I will be back!!!!
I went to the new location today but it had restrictions for covid stuff and a sales table outside and they were making it work.I drive by two other KTM dealers on my way to Gresham for better customer service.I will hold out for 2021 Six Days pricing $ Tpi300x2 to see how they treat return buyers on the high-end bikes.Might consider a Husky also. Thanks Guys
Hands down the best KTM Dealer in the NorthWest. Bought multiple bikes from Scott and Mitch over the years, they truly are top notch salesmen. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family, yet are not pushy at all. Grady and Judy in Parts always calls me if something is going on with delivery and always keeping me in the loop. Nathen and Steve in service has helped me with multiple Project bikes; their knowledge and expertise is 100% spot on.Everyone at Gresham Powersports is amazing, I will not do business with anyone but them!
Friendly knowledgeable staff
What can I say. Ive been here a several dozen times for parts, simple questions, chit/chat and every time I have been a happy customer. Scott has helped me numerous times with parts I need or questions, their mechanics have answered my several questions and Judy has helped with ordering parts and dealing with my sarcasm. :) Out of the several motorcycle shops in the Portland/Gresham area this is my favorite. Without a doubt. Ive been to all of them and their customer service is severely lacking.
Great people
Very helpful and informative will be back
Great guys! They helped me to save money, nice and gentle. They are all about honesty. Im a satisfied customer. Thank you
I drove 30 miles from Hillsboro to see and test ride, only to find out that KTM interlocks ignition out. So salesman Scott told me. Bull *!KTM DEALERS MAKE THAT CHOICE. According to KTM representative. Waste of my time and fuel 😒. Wont be back!Iain Fenyves. Motosports Hillsboro KTM DEALERS you can ride and then 😉 make an educated decision to buy or not. Thank you 😊.
I just today body a used KTM from your dealership. The attention and detail that Mitch gave me, I would have thought I was buying the most expensive bike in the place. I don’t live in Oregon, but I will always buy what your selling. Thanks again Mitch!!
Excellent knowledge and service. Scott and Mitch were really helpful, and I couldnt recommend this place more.
Great staff!
This is a great little shop! The sales guy Mitch is on the ball, and very cool. He has his roots in the local racing and gets it. 5 stars from me.
I went into Gresham Powersports after reading reviews from other shops which did not make me want to do business there. I came in on a Saturday with a dry rotted front tire and they gave me a deal on a Rosso tire. I was blown away at how good the customer service is at this place! Nathan went above and beyond in his work. I was in and out in a hour. I will be coming to this place for any future purchases or needs. Thanks Nathan you made my weekend!
Needed new jets for my motorcycle and called before coming in to ensure they had what I needed. Their representative assured me that they had the parts... After driving 30 minutes I was informed otherwise and was told to visit Pro Caliber in Vancouver. Not impressed with these guys.
Very good people, price was better that quoted and was done with service sooner than they had estimated.Definitely will bring my motorcycle back.Very happy!!
Kick out people for not making their 2 month old. Both parents were masked. Terrible business, dont reccomend
Great crew, especially Mitch! We spoke at the phone and they were clear with everything and made a really good offer, so I went in to test the bike. It was raining and I wasnt sure what to do after the test and needed more time. Mitch was very helpful and instead of trying to convince me he tried to understand what my concerns were, explained a bit more and suggested I think before buying it. He always followed up and made it easy to do whatever I thought its best.Overall its clear that they arent looking to close deals quickly at any cost, but instead are looking for long term, happy and loyal customers. Thanks guys!
Girlfriend down the scooter she wanted there so she bought it not that special
Awesome helpful staff. Good little spot to buy a new ktm or husky. They sell decent gear too.
Our amazing salesman, Mitch, made the process of buying my daughters KTM 150 sx awesome. Painless and easy. I highly recommend buying from them. You also get a 20% discount on oil and parts through them if you buy a bike. Cant beat their prices, either!
Bought a husky here. It’s great. The shop is great. Very helpful. NOT pushy, which is how I knew I’d end up buying from them.
Locally owned and operated, Gresham Powersports is my go to for all things KTM and Husqvarna. We have a slew of dirtscooters at home and GP has always provided the ultimate experience. These guys know bikes and parts and they have always given me honest feedback, help and good prices.Dont shop online, shop the small guys. 👌
Ok service. In the store, they said theyd call back to update me on the financing status of one of their bikes. Never called or got back to me but expected me to buy the bike by the end of the month or else no deal. To my benefit, I continued looking at the bikes and it was further discounted the next month.
Great parts department. The employees are knowledgeable, honest, and know what theyre doing. Good selection of MX gear and if they dont have it in stock they order quick.
Great crew. Bought a new KTM 690 here and have added many extras to the bike. Top notch mechanics. Owner is very involved with customers. Highly recommended
Best pricing on the west coast. Period. I flew in from CA to take advantage of their no b.s. prices, had the bike shipped to me and was still saving money over other dealers. Not the greatest at communication or returning calls and emails though, hence 4 stars, not 5
Best KTM and Husqvarna dealership around. Very satisfied customer
Terrible customer service. They dont stand behind their products and they dont have any respect for their customers. Dont buy anything here!
Ordered a part and asked them to verify it would be delivered in time for a trip. Called the day of to pickup and they said it wasn’t there. All they could do is offer a refund. Don’t commit to a customer and then not deliver, especially when it’s time sensitive. Total joke. Should have ordered from Amazon.
The folks at Gresham Powersports are always eager to lend a helping hand whether its through their expertise in service or whether its just helpful advice visit Gresham Powersports today youll be glad you did.
These guys have all kinds of parts on hand for KTM bikes. Open on weekends, they have saved my rear a few times.
I recently bought a 2017 Husqvarna at Gresham Powersports. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the whole process and will be back!
Customers not allowed in the store, keep going, you might loose all off your customers. Im not coming back.
Great place, nice staff, and very informative, and helped me with finding a dealer for my type of bike to get parts
I have to say this place is great service top notch guys that really know their stuff . Awesome help . Gresham Power-sports is the only place Ill buy a bike . Very first time I went I knew that I was going to by my bike there thank you Mitch!!
These guys are awesome! went above and beyond to help, Definitely recommend.
Great people to work with and a great overall purchasing experience. They are very knowledgeable of their products.
If you want a KTM or Husqvarna, go see Mitch, he treated me right and a fast easy discounted sale.
Called about parts the guy said they where in and he had them waiting for me drove down there they only had one of the parts in stock, I would not recommend buying parts from them unless you want to wast you’re time.
Nice shop, great parts counter service. Prices on bikes start really high and get negotiated down to above MSRP :(.....Great for parts dept though!
5-12-20Still not answering your phone?4-10-20Called 25 times on a workday. Why you no answer your phones?
Nice easy to deal with. Bought two ssr motorcycles great product for the money.
Great customer service and a winning attitude every time!
Got personal help for exactly what I needed, thanks
Super fair deals. Very easy to work with!
Great people! Got my bad boy mower from them
I bought a KTM 300xcw from Gresham powersports and I was ver happy with the transaction. A++++++++
Awesome people....great work
I was told to go to these guys by a motorcycle shop to purchase a couple of new huskys... to start with I called and left 3 voicemails for Mitch.. no call back ... I tried again. Finally picked up the phone and told me his voicemail was lost. Anyways thats not the issue.. I tell him look I just financed a car, Id like to get a couple of bikes I got a good trade in and 4k cash down a total of 6k with the trade in. My total cost on the new bikes were 12k.. he said no problem i can make it happen fill out the application online and lets get it done. So we did. No bad credit at all just I guess not enough credit. We arrived at the store where mitch said well I got some bad news, they denied it. So instead of putting in some effort he was set in stone that it wont happen and nothing he can do. Basically ran the credit wasted my time and then he moved on like I wasnt even there. To say the least the absolute worst costumer service in the world. I own and operate a business myself and if I treated people like he treated us I probably wont be in business for long.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY BIKES FROM THESE GUYS.
Awesome people.. great with newbies like me..
Very informative, found what I needed, friendly crew workers, deffinetly go back
I wouldnt trust some of the service staff (because one of them ruined a tube and lied about it and made me pay for it) but they have a great part/bike sales staff with racer discounts
The guys in ther service department replaced a tube on my pit bike today quick and cheap. Ill defintely be coming back!
This is the place to buy a new bike.
Great customer service eveyone is really nice an knows there ATVs.
Purchased a new 2015 SSR189 a couple years ago: Good Trail Bike OHV park bike. A starter or second bike for a boy. It is too tall for most women. We ride it on or property mx track some, but we know better than to jump it. Rear brake pads for 2015 SSR more difficult to find than Japanese or KTM. The brakes front and rear have the problem of poor performing. Only the inside pads are worn out. They are almost down to nothing on the inside. The outside pad is like new still. I got a call from Gresham power sports about my complaint about this bike. They are going to work on the brakes. I will also have them see if they can make the clutch cable not need so much strength to pull. I have a leaking fork seal also. Glad to pay shop time for everything, but the brakes. Brakes on other brands if bikes just need new pads. Over all this bike looks better than it is. I only paid $2000 for the bike brand new. They sell KTM here. I have a $9,000 2013 KTM sxf and it has held up to hard riding until this year. Problem with this bike is the fancy hydraulic clutch goes limp when the bike gets hot. The slave cylinder is sizzling hot after 10 minutes of racing. Could be an air bubble that is only a problem when bike is hot or it could be that the slave cylinder cant handle the heat. It has new 365 degree boiling point dot 5 brake fluid in it.
New dealer location and new lines: KTM, Husqvarna and Arctic Cat in Gresham. Well stocked, ready to serve.
Nice helpful staff.. wish they were a Honda shop
Bought a SSR160 pitbike to supermoto out and play on.Good experience! Nate is very good and easy to work with.Would buy from again.
I called looking for an ssr razkull and talked with scott. He was vary plight. I tolled him what i was looking for gave me the price. When i got there pirces were maked on the bikes. There were no suparises like set up or fraight it was all included on the listed price. Mitch Handel the paperwork again vary nice to work with. After the bike was set up and ready for me scott went over it with me and even helped me lode the bike. Smaller dealer Top notch teem!
Great selection and friendly service.
After looking at a few stores for a particular size and color of an ATV for our daughter, we settled on stopping in to Gresham Powersports ready to buy one. Being that we have previously looked at almost a dozen youth ATVs from the same brand, we knew what to expect. After arriving at Gresham Powersports, the ATV we drove almost 2 hours to see had 5 large black scuffs and several scratches in the plastics. Some of the scratches were very recent as evident by the plastic still having some burrs hanging off. The tech informed us that they assembled that ATV around a week ago. After speaking with the manager, he informed us that we werent buying a Honda and he cant control how the plastics look. He also tried to tell us that the advertised price was a sale price, and the ATVs were priced accordingly. Except that his listed price was the exact same listed price as every other dealership we had visited previously. The manager also informed us that the website does not state that any of the quad are mint condition, however by definition they are listed as New. The overall quality of the ATV we looked at was not new. The issue wasnt even JUST about the quality of the ATV, it was the managers attitude, general approach, and perspective. What finally drove us right out the door and into another dealership was when the manager devolved the conversation by insulting us by stating the the paint issues, and scratches wont matter, because your kid will just drive it right into a tree. That did it for us. A 4 hour round trip, horrible traffic, an insulting manager and a horrible representative of general motorsports. Thanks for the horrific experience with this establishment, well never shop here.
Bought an SSR electric bike and the battery pack wasnt taking a charge so I brought it back and they gave me a new one. So far so good.
Great service
Awesome service! They spent over half an hour finding a special part for my bike that I was having a hard time finding myself.
3rd bike from here. I called a day ahead and they opened up early for me so that I could beat my time crunch had me out of the shop by 9:30 a.m. cant beat service like that
Always friendly great service
Friendly and explained a lot more about the bikes than most shops do.

Great people good deala

Love it. Very friendly
Place sucks! The service is a joke. They ignore you until they are ready to ask what you need. I wont go back.
Bought a dirt bike here. Cant say enough nice things about this place!!!
