Said that their βlifetime workmanship warrantyβ only applied if they examined the issue. This after I took my car to Ray Brandt Dodge who charged me $150+ to tighten an electronic connection that RB Collison claimed they didnβt disconnect. I would not recommend anything with the Ray Brandt in the title -caveat emptor.
Took my aunts car there for a very minor repair. They have a first class building, first class equipment and first class personnel. They gave me an estimate of $750 which seemed fair. My issue occurred a few days later when they called me and tried to convince me there really was THOUSANDS of dollars in damage and the insurance company needed to be involved. The damage was EXTREMELY minor. This was an obvious dishonest attempt to run up the bill. When i threaten to take the car elsewhere, they agreed to repair car at original estimate. The car was fixed perfectly and looks like new. I could NOT take another car there due to not being able to trust their assessment of the true damage. If i owned an insurance company, Id look really close at any damage reports they submitted to me.

Customer service excellent all was needed was a radiator brack and fix dent received a week later my car smoking they saying I need new hoses never had no problems but you telling me you have a car just like that π€π€π€π€π€ will not recommend no one there and the guy fix on my car looked like he was drunk π₯΄ good excellent customer service but other experience

First we brought in our 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for repairs to the right front passenger door.We were very pleased with the outcome we received from Mr. Mike Bush. The work was a quality job & completed very quickly & the price was fair. Excellent customer service!Months later, our 2008 Pontiac Solstice was reared ended while my husband was at a red light.When we saw the amount of damage that was done we thought for sure it would be totaled. But because of the great experience & customer service we received with Mr. Mike months earlier with the Pathfinder, we decided to bring the Solstice to Mr. Mike.Much to our surprise, he was able to save my husbandβs beloved car from being totaled!Just finding parts for the vehicle was a miracle in itself!In addition to the quality repairs & paint job we received, the level of customer service was excellent!Not only did Mr. Mike keep us informed & updated with the progress every step of the way, he was always kind & considerate to our schedule, even allowing us to call him on his cell, after hours.There was just something about Mr. Mikeβ¦ Always keeping a smile on his face even when we could clearly see that he was swamped with work! Today I brought my car to Ray Brandt collision Center because I know from past experience that I can get professional help at a fair and honest price. This is due to the expertise of Mr. Jim Reed. I completely put my trust in him to give me a fair and honest deal. Mr. Reed is very professional and just an all-around good guy to work with. I have the utmost confidence in him and know that he has a lot of experience with the automobile industry. Also I have to say that Ms Amy Benoit Is very pleasant and wasted no time giving me the form I needed to fill out and telling Mr. Reed that I was there to see him. I hope I donβt have anymore problems with my car but if I do I know that I can depend on Mr. Reed being there to help and he is only a half a block from my house!

Shoddy work and dishonest, hostile service reps. Known GNO area wide as The Butchers of Fifth Street. They have no, zero, quality control. When you find things that they did not repair they deny it was related to the original accident. They make up wild stories to justify not repairing it unless you pay them out of pocket. When you call they act like they are doing you a favor just talking to you. Ask around the area, other Dodge and non-Dodge repair shops.
Brought my car in for minor repair and Melissa the new girl was being trained on the job. All I can say is she will be a great asset to Ray Brandt Collision. She knew I was going out of town that day and needed to be at a certain place by a certain time. She went in the back and asked the guys to hurry up because I was waiting, she came back in for a few minutes to let me know they were still working on it, and then went back out again to make sure it was being done. Instead of waiting on someone to go wash my car she went and had it done herself. She went out of way to make sure I got my car on time. I appreciate everything she did. Kudos to Melissa.

I would not hesitate to go back to RB for repairs on my vehicle. Jim was incredibly helpful and my repair, which I expected to take at the very least 4-5 days, was done in three. Im incredibly pleased with the repair and paint job on my vehicle.
Car was fixed promptly and accurately. The only downside was they dont keep you informed and the front desk girl didnt know what she was doing.

Car looks like brand new after 5 attempts for paint job.Worst place to bring ur vehicle to repair. Cant even do simple paint job.All the dirt under paint can be seen. Over parlay can be seen... can see grinder Marks all over the car where its painted.Took over one and half month for repair and still car is not looking like repaired.I would no prefer to give a single star to this shop. But dont hv a choice.Job not done professionally and got charged like anything.
The customer service rep went above and beyond. The work was well done and looks like it is brand new. I highly recommend!
Great service polite employees
I was very disappointed all the way around except for the actual bodywork completed. The customer service was pitiful. After signing a piece of paper at drop off requesting an update every 4 days (incase it took longer than the 5 day quoted time) and testing the messaging. I never heard from them again. Finally got my vehicle back after 4 and a half weeks. Lots off excuses, still do not have a real receipt, pretty sure they did not do some of the service I requested.

When for part of front bumpnot holding after body work. They corrected it. About a week later myhusband noticed the same piece of plastic on the front area had raised up again. I feel like they tried to glue it down. I called to complain and was asked to bring in my Honda CRV again. I had surgery and as of today have not been able to bring it back.

Unbearable to work with. Our 4 month old parked vehicle was involved with hit-and-run and we sent to Ray Brandt Collision in Gretna for repairs. It was estimated to take 11-18 days. Every week after the 4th week, were told that will be ready next week. Weve learned that this is just a complete guess with no bearing what-so-ever. Next week will be 8 weeks. Weve paid 2 lease payments with no vehicle, our rental car ran out after 30 days, so weve spent hundreds on Uber rides. On each day that he says it will be ready, I call, and sure enough, he says next week. At this rate, according to him, theyve been painting it for 5 days. Do they do good work? No idea. But no work is good enough to go through this much anguish. Also, theres a gentleman that sometimes answers the phone there. He hates his job and should never, ever, be allowed to answer the phone for any organization.Avoid at all costs!NOTE: Ive been waiting for my vehicle before I posted this so theres no unprofessional recourse taken when they read this. But I cant wait until next week anymore.
No problems at all. Top notch service. I thought my car wasnt fixable but I cant even tell it was wrecked. Hopefully I will never get in another wreck but if I do, Im going back to this collision center.
