Lady tipped herself $15 without asking and the way she did my eyebrows have me looking like a caterpillar on my face !!

If you go there ask for Candy. Shes the best hands down. SHES fast and precise. Shes very polite and talks really soft.

I do not like the attitudes here. I tried to work here to build clientele because I just practice makeup on girls in my class at school, I wanted to take doing makeup to the next level. I texted the manager and I believe the assistant manager in a polite manner. My texts were ignored until a few days later I sent “?”. Then she responded saying to send in some of my work. I let her know that I will send some in soon because I didn’t really have pictures of my work, so I was going to do a few girls in my class faces to take pictures of and send them in. About 2 days later I sent pictures in and she quickly said the spot was filled.Which I know was a lie because a few days later on indeed it was posted that they need new makeup artists.Today I thought maybe I should try again it could’ve been just a one time bad experience. But I try talking to the girl that was sitting down and it seemed like I was bothering her, facial expressions were unwelcoming. So I just decided to give up trying to work here & I don’t want nothing to do with the negative vibes and attitudes.

I don’t know much about makeup, but I do know what it’s supposed to look like. They gave me to the new person. Saw that my eyeshadow wasn’t looking right as she was doing it & didn’t coach her until she finished & I said that I didn’t like it. Instead of taking over. So she basically let the lady practice on my face. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy. Came home & washed it off. So I basically gave them $40!!!

I was patiently waiting for a girl to come to the counter and help me set up an appointment but she just completely ignored my presence. Also, after I received excellent customer service by another cosmetics stand in the mall, I went to the food court to see her ordering food pretending not to see me. Not the standard customer service I was hoping for.
