The waffle cone was fresh and delicious.The chocolate on the dipped edge of the cone was surprisingly rich and tasty. Two scoops... Lemon Custard and Mint Chocolate Chip. YUM! Creamy... satisfying!I was pleased about finding lots of ice cream flavors that were unfamiliar to me before today. And the lady serving the counter was friendly and willing to answer my questions. I found out about some other interesting offerings, for example, tea drinks.Im so glad I decided to visit Baskin-Robbins today. I was so pleased with the experience, Im looking forward to visiting again.🤓👍

I had a taste for ice cream and went in and tasted a couple of flavors. When I ordered the warm cookies Sundae, the lady gave me a skimpy scoop. I told her the scoop is smaller than Ive had, I asked was she a new employee. She told me that she is the owner of 25 years and has now acquired the other one on Wall Blvd. and she gave me the correct sized scoop. She went on to tell me the others give too much ice cream and her YIELD has been off! She then told me that every business has a yield and when she went to her recent meeting hers was off. The workers dont do the scoops right, she blurted.....thats why she now has two stores because they were not doing it right at the other store either!!! YES, she said those things and more....(GLAD SHE TOLD ME, I wont be going to that store, either). I was being ranted upon just to get ice cream; disappointed that mine didnt look no where near the posted picture (so much smaller) and that I had to pay the same price. TOO MUCH! It offended me as a customer. SHE LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY......i have OPTIONS!!!

I like this Baskin Robbins. It is a small place. I have been going here for so many years for ice-cream. Nice staff and great ice cream..

Always a good time here. A neat little spot! Lovely flavors. Not super busy. Staff is always friendly. Clean.

Good ice cream. I really want to come here more often because dairy queen and sonic are the only other local options and they only have vanilla ice cream that they mix with other flavors and candy.Baskin-Robbins has better options but this place is not very well kept. It just looks sticky and dirty inside and not very appealing.I will inevitably return, but only because of the lack of other options.

Went to get my favorite nutty coconut in a hand packed pint, got home the pint is only a little over half full which is not even a full two scoops of ice cream...Cost me a little less than $6 what a rip off...I should have ordered two scoops of ice cream paid less and got more...why advertise a hand packed pint when its really not? Didnt have enough to share as I intended, BTW customer service stinks the staff does not greet you or communicate other than taking your order...this is my 2nd big disappointment with this location in one week. I went in last week and a waffle cone. The cone was very stale and chewy...shame on you Baskin Robbins ruined my order...I will make sure I never return to this location...two strikes your out...not waiting for a third... Ill drive to another location that cares...
