I had a good experience here both times visiting this store. Bought two custom hats, the sales associate, I wish I remembered his name, bigger guy, was very helpful and accommodating.

If I can give them 0 stars o would. I asked an employee 1 question about the kids hats twice and he never answered. He was too busy having a personal conversation on job with his so called daughter. We passed words and he never corrected the situation. I politely put the merchandise back and went to foot action.

Service was horrible.... I was in Lids shopping for cap, my sister was asking an employee (Manager)a question he totally ignored her when his daughter walked up and told my sister she was rude because he was talking to... Employee never corrected daughter after passing work with my sister...

My order took forever and they sent me the wrong size hat
