Though the store has a great selection of musical instruments and music, the owner of the store (?) seems to have lost his touch. I have never encountered someone so rude and callous as to not be man enough to admit when he was wrong, particularly to the point of calling my family member a thief and a liar, despite the fact that in the same conversation he proved himself wrong, though refused to admit it. You have my money now, and I assure you that is the last time you will get it. We have been faithful clients and customers of yours for some time, but I promise we will take our business and anyone else we can tell elsewhere. To be so self-unaware and prideful to not be able to admit when youve done wrong, makes you a lackluster man, and to be callous and rude despite this knowledge makes you a man with no scruples. For the damage you have done, not even an apology could resurrect your humanity from blathering idiot status. I would like to see your store flourish and prosper, since we have so few quality music stores left in New Orleans. Honestly, though, I think you have a better chance of that happening if you bowed out and allowed someone with a more professional head on their shoulders to take the reins.
