This place has some good food especially there steak nachos, it’s a lot of food but a good price to me. There chipotle’s sauces are good to.

Nice, clean, and close to home. The food is good. Just wish they would be more friendly, like more smiles. They are serious people. I guess they have to keep their mind on their work.Which is understandable.I still love this store.

We are so happy to have this beautiful store in our little gown of Griffith.This store is super clean and organized.Great food! The tamales are fresh and carnitas are great.They also have guacamole and pico de gallo to go with your meal.We love our little convenient store.We get in and out fast! After browsing at all the merchandise.They also carry authentic Mexican dishes!

Steak tacos are phenomenal and packed with flavor. Salsas that come on the side are awesome too. Definitely going to be our new go-to taco spot!

Very nice place. Good selection of food items, produce, meat, tamales, bakery products. Ceramics and some household items needed to make tacos and more. I was in a rush and didnt get to take the time I wanted but will go back.

This place is such a gem! Amazing tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Affordable too. I’ve been back for the food 3 times this week after finding it and I think it’s my new spot. Plus so close to my house!

Despite its size, Durango will not disappoint. I purchased hard to find items and new ones as well. They are extremely organized and super clean. Their employees are friendly with great customer service. We will be shopping here often!

Small space but Very clean with wider aisles and not jammed packed with products or overcrowded. Actually, it seems like they could use a lot more inventory but then again it was my first time there so didnt really take it all in.Glad to have found another tiendita to go to as there arent that many to choose from in NW Indiana compared to my former life back in Chicagos southside.

Best Mexican food in area

I go there on Sundays for carnitas,menudo,barbacoba, and tamales. But during the week the also have a menu for cooked food in the deli if needed. Hidden 💎.

Best store in town. best prices.best meat.way better than Stracks.you can get boneless chicken breast in there fresh. cant at Stracks.if you dont want the whole chicken in the case they will take it out and give you what you need.excellent cinnamon rolls and cookies. and the best part to me is its a very small store so you can go in.get what you need and go. muy bueno.

We ordered take out. My wife ordered chicken fajitas and I ordered al pastor burrito..the chicken was overcooked the taste was terrible my wife threw it out my burrito was ok. I had heart burn for 3 days. I dont know about the rest of the food but its safe to say Im not going back.

Highly recommend the champurrado. You will not be disappointed, a mexican tradition hot drink, almost similar to hot chocolate but with a little more ingredients to top of the hot thick drink.. customer service is very respectful and courteous. Highly recommended...support the local neighborhood buisness.
