Contacted via email on a Thursday, ordered a door opener on Friday and it was installed on Tuesday. Very happy with it all.

Was able to schedule a fix promptly (I mainly corresponded via email), they arrived when they said they would and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes and it wasn’t overpriced. They even fixed a pulley that was about to break on top of the original issue. Thanks Door Doctor!

If you need someone to actually show up, do not call. Wife took a day off work, and no one showed up or even called to let us know that they couldn’t make it.
