Used to really love it. We love the sesame bagels and cinnamon for the kids. The last few times I feel like they have been really stingy with the cream cheese. I may just buy the bagels and take it home to toast and do cream cheese on my own. I also don’t like that the cream cheese is whipped.

Service is the best! Owners are always friendly and ready to prepare your meals to your satisfaction. Prices are very reasonable. The only problem I have is that it is all so good that I want one of everything!! Enjoy. I know you will.

Will got to store on Kercheval from now on. I always get exceptional customer service when I go there. If I place an order online for pickup and it says it will be ready in 10 - 15 minutes I should be able to leave my house in 10 minutes and not have to wait in your empty store for an additional 10 minutes. You werent even busy. It also makes no sense that I got home and my sandwich was cold after having to wait there and you forgot my cookie. Whats really messed up is that this isnt the first time its happened. Your employees never greet me when I come in. Ive got home and the bagel to my sandwich is burned or something is missing. There was a time when I placed an online order and your baker didnt come in. I stood in there for 20 minutes until someone told me that you didnt have the bagels for the sandwich I wanted. Your always forgetting stuff and I have to call and come back to complete my order. This store isnt ran well at all. Its as if they dont care and are unhappy to be there. If you cared about your jobs you would make sure that the order is complete before giving it to the customer.

Great bagels but a little pricy

I was able to get the bagels I wanted. That was my 2nd visit, I do know that to get the flavours you want you definitely have to get there early.

I ordered a medium coffee with chocolate syrup and a lox bagel. Delicious!! They have a huge selection of food not just bagels. Will definitely be back, customer service was great.

I know, Im lagging in this place, but Im really not a bagel lover. Id never been here before, but it was a very good experience thanks to the gentlemen assisting me & the kind cashier telling me about the rewards club, saving me $5 on my order of a dozen various choices & 2 lovely cream cheese spreads. I was excited to see cheddar jalapeño & it was off the chart with flavor. May we also add, the apple cinnamon & cinnamon sugar treated our taste buds. Not a fan of the salted one, too much of it at once. All that dough is not good for us, however, I will return, as my son was over the moon with delight.

Fast, friendly service and a great community spot. Mornings are busy but they have quite a few team members that are able to quickly process your order and get you and your bagel on your way. Nothing negative to say in the many experiences Ive had there.

This location is the best a customer inadvertently took my order and the owner of this particular franchise we made my order fresh even though the customer who accidentally picked up my order brought mine back amazing and I highly recommend the all-nighter its a great sandwich anytime of day its okay on the hash brown bagel but I prefer the spinach Florentine! Thank you for all you do at this location you guys are the best!

Overall a good experience, and I usually love coming to this place. The Bagel Lox had less lox than I expected and it is placed awkwardly on the bagel. The flavor was great though, and everything we ordered was included, except they did not give us napkins.

Every time I go in this store, I have an unpleasant experience. This morning, I just wanted an egg with bacon on an everything bagel, First, I had to stand and wait behind a woman who did not even seem to know what she wanted, despite there being five employees behind the counter doing NOTHING! When I finally get to place my order, I get in line to order my coffee and pay, when a woman just decides to step in front of me and place her order. I coughed and said Excuse me for both her and the cashier to notice me, they looked at me, looked at each other and went on as if I didnt exist!Nice to see this is how you treat handicapped individuals, youve lost me business for good!

This has been a favorite store since the kids were little. Not all of them are the same. Staff is pleasant and theres a large menu. The handcrafted vanilla hazelnut cream is new to us and was very good. Clean and roomy. This is a comfortable spot to grab lunch.

Einstein Bagels is hands down thee best bagel shop known to man. How often have you gotten a raisin bagel only to find maybe 2 raisins and maybe if your lucky 3. When you crack open a EB it literally flows raisins.I get it perfectly toasted and the coffee is on point fantastic. There it is. I go there like almost every day and every rime I am greetes with excellent service and a smile. If ya got to get ro qork, dont worry, you wont be in there long. Love me some Einstein Bagels. Keep up the great work EB.

Tom recommend this to us, GREAT choice. I have been to other bagel places, but they are nothing like this place. The Farmhouse bagel and the Italian bagel were far more flavorful then anything else I have ever had. Nice and clean and super friendly people! I would recommend this to others and will be back. Ive had a change of heart. This restaurant has drastically improved in service and quality. I now like this Einstein better than the one on Kercheval! Employees now greet you with a smile, by name, and they no longer run out of your favorite bagel. Good job!

I just placed an order through doordash with explicit (and polite) instructions for no eggs on a bagel rito. I am sensitive to the sulphur smell and they make me gag. Shortly after placing my order I recieved a call from a young lady, informing me that my special request was not possible and that they had already refunded the amount. She went on to offer me another sandwich of my choosing at no additional charge for my trouble. I have had a slew of poor customer service issues with doordash and this experience has proven to be a great start to my day and a little redemption for doordash as a whole. Thank you and keep up the GREAT work.You took the time to take care of my needs and it means a lot!!!

Always a favorite. New location for me. Same great bagel and coffee. Einsteins offers the best combo of coffee and food in the coffee shop market. Furniture and sitting arrangements slightly different than in other Einsteins that Ive visited. Nice

Very nice staff. I wanted cinnamon sugar bagels and even though they didnt have any offhand, they made it pretty fast for me. The bagels were warm and the coffee was pretty good as well.

Typically I love this place but every single time this one lady of African American decent with a nose ring has been there I have not received good service. One time when I ordered she told me they didn’t have the bagel I wanted my sandwich on but refused to tell me what they had and insisted I “look behind” her. Well I’m short I can’t see over the counter so I just had to guess until I said one they had. And then just today she toasted my Turkey and Cheddar even though I asked her not to, was rude when I misheard her call out sandwich names and stepped forward when she wasn’t calling mine, and didn’t even make the sandwich correctly (which also occurred the time I had to play the guessing game to get my food in the first place). I will not be ordering from this location if she is there ever again. If I see her I will walk back out. I am tired of her treating me rudely and making my food incorrectly.

So I had Einstein bagels a few weeks ago for the 1st time and I tried the Spinach florentine bagel and it was so so so so very Delicious that Ive been back twice already....lol...and today I ordered 3 sandwiches for a late breakfast and wasnt disappointed again.....I just hate that its taken me this long to patronize your Business

I ordered a curbside pick up and arrived 15 minutes after order. Not only had they not started it but I had to go in myself after already calling. Health standards were not being maintained and staff was indifferent.

Friendly staff. I love the raisin bagels with the honey almond schmear or the pretzel bagel with regular cream cheese.

Aside from the long lines on Sunday mornings, my food and coffee were hot. A bit pricey for somewhat fast-food.

Havent been to Einstein in a while and probably wont go back after this experience. This is supposed to be a bagel shop and yet their bagel inventory was low. When we asked for bagels we wanted, but werent out, the employees look aggravated at us. The employees were rude except for the cashier, but she was barely at the cash register because she had to run and make drinks, making the wait considerably long. When we returned home we opened the bag and noticed they only gave us 5 bagels instead of 6. If you are an Einstein fan, I highly recommend you do not go to this one; find another location.

The BEST bagel shop in the Pointes !!!!! Tom is one of the most customer friendly mangers in food service. No one works harder than Brian. The best food and the best staff!

Bagels are always great at this location. All of the employees are very friendly and efficient. Never had an issue at this location. Green Chili bagel with jalapeno salsa schmear is the best combo in the world. Too bad I am on a low carb diet right now....if I wasnt I would be back daily

Best Einsteins in the area....knowledgeable staff and great service. They treat their customers like family and turnover is almost non-existent. Just wish they would serve the dark roast coffee all day, instead of cutting it off at 11:00 a.m.!

The staff was rude and did not follow instructions. The bagels were stale. The new gal had trouble using the cash register. It appears that there are numerous new employees who have had very little training and they have no interest in being polite to customers. Try Eastside Bagels instead!

This store is always busy. The coffee and food are always fresh. Paid parking, though busy, readily available in front and to side of the store.

We have been going to this Einstein bagels in GP on Mack avenue for close to 15 years. The reviews who stated that there is a high staff turnover are complete lies. The staff knows my entire family and we are on a first name basis with the workers and managers! The same people have been serving us high quality bagels and sandwiches our entire life! Sure they sometimes run out of a particular kind of bagel, but that is because they are SO BUSY serving up fresh bagels right out of the oven! Whomever wrote the impatient review sounds like some snooty grosse pointer that is too good to wait for service. I have seen the line wrapped around the store and I still get in and out within 10 minutes, and a great delicious meal, they work quickly, always get my order right and are all very kind.

I dont know how bagel places like this are in business when local places around here are soooooo much better. There bagels here are not even good and I hate the way they cook eggs or whatever that science experiment looking thing does. Seriously if you like bagels I bet you to go a mile down the road and try Eastside bagels. They are so much better its not every funny the two sell the same items. I would rather pay for bagels at Eastside then get free bagels here. Service seems to be decent tho but whats that really worth when the food is not good....

For the most part pretty mediocre. They make a solid speciality coffee. However, I am never a fan of repeating my sandwhich order 2,3 times because the employee cant ever remember what I want the first time I said the order...this seems to happen there more often then Id like.
