Amazing customer service some people are just impatient and unwillingly to look at things from the employees perspective

Very informative with superb customer service. Highly recommend this company, they provide a quality product with on time delivery.

Poor customer service, order is over 1 month past due and was not followed-up on until I contacted the company. Tried to escalte and was shot down, no return call. Trying to get contact to be more aggressive, absolutely refuses. Contact tried to blame my company for delay. When confronted with facts he backed down on his statement. My mission is to replace them before the next po. I would not recommend doing business with this supplier.Update: still no call back from the Director of Sales. if received by the now promised date material will be 2 months late. not very imaginative staff, no alternatives to help me out and get me product. obviously ISO9000 certification doesnt mean good customer service or ontime delivery. its sad that a customer has to suffer for this company to figure out they dropped the ball on my order.
