I got a nail in the front driver side tire. I dropped off the car to get it removed/patched, to have all of the tires rotated/balanced, and for a routine oil change which normally includes fluid top-off. I called ahead and was told there were only a few cars ahead, and I could go ahead and drop off. It wasn’t until the following day when the following occurred simultaneously. It rained and after a few squirts, there was no windshield wiper fluid. Following that, the light appears for 10% oil life. Then, the tire low pressure light comes on—for the same tire. I then noticed there was no sticker placed on the window that indicated mileage or date of next service. That signifies that none of the fluids were topped off, the tire wasn’t fixed or rotated, and who knows if they ever even changed the oil. Any reasonable human being would question if any service was performed on the car at all. I called to talk about my concerns and was completely brushed off. Somehow, they were able to remember clearly that the oil had been changed and the tire fixed, and that perhaps, we got another nail in the same tire in the exact same place as the previous nail. He assured me that the worker who did the car did the work but just forgot to leave any trace or evidence of his work. The person who responded was completely unprofessional and dismissive. They gave me a specific day and time I had to bring it in. I work long hours and was not able to take the car back right away meaning I had to spend a lot of money and time to pump air in the tire that should’ve been fixed. I finally bring the car in, and I’m told the guy who did my car had quit…. But that they are completely sure of the work that the person who isn’t even around anymore completed. I get the car back this time, and the tires have still not been rotated. I know because I scratched one of the back rims the day before and it was still in the same place. At this point, I am completely over this place and would warn anyone reading this to go anywhere and to anyone else.
Great service. Honest and informative. I was running late for my appointment and they still fit me right in. I also found out that my credit is worth much more than I thought by applying for a Firestone card and getting approved on the spot.

They will try to juice you for your money. One of the workers set me up for a credit card account that I did not ask for and it pinged my credit.Also, I went for an alignment and they told me that my front struts, rear strut, and my rear control arms needed to be changed. I just recently got my front struts changed. Went to another shop and they said my front struts looked new, but I needed rear control arms.Firestone lies and will try to juice you for your money if you’re a female.

They had me here for 4hrs and kept giving me the run around on everything. They couldn’t replaced my brake pads, fuel filter, oil change or fix my oil leak! I waited all this time to just be told to take it to another shop smh.
Some days good some not so good. I went in for an oil change and after hanging out joking and just standing around talking for 45 minutes, they only took 15 minutes to do the job. On the other hand when I too my car in to change out the starter, they were done really fast....but when I asked for a ride to pick it up, they said sure....and 4 hours later my son in law gave me a ride to get it.
I went their 3 weeks ago they had good service. But the two young guys that work on my car to change my oil and filter they use my radio in car and broke my glove box between my two front seat my door dont not close any more .iam very upset with that they needed to repair it at their cost
Needed trailer tire ...they will put the tire on rim but wont put rim on the trailer, kinda a problem...
On Sunday busted two tires because of the road construction and this location was the only one in the area that had the tires I needed for my BMW. Everyone was helpful and courteous and took care of replacing the tires expediently. Very nice people there

Slightly less price than discount and real service. Professional service. The technician is highly qualified. We brought our own rims that are high priced. They treated the parts with care. Friendly staff and technicians, store was open on Sunday to perform the work and worked out great for our schedule. The original tires we wanted were a cheaper brand tire but not in stock, the salesman offered to discount the more expensive upgrade of tire without us having to ask. The tire we went with was a better tire and did cost a little more even after discount but we had no problems upgrading mainly because of the great customer service provided at the time of ordering.

Pricing at Firestone is way too pricey. I was quoted 181 and change for a new battery, installed and warranty core, etc.. I went to Walmart, and got an oil change, and new battery for under 100! Nice place, with what they charge, hope so. If you can afford it, awesome, but also told itd take over an hour, and that was ridiculous.
I went for service but the guy pick up call and kept talking, he should realize i came first rather than giving prefrence to the call which came later...he could have asked person on the call to hold as i was first ....will never go back such a disappointment......it happened on march 8 12 50 pm....

Our company van had a flat on Saturday. We got right into the shop which was great but had to wait almost 2 hours for a tire to be changed out, keep in mind we took the tire there. Staff was easy to deal with, price wasnt to bad, and the location was easy to get in and out.
They usually do the best they can on your automobile, if they cant theyll let you know.
My boyfriend comes home with a $1300 bill for front break change. They charge you OUTRAGEOUS for parts. Go literally anywhere else.

Never going back Service Manager has anasty attitude shouldnt be allowed to work with peolpe. I havs been a manager for over 15 years and never treated a customer like that especially if they had to xome back cause it wasnt done right the first time. Instead of being understanding he gets an attitude saying they did it and it just came off. Come back tomorrow cause im behind.

Had an appointment for 12 today to have my husbands alignment done on his truck. We spent almost $2000 for brand new firestone tires & ballistic rims & was told to come here for alignment. I arrived 30 minutes prior to our appointment. It has been 2 hours & no one has even started on his truck. Very disappointing. What is the point of making & waiting for an appointment to have to still wait all day for any service? We wont be back.

Went In to purchase a battery for my tractor. Brought old battery to match up. Lady stated they did not sell tractor batteries. It is the same 12 volt battery as a car. She finally came out to garage to look at battery. Did not have any on showroom so she went to back and brought out a battery and stated she want not setting on concrete floor. So I went and got my battery and brought to match up on counter. This was not good customer service. So put battery side by side and it was a perfect match. Then she stated the battery would not have a warranty because it was not being used for its intended purpose. I told her this was a waste of time and she told me I was being rude. Bottom line is that because I wanted a battery for a tractor and not a car she had the mindset it was not going to work. It is a 12 volt system just like a car. This was just a big waste of time and piss pour customer service. Will not go back.

Went there for one job, tried upselling others, when I know damn well what is good on my car, then they wanted 400 and something to do a job when I know the part is only 160 so you want 200 and something to change a part and take an hour and half to do it, when on videos it literally takes them 30 mins, get outta here!

Worst experience ever, my wife took my truck for an alignmet today since i work all day and by time i get off its already closed,They suppously did an alignment to my truck and left the truck much much worse, than how it was, since she doesnt know about cars she thought it was normal so she didnt go back to tell them about it, the guy gave her a card and told her the truck needs some other parts (parts that i just recently replaced on it) they told her that she needed to replace them for the truck to be fixed, (about $1300 dollars) on parts and labor, and that he would do it, to me it sounds more like the people who did the alignment did it on porpouse to have us bring him the truck to get it fixed and replace the (parts that i have replaced already) not long ago.Pay them almost $200 to have my truck worst than it was.
