Found what we need and self checked out just fine

Wed 12pm:-friendly interaction with employees-Was it easy to find what you were looking for?Yes, layout is very strange for a walmart though-Was it easy to purchase your item or service?In and out, very fast-Did you feel comfortable shopping with us? Inside was good but I didnt feel safe in the parking lot

Good deals just wish that they had more Pokemon cards and sports cards.

This Walmart is on the smaller side. It has the basics like paper products, beauty and pharmacy items, cards, holidays goods, clothes, shoes, baby supplies, toys, some electronics, pet supplies, cleaning products, and a couple of aisles of non perishable food items. The difficulty comes in when you want something specific like a phone case and there’s none or very little selection. It would be great if they expanded the store and offered more. Don’t expect too much from the staff. Although there are a few who are helpful. The convenient thing is that this Walmart is in a plaza with the main grocery store in town so you can make one stop.

Spent twenty minutes driving there just to buy a storage box. The entire aisle was empty except for about ten completely broken boxes. When I left I tried to buy a water bottle for the ride home. They have zero in their coolers or anywhere else, other than the huge packs of water. What a complete bummer of a store. Seems like every time I go there they lack basic stuff.

Most of the time the store shelves are empty. Items are placed where ever they want so you dont know if the shelf price is correct. If Target was closer I would shop there.

Good finds sometimes. Otherwise they are always in need of restocking.

Awful! I ordered something online for curbside pickup. I checked-in on the App when I was en-route. Then, upon arriving, I confirmed. After 15 minutes, I went inside. After waiting at Customer Service for another five minutes, someone finally asked if they could help me. I explained, and they then sent me to sub-Customer Service counter around the corner, where I waited another 10 minutes. Finally, someone arrived, haggard, frazzled, and out of breath, before finally finding my item amidst about a dozen other orders. It ended up costing me 45 minutes to pick up a single item I could have found in the store and checked out myself in five minutes total. A complete and total waste of my time!

Great if you know what you are looking for. Use the mobile app while in the store to find the location of the items you are looking for. Do not expect help it will only frustrate you.

No frozen food. What kind walmart is that.

Shelves are bare, one register open, and a line as always for self check out.

We have gone to this Walmart and tried to purchase electronics THREE TIMES, and all 3 times we have had to call the store for them to send someone over. The third time no one came, so we called and transfered to electronics, to which the phone rang for THIRTY-TWO MINUTES. That is absolutely unacceptable. Then we waited in line to pay, and as soon as we walked up, two employees started talking, completely ignoring us. We will never go back to this location.

Must! Cashier was very pleasant. But as usual the patrons are rude, snobby and make the shopping experience unenjoyable.

I’ve always found the selection at this Walmart to be really great! And it’s well organized. It was nice when there was a Dunkin but there isn’t one here anymore. The tech section is pretty extensive. Their holiday selection was really solid last year!

Its Wally world...dont set you expectations too high.

Disappointed. Went in for three things and couldnt find one example of any of the three. Walked back out. Didnt see anyone working that I could ask other than walking back to the front/cashiers and if I was getting that close to the front doors I was going to leave. This is just another reason I dont shop at Walmart.

Horrible customer service worst Walmart experience ever. Wait for fitting rooms to be unlocked for over 20 minutes no one opened them. Long wait to checkout.

Goto basic Walmart very little service. Very little food

Store is small . The employees r very rude and unhelpful . The woman who stands at the self check out area is so very rude. She rushes you. if you go close to closing time she literally makes you feel so uncomfortable because she stands with her arms crossed tapping one foot making you feel like you are so unwelcome. She literally is horrible! She should be fired. I truly only go to this location if I have to because of this one particular employee.

Customer service could not be any slower if the workers were being paid to be as slow as possible. Happens every time, if I could rate this establishment in the negatives I would.

Inexperienced summer help, your going to be testing your patience, dont ask for pricing items nobody seems to know these things,good luck !!!

Not a bad store, a little understocked compared to other Walmarts in the surrounding areas. IMPORTANT: The last 2 times I went in there to use the restroom there were flies all around and it smelled like someone died in there. During this pandemic I would appreciate a cleaner restroom. I travel for work and sometimes have to rely on the public restrooms that are still open. Thanks.

This wasnt the cleanest WalMart Ive seen, nor did it have much of a variety. I gave it 3 starts instead of 2 because the employees were very friendly.

The store is kept clean and is well stocked. Plenty of parking and conveniently located on the Post Rd

Went to buy Christmas wrapping paper and ribbon. Had great luck with wrapping paper, but No Ribbon at all....

The Guilford store generally has what I need and the staff are polite and friendly. As for groceries I normally go to the Branford store.

I like that the stores are later out similarly so whenever you go to a new one you quickly understand where to find what you need.

Always out of basic items like butter

Good scam Walmart has going on. They force you to either buy a reusable bag or pay for the paper bags or no bags at all as they wont touch bags brought in. Funny, the grocery stores want us to bring our bags.

I dont think anyone works here. I needed a case opened and couldnt find a soul. I left and will just order it on Amazon. Wasted trip.

The woman at the front counter upon entering started to yell i went in the wrong way & never do that or ill be banned... it was an honest mistake. i would of apologized but she was super unprofessional... in these days customer experience was & is the most important. will never return...

Reasonable prices, however they have a lot of work to do regarding the quality of footwear they offer to the public. Maybe the footwear is appealing to the elderly, but send your kids to school in them and they would not go near the school.

I would find it very difficult to say anything negative about this store. Most of the cashiers know me and are always friendly. The manager has even gone out of his way to help me on various occasions.Whenever I buy anything at Walmart now I use visa because if I should loose my receipt, they can look up the transaction against my visa. The customer service area has always been helpful.I noticed that the staffing of this store (especially at night) is sparse. I think they can use more people at night.Its not a full size Walmart - for that you would need to drive to Branford. But it is certainly convenient to have them in town.

Disappointed with checkout. Self check out was empty, in past it accepted cash. They no longer do. 1 register opened, 7 ppl in line. Customer behind me told services desk. They lady who was supervisor at self check out wasnt please to open register and wait on customers, who h was obvious. Open more registers.

I was basically accused of stealing from this store by personal and i felt very offended because i know the simple fact they looked at me like that is because i am a person of color and this store is in a white neighborhood..the person that accused me was a white man.i am a hard working person that works for a living and i didnt appreciate how i was treated.this racism really needs to stop everywhere..my wife says she doesnt want to go back to this walmart and neither do i.

Doesnt have as much as other Walmarts but the people are very nice. The workers are wonderful respectable people. Things are where they should be and its always well-organized. Restrooms are kept up to the highest standards.
