I went there yesterday and was advised exactly what to buy to produce the hair I wanted. Not once did I feel like they were trying to “sell” me items. The lovely girl told me which products I should use and EXACTLY why these would do the trick without too much damage because my hair is “going through some things”. She was sweet and patient with me. I did my hair and she was absolutely right with everything.

This store has a great selection of products and I have been coming here for years. Lately the staff has been very pushy and CONSTANTLY tries to sell me stuff while I am shopping and theyve begun to get super rude about it when I politely decline them. I know what products are good/bad and what products are unnecessary, and they are always trying to push the unnecessary and expensive products to just make an extra sale off of you. I understand they have a job to do, however they simply go too far and I no longer enjoy shopping there. I definitely recommend trying another location or just shopping online.

The sales associates were friendly. Unfortunately, this location does not have enough products for people of color. This location has either shampoo/conditioner but not both.

Super rude to my mother.Ive had bad experiences here before and know how rude the workers can be but she went yesterday and she felt so humiliated.

I went in to use my $5 rewards coupon (October) & the computers were down. There was a rain storm. The line was getting longer, I was on a break & the woman cashier was in a panic on the phone. I finally went to the car and found some cash when I came back I had a dollar too much and she had no change. Think it was a difference of $.50. I couldn’t believe Even cut me a deal. She didn’t have change. I ended up leaving The merchandise & my coupon expired the next day and she didn’t give me any deal say come back or anything.My kids said I should’ve asked for a manager.Where I work, I would have given a gift card or something. Very poorly managed.

Poor customer service. Unmotivtaed workers have customers waiting on line while they conduct personal phone calls and ring themselves and their colleagues up for purchases that should wait until after their customers have been assisted and closed out. Meanwhile theyre not in the mindset to extend similar courtesies to loyal customers requiring assistance or presenting near closing, as the cashiers close the registers and turn out the store lights by 8:55pm for a 9pm closing, rushing late shoppers to the point where they cant complete their shopping and have to return if they dont already feel too put off to do so. Meanwhile other Sally stores throughout the country are typically more welcoming. This store used to be welcoming, too, but it has changed drastically in the past couple of years.

Cashiers/customer service is unaccommodating. I overheard one tell the other to lock the doors and dim the lights ten mins before their 9pm closing. There was one customer who presented outside at 8:55pm who pleaded to be allowed to shop quickly for one item but was not allowed inside, while the cashiers were wrapping up early, and rushing the few customers inside. I understand retailers wanting to avoid being kept long beyond their closing hours, though there was so very few customers present at the time, and the couple of minutes it may have cost the reps to show a little more kindness to their customers this evening could make a huge difference in customers view of the store and liklihood to recommend or choose them again over better bargains, treatment, & convenience often found with competing stores and online.

Sebastian was such a great help ! He assisted me and informed me of the sales that they had going on in the store. He helped me choose the right hair mask to selecting the colors for the colored hair spray. I was a bit of a nuisance and he showed no type of sign of annoyance and was glad to help me.

Its a shame that this store is so poorly managed, because its in a good location. The manager of this store should be fired, when she tells a customer that the product is going to be on the shelves on a set date thats what should happen. She is too lazy to put the products on the shelves that she has received for several days. I called her and was told by her that she received the merchandise, yet three days later still no product. If the owner is interested in going out of busy, she has hired the prefect manager.

Good staff but a bit of a overwhelming presence, I went in for a conditioner, I wanted to browse I didn’t need any help as I own a very successful hair company in NYC so I am familiar. Anyhoo, despite me letting them know I was ok and didn’t need help they walked me around the store- 2 employees took turns. I didn’t say anything as I can understand theft may be high in their store, but if you are going to do this, do it for all customers so it doesn’t appear racial.

The staff is lovely, two nice ladies helped me with everything, I was desperately looking for some items and they made sure I got them.Definitely going back .

Staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

No hair accessories on shelves at all because theyre changing the sections around in the store. Ridiculous!!! Its a beauty supply store. Its like going to the ice cream shop & they tell you they dont have any. Not going back! Waste of my time driving there.
