I got my windows tinted there December 30, 2020 on my 2021 Model 3 (which ironically they have a photo of lol) and Ive had problems with the back left window and refused to do it properly. I got it done once and the problem came back and it peeled again. Every time I opened the door I hear the tint shrivel up in a very unsatisfying way. I got it redone once and they still didnt do it right. I held fixing it for a little bit because I was so busy but after going again, the guy advised me $35 to get the individual window fixed and to come in with no panel on my door so he can do it. I was advised there was lifetime warranty and I just dont see how you can charge me for it not being my fault especially when you pay someone to do the job and they dont do it properly. The guy claims I maybe rolled down the window even though I didnt drive my car for a couple days after. I just decided to cut the peeled off tint because of that unsatisfying noise whenever the door opens. Overall, just a frustrating experience.

Great place to go and get your car updated with new features. I took my kia sportage and it came out wonderful with my new cameras installed. They also offer other services in which I took advantage of doing while being there. Great service and wonderful staff.
