I went in for an eye exam. Dr. Tolker was thorough and did a good job.However, they would not under any circumstance provide me with my pupillary distance. It’s widely understood that glasses shops purposefully withhold this to try and prevent you from buying online. Ultimately, all they did was make me have to measure my own resulting in potential errors. This is shady business practice in this day and age. Additionally the manager was very rude and dismissive, claiming that they don’t even have the value. Frankly, I think that’s a lie.

This is a review for Dr. Toker - excellent clinician, fantastic customer service, great bedside manner. Very very positive experience with him. Will happily return.

Dr. Toker was good, but the staff at the optical store was terrible, the lady, Mary that took care of my order for frames and 2 sets of lenses, never went over the options and the prices associated with them, charged me with all options available without even asking me if thats something that i need, then when i called the store after looking over the receipt, i was told that its too busy and that i can come in or they can call me back to address the issue, they took my number down but never called me back, typical money greed operation, all about getting the most out of each sale and no customer service afterwards. After this, I will no longer be Target optical customer, many better optiins out there, big box not always that good, seems like more care and attention is given by the smart all guys out there. My advice, do your research, i assumed I was in good hands but was not the case.

Walked into the optical today because I needed two pairs of glasses as I work nearby and it’s convenient. Walked in with a woman working the desk and a man working the counter. I was in there easily 15 minutes listening to them bellyache about who was or wasn’t working over the holidays. Didn’t even get a “hello” or “may we help you”... I was the only customer in there. So I walked out and went to buy my glasses at Lenscrafters. I was surprised because I do like the rest of the store and I’m in there at least twice a week. So I spent my $700 elsewhere.

The only person who knows what there doing is the manager . The rest of the staff are unorganized misinformed and not well cross trained .... waited 2 days and to separate occasions for a half hour just to get contacts . I know better next time to just deal with the manager her self .The doctor was great . Staff semi-unprofessional. Would definitely go over the basics again

A lens fell off my metal frame. The gentleman was able to put it back on at no charge. Thank you so very much. It really helped.

Dr. Toker is great and thoroughly attends to your eyecare needs and questions. Thorough and quick exam and fitting for contacts. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Great service!
