Driving down from the Pioneer Mountains after a fantastic weekend, I was craving a hot sandwich, veggie based and a strong iced coffee. Im so happy we stumbled upon Hailey Coffee! Great food, awesome coffee and delightful atmosphere.My husband and I shared the roasted veggie pesto panini, which was stuffed with homemade pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, roasted yellow tomatoes, basil, roasted red peppers and topped with provolone cheese. Holy cannoli was it delicious! The artichoke hearts provided the same consistency as chicken without the calories. And the taste was amazing! All the veggies burst with flavor, must have been enhanced by the pesto. The bread was toasted to perfection. Paired with a strong iced vanilla latte my cravings were satisfied and my hunger maintained until we reached home! I would 10/10 recommend the food here.*Note - I waited rather long for the sandwich, but it was worth it. Additionally it was Sunday so staff was light. I think there were only 2 people working.

Eh….went through last time we were in town, had a bad experience so they gave us gift cards for two free coffees. Tried it a second time, they didn’t honor the gift cards. Coffee was 1 star, burrito was 3 star…

Not much ambiance here but I got a nice Americano & bought some of their whole bean hazelnut coffee. ☕

We went to the Hailey store. Coffee was just ok. They only give 2 shots in a large latte. Have to pay for extra if you want more. Should just rename the place Hailey Starbucks. The people behind the counter were not friendly at all. Will not go back.

Their coffee is absolutely delicious! Love that they have healthy options and accommodate vegetarian diets as well. The jordan breakfast is 🔥

I love that all the coffees have the option to be blended. The coffee itself is very tasty and just as good or better, in my opinion, than starbucks. They have WAY better dessert options too that are fresh!

Visited Hailey coffee in Ketchum in the morning for coffee and breakfast. Loved it. On the way through Hailey stopped for coffee and wsd disappointed. The coffee was cold and the staff didnt seem to care. I asked for and got a refund and left. Wont go there again.

Breakfast - The presentation was perfect and the food was delicious. Bakery case with a large selection. Coffee menu was extensive.Lots of tables inside, several near outlets. Most are 2-4 seats. Also a couple couches and some barstool-style seating. Outdoor seating, also. Someone came through periodically to clear and wipe the tables.Clean bathroom. Plenty of free parking.

My experience placing a to go order should have been my first red flag, but I figured on a Saturday they were slammed. When I placed my order to go they did not ask my name or give me an expected time as to when my order would be ready, or the cost. They just hung up. I showed up to the caffe and asked and was told it would be 10 minutes. That is reasonable in my mind and I settled in to wait. Inexplicably they only had two staff, one was the “cook” on a Saturday. The barista was painfully slow and not great at communicating when something was done. We finally got our food and drove the 2 minutes back to our hotel. I got the Jordan, it was fine a little cold. My boyfriend’s oatmeal was stone cold and his side of over medium fried eggs were scrambled eggs with bacon. The oatmeal included whole strawberries and almonds, would have been better hot and the berry and almonds chopped. The coffee tasted burnt. I couldn’t finish my shot in the dark. Overall not a great experience. The coffee cake was excellent! The one redeeming quality.

Friendly staff, quick service- one of the only places in Hailey to get coffee after 9-10am. on a Monday. Word of caution: their “roasting” practices are not for everybody. To me it was more of a carbonizing than a roasting. Required a LOT of cream /sugar to correct the flavor.

Coffee terrible very basic, my gf got a matcha and it was even worse she threw it away. The good was beyond basic microwaved sweet potatoes abs eggs that looked powdered or at least not natural in origin. Do not recommend.

Given the social distancing needs, it was really great to be able to go in, order some great tasting coffee, and a delicious baked treat, and be able to sit down with safely spaced tables and chairs. Great work, appreciate it!

Hailey is a beautiful city, but this coffee shop was not the greatest. The shop was a bit dirty and the coffee tasted a bit bitter and burnt.

They do not wear their masks even though there is a city ord. When the do wear them they dont cover their nose. The other day a food server was eating a muffin with her hands, touched her mouth and then pulled up her mask and grabbed my cup buy grabbing lip area and the inside of the cup. I asked her to make my drink over and wash your hands this time. Should not have to ask this

The CUTEST coffee shop have ever been in. The staff are friendly and efficient. I had the BEST latte I have ever had before in addition to the best bagel! I had the Tomatillo ( I think thats what its called). I would love to come back and visit again!

It was a quaint busy little coffee shop. GREAT light breakfast. I had French toast and bacon. Very friendly staff. Definitely a place to recommend & visit again.

Im not the type that goes to coffeehouses often but I had a bit of time to kill recently and this shop was conveniently close by. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole place. The coffee was very good, the coconut muffin was awesome, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The next time I need a cup of joe and Im in the area this will be my place of choice.

Bottomless drip coffee. Discount if you bring your own cup. Great owner and employees. Owner happily works behind the bar. New espresso machine installed last month. Great food.

Great place, the coffee guy was a helpful hipster and helped me select a great cup of morning juice. The breakfast however? It was like eating the hit song by Booker T and the MGs Green Onions and I had to wrap the burrito myself.

You will always receive friendly customer service here, even first thing in the morning. The coffees are always made correctly. They also make a very good breakfast.

My wife met the personable owner at RPI in Ketchum and she was so taken by his personality that we visited Hailey Coffee on our way home.Their staff are professional and friendly. The ambiance was welcoming and makes you feel like spending time there. They have a wide variety of coffees and teas.My family tried their homemade breads and they were delicious and fresh.I had a bowl of their “Make My Day” oatmeal that I really enjoyed as it was a nice clean meal.

Wasnt impressed. I really can even comment on the coffee, because I was so blown away by how impersonal and rude the staff was. They just looked miserable to be doing their job and had a flat affect. I did order a cappuccino, but it wasnt anything special. They also seemed annoyed with every person who came up to order. Just not a place Id want to visit the first thing in the morning, they kinda ruined my day.

Horrible service, to the point that you just want to walk out. On June 2nd on a Saturday, around 1.pm we had to wait like 20 minutes for a cup of coffee cause they where so low staffed aka 1 person and the place was full. All these employees including the owners must brew some coffee with sleeping pills for them cause they are slower than a turlte. And the coffee is just average. Im talking even below that. Im not talking about sugary drinks, just plain coffee or espresso.

Not open by 620am. Beware the hours posted - they open whenever they want.

I love the homey atmosphere in Hailey Coffee Co. The coffee is beat and I really enjoy the deck seating area in the summer.

Lots of mocha options/variations. Non-dairy options. The espresso was mediocre. The drip coffee was not fresh & tasted like it had been scalded when it was made. Overall it was ok, but not worth a 2nd visit.

Love their coffee, live their just eggs breakfast with lots of add-ins(bacon,avo,salsa). Tons of paleo treats that taste amazing. Very friendly staff.

Great coffee, chai, and fast and friendly service. I love getting a blended chai latte here on a warm day. Sometimes a little too busy for me to host a business meeting, but I have met clients here! The new owner, Santos Serva is also a great community supporter.

Only ordered food, both breakfast. Breakfast sandwich was alright but the eggs were scrambled and crumbly. The sandwich fell apart all over me. The breakfast burrito was nothing to write home about, very dry and overpriced for product.
