We purchased a Hot Springs Spa from Four Seasons in 2010. About a year later we had some equipment challenges that could have threatened our relationship with the company. Being in business here, we know that it is when things dont go right that a company has the opportunity to shine. I had an issue which turned out to be a major expense, Four Seasons went to bat for me with the manufacturer and I did not buy the spa from Four Seasons. Their service was great and I would highly recommend them. Michael Stapleton
