Truthfully, I wish we went to him much sooner than we have! From my 1st purchase on..you couldnt ask for better. If they dont have something youre looking for, they will gladly get it for you type of people who go out of their way for their customers. My experience at rent king was great. Moses explains everything in detailed and he’s very compassionate about his customers. Moses has the mentality of running the store. And he multitask greatly.

Went to look for bunk beds and the staff was amazing. Not only did they help they made it easy and fun.

We just started a new diet and we had way to much frozen food for our Freezer. we looked all over the place and everyone said we would have to wait 2 months. I did not know what I would do. We then went to Rent King and and had a great experience. Tom Lewis was a great salesman to work with and very helpful with all of our questions. The Freezer is a great product, lots of room, quite and efficient. And they delivered it the same day. I definitely would recommend.

I visited rent King in Haines City my experience was annoying he oversold his merchandise and told inappropriate corny jokes entertain me he gave me options I didnt want merchandise I did it one we agreed that I would make the first payment in the store then he would deliver the product to my door I got a call the truck was right on my street and I never made the payment very unprofessionalI only mark one star to be able to post this review it does not deserve even one star

I have known Tom Lewis, the current manager of this store through doing business with Rent King for over 15 years. I was using the Lakeland Fl. Store until Mr. Lewis transferred to Haines City. He has always taken very good care of our appliance and furniture needs throughout the years and Ive never had an issue with his service. He is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable in available items. I have been a customer of the Haines City store for almost a year now. I switched shortly after Mr. Lewis left the lakeland store. I recommend this store highly everybody is friendly and helpful. I look forward to many more years as a happy and satisfied Haines City Rent King customer.
