Took the car in for a repair estimate and was advised that it would cost a fixed price of $149 plus tax. After we received the quotes, we decided not to have the repairs completed as their prices were extremely high compared to quotes at other repair shops. When we decided not to have repairs done, we were then told that there would be a 12% shop fee added to the estimate even though no work was actually being completed and we were never told about this extra charge before dropping off the car. Just a ridiculous policy to charge everyone 12% of the total repair bill for shop fees not to mention an additional 4% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. Really! You are told to bring cash to avoid the surcharge. Have you ever heard of a car dealership charging customers for paying with a credit card? Can you imagine paying an extra $240 for the 12% shop fee and another $80 with a credit card if you had a $2,000 repair bill? Just insane.
Absolutely phenomenal service. Joe assisted me with every need I had for my Tacoma. I had several visits with other shops that couldn’t find a simple air leak in my tire. Miracle Toyota found it without hesitation. Overall my Tacoma gain a superb tuneup. Too. It runs exceptionally now. Joe had great customer service and communication was his expertise. I highly recommend them for any car service.
Ok just wow these guys were awful. Never going here again. They didn’t address or fix the issues with my car and were only trying to sell me on a new one. I asked them to fix the maintenance light being on in my car and it’s still on when i left. They kept my car keys while they were selling me on a new one. I simply asked them how my my car was worth. They took it upon themselves to push me into buying something I didn’t want. I asked a few times to leave and was met with resistance. They made me feel so uncomfortable and I’ll never forget that feeling. Save yourself from these guys as they use some really slimy tactics.
I had an appt at 12:30 for 1st checkup on my new Venza, rotate tires & top off fluids... I finally left at 2:45... REALLY!

They didnt want to honor a coupon that clearly says can be used by a friend or family member. The guy said its Vin # Specific. My son leases he gets oil changes and service for free. Why do they send these coupons and then argue with you when you come to use them. I read the letter to him and he finally accepted it. I also needed them to reset my TPMS light after I got new tires it wont go off. That costs like 200 dollars.. I was like WTH, I WILL just deal with the light being on. Apparently Toyota installed that little light so they can make 200 bucks extra every time you get your tires changed. JEEZ !! SO FAR NOT A HAPPY OR PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.. Still waiting for them to finish my car. Knock on wood that the rest of the experience goes well 😳
Such a great experience at Miracle Toyota today. They solved my problem and had me in-and-out in record time. Love their convenient online appointment booking option and drive thru/curbside check-in process. My service advisor Giovanni provided me with great customer service and took the time to explain the diagnostic process, the problem they found, and what was fixed.
Took my friends car to get fixed. They charged her over 1000 dollars and fixed nothing. Also the car was still apart when we went to go home.
It would be great if there was a coffee station or something.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service, pushiness and deceptive practices, inconsiderate with the customers, way over priced which gives me the impression that they are going hungry and need to charge a hefty price for labor and parts to keep that place opened. NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!!!

It was a bad experience with the maintenance department. I will never take my van to those mechanic if you go and complaint they treaded you like stupid person and instead of resolvey your complay the same day, you have to wait whenever they wants to resolved uour problem, they do not care about you. Horrible place

I have only visited the service three times my Tacoma has 15k and in the first service everything is fine in the second I had to return the next day because a ring was missing a nut and on my last visit when I am going to leave, not even the maintenance light They turned off my young woman who received the tacoma very kindly, she was the one who turned off the maintenance light. I am very disappointed in the service center and the unfortunate thing is that I have two Toyota cars and I live 5 minutes from the dealer I will not go again I prefer to travel further
