They were polite, friendly, and helpful; they sold me a car that was *not safe to drive*. It was missing lug nuts on each wheel (I should have noticed) and a spacer inside the wheel that weakened it by its absence, to an unsafe degree. Within a couple of weeks two of the four brakes were completely nonfunctional. The radiator leaked. I paid $2,500 for the car, and within a month spent $2,400 on repairs for the car, plus expenses related to repairing the car such as renting a car while this one was in the shop. The car still needs a lot of work, mainly cosmetic, but thats not a big deal. Selling a car that is not safe to drive is a *very big deal*. The repairs were done by a shop that I trust implicitly. There is zero possibility that the repairs were unnecessary.*Edit* after the AC went out and I continued to have problems with the doors I went back to them to sell it back. Even though I had paid sticker price and put more into it than I paid for it they avoided the conversation of buying back/exchanging/etc. But they were polite and helpful; they fixed the doors for free and got the necessary part to repair the AC. I think they would have repaired the AC for free except the garage they use had their AC guy quit. All this got them another star.Maybe if Id gone back when I faced the initial monumental repairs they would have been helpful and fixed them? They do seem like nice people. Nonetheless, I think its the responsibility of a used car dealership to -- at a minimum -- ensure the vehicle is safe to drive *before* selling it.

Shopping for a used car can be a frustrating situation. Eli and his assistant made it easy. My Element was as nice as Eli described it and it passed with flying colors from the Honda dealer inspection. My experience working with Eli was wonderful. Never a hard sale and he worked with me on my finances. No hidden fees or charges. Straight up guy and car sale. Highly recommended and will return.

Bought a car here and as soon as we got home realized whole in radiator owner ordered one but we had to install i payed cash so I feel he should sent someone to fix it instead I had to drive 3 hrs to pick up wasted my whole day and a day to install

Both Eli Sr. and Jr. were great. They took great care to recommend the best car for my sisters first car and ensure she was comfortable with the buying process. They were not too pushy and made reasonable suggestions when she was looking for a specific vehicle. They delivered on all promises. I would highly recommend them.

Eli’s totally lied about a vehicle we drove 130 miles to BUY...not look at, BUY. He (and his add) clearly said “vehicle needs nothing”...”runs perfect”. I send one of my employees WITH CASH to pick up vehicle...NO A/C, broken vents, BROKEN OVERDRIVE OVERRIDE (needed for towing..it was F250), broken electric mirrors, LARGE CRACK IN DASH. All this after telling me “trucks perfect except a little paint issue on good and roof”, and this was just what we seen after 15 min inspection...God knows what else was wrong with it!!!I blew about $300 on sending my guy there and fuel just to find out the guys a lier...don’t waste your time/$ dealing with this crook.
