Is there only one employee that they have to close the whole store for more than hour?

I just got off the store, this team is amazing!Addison, helped me out just perfect! She clarified my monthly bill and helped me reduce my monthly charge in addition to adding a brand new apple watch series 6. I was relieved she hooked me up and addressed my billing concerns. She’s great with customers, would recommend her and her store 100%. Thanks guys for delivering exceptional customer service!!!

Carlos was amazing. He was able to fix my issue with my phone that no one else at the other stores or tech support was able to do. He was very patient and taught me step by step what he was doing and the reasoning behind it. He was simply totally outstanding!

Unfortunately I have to give it a star but the service was horrible the manager Kevin did not have a mask and he pass clients without masks inside the store and I ask him for the iphone 11 pro max and what’s the offer when you switch and he don’t know anything I ask him what color he have in stock and he say I don’t know exactly I’m not sure. hellow when you open the store the first step is check the inventory for know what you going to sell but the poor service of kevin stopped serving us to attend other customers for payoff phones or sim swap and lose the Sale. Bad store poor services and only one employee be himself.

I always love doing business with AT&T. We just got new phones yesterday, and as always, the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was even able to save us quite a bit of money.

The staff is great here, the manager kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to lower my bill and even saved me money by switching to DIrectv. I highly recommend you stop by. Will definitely return.

Hi, 99%of my reviews are for great people and companiesAn Advice for Small contractors, working class people, people that work hard, DO NOT make the Mistake to do any repair for the Cartel who is in charge to subcontra rehabs for this store or others around, AT&T stores, the telephone company has nothing to do with it, I believe AT&T is a great organization, unfortunately franchise like this one do business with manipulators. Do not accept any job from this people, the chances you get pay are very limited. Thanks and Good luck.

Never been to this store so I did not know what to expect. Came in to upgrade my plan add a line and buy an Iphone for my wife. To my surprise was a very nice clean spacious store. We had an appointment with Kelvin, he and his manager went above and beyond to explain everything and to make sure we got all the discounts that were available. No pressure selling and very friendly. Will def make this our go to store to buy products from Atnt gng forward.

David was very helpful, and willing to work with us on absolutely everything. He took his time explaining our options with the budget we had. I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great service!!

Carlos provides outstanding customer service at this store. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and makes customers feel at ease. While working on a problem on my phone and IPad, he also greeted each new person that came in and helped three other customers in between fixing my problems. I would highly recommend asking for him as you walk in.

The worst att store I have been in lazy and not to helpful.

Awful. The young lady was so kind and helpful. The guy was 100% the worse and most awful person Ive ever met. Wont ever return.

We came yesterday 1/8/17 to add a line to our plan around 3:30. The gentleman working had the doors locked and was sitting inside playing on the computer.. I pulled on the doors and he didnt move.. I waited about 10 minutes to see if someone else came out and no one came from the back. I called twice and no answer. So I knocked and he threw hand motions at the door letting us know he wasnt coming to let us in. I signaled back that I didnt understand his hand motions and he continued again and then got up and walked off... I find it extremely rude to not come over to the door and let me know what the deal was since they were suppose to be open until 6. Needless to say they lost out on my business and I had an excellent experience at the Cypress Gardens location in the plaza.

Outstanding customer service, David the assistant manager at this location went above and beyond to help me with my issues. Deffinetly coming back and will recomend this store to friends and family.
