What a disappointment this experience was today. Went in for medications and the restroom had to be changed because they were incorrect. Went around while I was there to get some things I needed wanted and went to the front and the cashier was talking to someone waited, waited, waited, left figured I can get these someplace else. Customer service is lacking. Seems due to the labor shortage there are bodies but no management to direct them . Shame I liked Walgreens better then CVS but time to change hopping for better experiences there. If this were the first or second time no sweat bad day. But this is a habit now

Ordered a Covid home test kit. Received text message that indicated was pick-up would be delayed. Called store was told did not know how long it would be delayed. Asked to speak with manager was put on hold for a long time. Product should have been identified as out of stock. This is a deceitful business practice. Shame on you!

Terrible!!! they give you coupons that you cant redeem. I just try to used one they gave in my last purchase. When I saw the price I asked about the coupon and the man said that ai have 3 thousands points for my next purchase

The lady at the pharmacy driveway was amazing and helpful. I arrived at 8:40pm and she still help me and got my kid medication right there. BEST PLACE AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER!!

Spent a very long time at drive thru disappointing

This Walgreen is the one close by my house so I decide to pick up my prescription here, big mistake! First off the person that was checking my prescription was arrogant then she told me it will be available tomorrow which was on a Saturday? Well I remind her that it was Saturday then she replied in a mocking manner “ well it might be in by Monday”. Her attitude was so careless.Well... time to go to Winn-Dixie pharmacy.

I realize I arrived 4 mins early but would have spent over $100 here. Was turned away by an employee smoking cigarettes next to the front door. Sorry to disturb your ciggs. Thanks for giving more business to cvs. They gladly welcomed me into the store

Avoid placing orders to be shipped to store for pick up. Those mfing thieves claim that the order was never delivered when the tracking # clearly states that it was actually delivered and signed off by one of them smh

I think is very expensive but if you have an emergency and the money is a good place.

I absolutely love Walgreens except waiting in line for the pharmacy. I was there for my antibiotics and cough medication for bronchitis and swollen lymph nodes over a hour all I wanted was my bed. Its like that with everything I need monthly. So over it 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I would like to say what kind of Walgreens closes at 6pm?! like seriously I believe all pharmacies should be open 24 hours but 6pm is just ridiculous, I could have understood if they said 10pm but 6! I really needed my birth control and I would have gotten it earlier but the automated call never called my phone to schedule a refill so I had to call. To top it all off I checked google to see what time it closes and they said the store hours is 11pm, (I got there at 10)if you guys are going to change your store hours can you please update your google as well. I wish there was a way to not give a star as well!

My favorite Walgreens. The staff is always helpful and smiling. The head pharmacist goes out of his way to help and inform us every time! Clean and well stocked.

I picked up my levothyroxine 0.75mg tablet and after talking it I began to feel very sick. Nauseous, my stomach hurt, just horrible! After 3 days I finally stopped by the Walgreens again to let them know. The pharmacist told me the machine had made an error and gave me instead 0.5mg tablet. My daughter is a pharmacy technician and she said it’s the pharmacist job to check and compare the pill with the prescription. Even though supposedly the machine made an error it could of been fixed before dispense. Just eye opening!!

I ordered about $100 worth of pictures to be printed via the app. Was told my pictures would be ready at a certain time. I showed up about 7 hours after I was told they would be ready. When I get there the person could not find my pictures. Then she tells me oh, I see why. They were never printed. When were they promised to you? I told her the time and told her which was about 7 hours ago. I was given a blank stare, no apology. I became so upset, but all I told her was Thanks, Ill take my business somewhere else. Very inconvenient for me, if you are not going to be paying attention to the orders that you are receiving maybe you should not advertise that the photo department is open 24/7.

Great service friendly employees. And pharmacist that work well with you too make sure yourmeds get filled in a timely manner.

I just moved to the area 3 weeks ago and, thus far, everyone in town has been very nice. I had a very good experience with the pharmacy. They had what I needed, filled it and I was able to pick it up later that night. I like the convenience of having a pharmacy close by that is open late because I commute a long way to work and wont get back into town until 7pm. If I ever need my medication filled, I can get it here on my way home with out worry.As I said, everyone has been nice here so far. However, I was very put off yesterday by one of the employees. I believe her name is Fran. I was nothing but nice to her and I really tried to get her to smile because she seemed like she might just be having a bad day. After several attempts, I just figured that she is just a mean spirited person. She was just so unpleasant. I asked her how her day was, even said hey, its Friday-eve, thats a good thing huh? and tried to keep a lighthearted conversation but she just shot down all of it. It kind of makes me not want to shop at this Walgreens ever again. She really killed my vibe.

Slow cashier my first time at this location but like most Walgreens this one is no different SLOW! They also do not require masks. Saw many customers, employees and even a manager without masks. Very sad and dangerous therefore I will not visit this location anytime soon.

Left a prescription on Wednesday, came to pick it up on Thursday and it took 20 minutes for the Pharmacy Tech to find it..sad part is, I left it with the Pharmacist who informed me it would be ready by noon that day. Finally someone finds the prescription, no apologies and they printed the wrong twins name on the medication, along with no refills. I called and spoke to the Pharmacist who did apologize and added the refills and the correct twins name. The name was correct on the prescription. I was disappointed with this mishap and hope that my neighborhood Walgreens get it together quick.

I work in a busy Family Practice office w/ 4 providers, I always answer the phone in a pleasant manner. I was on hold for an hour!!!!! and immediately put on hold every time the phone was picked up. Unacceptable!!!! Very poor customer service!!!!!... I was not even given the opportunity to speak to anyone before being placed on hold multiple times.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this Walgreens has definitely been the worst. They told me my prescription would be ready next day. I came the next day and they tell me they had just received my prescription they would be ready in an hour. I came back the next day and they told me the prescription was in back order.This is the 3rd time they do this to me. It would have been easier if they had told me that from the beginning instead of making me wait! Avoid this location!

They dont pick up on the phone, they put you on hold and never respond

Hard to get in and out of but more then that too long to get rx....wait in lines inside and out. Def need more help. Pharmacist plays God when you need your rx and the doc says fill even if a day early he will not. I have no insurance pay a lot and I see no reason for this.

The pharmacy member was very rude, its the last thing a sick person needs to go through when you picking up your Meds, this is the way she addressed me what do you want? . I was shocked and had no answer to her greeting. It was rude and no I didnt want anything from her, but I was there to pick the Meds I paid for from the walgreens company where I was always treated great. This is unappropriate and bad for your companys reputation, she need additional training if you want people to keep coming especially with a cvs across the street .Good luckYour faithful costumer for years until tonight

This pharmacy has the Worst customer service! I have tried to get 4 or 5 DIFFERENT prescriptions filled there and they have not had ANY! Its really ridiculous and extremely irritating when you have to drive all over the county the find the medications you need.What is worse is the CALL CENTER and the actual location to not communicate and have been told so many different things & told prescriptions were in stock or ready when they werent.Needless to say Im switching my families prescriptions to CVS!Walgreens should be ashamed!
