Had dead batteries in my cart. I thought it was the charger but they checked and that was not the case. The gentleman gave me perfect advice on how to recharge my batteries with my charger for the car battery. It took 2 days but my cart is up and running again. Thanks so much. I will return.

Great experience! I bought a new Yamaha gas cart, No price gouging, No extra bullsh**t fees, they give you a price and then add sales tax, period. Joe was a great salesman and knowledgeable. Delivery was fast in just two days. I had a small issue with a trim piece on the cart, Kyle was fantastic, came to my house same day and resolved the issue. Thank you Joe and Kyle. I highly recommend.

No bargains on their carts. Was told cheapest carts they have are around $6000. $6000 I can but a pretty nice car. I just wanted to putt around my RV park. I went somewhere else and got a great used cart for $2000. Now thats a bargain. Sorry bargain cart. 2 stars!

Bought a golf cart for my parents that had an 18 month warranty. The cart has been in for warranty work 4 times in 10 months. The last time was a few days before Thanksgiving 2017. I went to talk to them about why the cart has been in 4 times. I was directed to Steve in the service department. I introduced myself to him and he started out the conversation with exclaiming, I have already butted heads with your mother and continued to curtly state that he was not going to butt heads with me because thats what he does all day. I replied that, All I want to do is find out what the consistently problem is with the cart.He said that it is an issue with the lights and not the cart. He said it can be a few things: 1.my parents are not charging the cart properly 2. they are running the cart with the lights on excessively 3. they are hitting the light switch accidentallyThey drive the cart with the lights on from the club house & back to their house (about a 1/2 mile) and occasionally around the course. I asked if there could be a short within the light system and Steve replied, No and Im not going to butt heads about it. He continued to insist that it must be operator error. The conversation with Steve seemed to be more of an accusation that my parents are incompetent and senile.I would not recommend dealing with this company especially if you are retired. Its highly likely that you will be victimized and/or taken advantage of by the service department manager Steve.

I recently moved to the area and brought my cart with me from up north. Went there looking for an aftermarket style head light switch for my Club Car Precedent. I asked the gentleman at the counter if they carried them and he said yes and went to the back to get one for me. He came out with a metal beefy light switch and here I’m thinking to myself it’s going to be a fortune because the ones I saw online were cheap plastic. I asked the price and he quoted me a price of 0.03 cents more than what I would have gotten online for a cheap china knockoff. I was like sold! I swapped my switch out and I’m back in business. I’ll definitely be back when I need more items and help.
