My first time walking into this store was a few months ago and I could be happier. They were able to help me pick out a whole bathroom in 30 minutes and I went home feeling happy with the service I got and I could rest easy knowing that they would deliver the items for me and I could have my contractor meet them to pick up the furniture. Whether you need toilets, sinks, bathtubs, or even storage they have it all and they have over 600 different designs and tile to choose from at prices better than retail.

I love shopping here. Ive renovated a few house already and I always use bath plus design. Whether its the Hallandale location or the Biscayne location they have friendly employees and a great selection of items no matter your taste.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!. I order cabinets and sinks and once my contractor installed them they won’t close properly! I called Juan multiples times and he told me everyday i will get back to you and never did. Promised me Someone will come fix it and no one did. It has been 2 months already since i told him about it. And still no fix. I would not recommend going there! STAY AWAY

I LOVE THIS STORE! I purchased all my tiles, vanities, faucets, and fixtures for a bathroom remodel at Bath Plus Designs and I couldnt be happier with the products and with the customer service I received. Not only was Alan (their employer) very helpful, but he sat down and explained everything step by step on how to install my shower head properly. At one point they were missing something in their inventory, so Alan called the owners Nicholas and Virginie and they came straight away to deliver the item. They were a very nice couple. They also have two stores. I purchased my items at the Hallandale location, which is a little smaller than their Biscayne location. However, anything they do not have at their Hallandale location you can look through a catalogue and they can deliver it to you to the Hallandale location if you dont wish to drive to Miami. They are very friendly and very honest with great prices and work with you to make sure you buy everything you need to make your bathroom PERFECT! They made remodeling my bathroom enjoyable! I highly recommend this place for your home!

Our contractor told us to come here and we were thrilled! The choices were fabulous, the prices were exceptional and the customer service is sensational. In less than 30 minutes, we selected vanities, mirrors, and faucets for two bathrooms! Definitely would recommend highly.

Showroom is excellent and friendly. The employees there were able to get me what i want in a reasonable time and I was very satisfied with my experience here. They have a wide variety of collections at better than retail pricing.

I usually do not write reviews but this time i just had to! I walked into the store in Hallandale and received the best service ! My husband and i were greeted by Omar who was just so kind. Honestly we did not even intend to purchase anything that day nor did w know about Bath plus design before that but we are definitely coming back and recommending to our friends. Great Job on the Staff, we ended up purchasing a shower head and such a nice vanity wh the help of Omar and his patience.As a real estate agent, i will be recommending this place to my clients for their new homes! thumbs up!

Great place, amazing tile selections from the best manufacturers from Porcelenosa to anything else you can imagine. Selection and original service were excellent. We made several trips to the showroom and ultimately bought a vanity/medicine cabinet for our master bathroom, which we had just remodeled. However it was all downhill after the purchase. Our contractor picked up the items which were packed as if new. However the sales person, Alain, substituted the floor model without informing us. When we opened the boxes the medicine cabinet had a chip in 2 places in the glass. Upon contacting Alain he told us the contractor did this when transporting the cabinet the 4 or so miles to our house. Almost impossible if this were new and packed in original cartons. He offered to fix the glass for $75.00. We learned from the contractor who is excellent, that when he picked up the vanity it was under a number of heavy boxes. Apparently when repacking they did not put any foam in the carton over the glass. They also did not include the mounting hardware. Still Alain refused to take it back. So they substituted a used vanity for new without informing us. Fortunately we took a picture of the floor model in the store to compare with the other vanities we saw. Upon a close look at the picture of the vanity in the store we saw the chip in the glass.SIMPLY STATED, THEY KNEW THERE WAS A CHIP IN THE GLASS IN THE FLOOR MODEL AND WERE JUST TRYING TO MAKE EXTRA Money. I my opinion this is a dishonest business practice and most likely illegal. We had to dispute our charge. Be careful in dealing with them.

Okay so Im a little bit 50/50 on this matter .. The service there was great Omar was nice and all . But OMG the store was burning hot !! There was no AC I kid you not it felt better outside in the sun than in.. I did could not bare to stay and shop and I cant imagine how hard it it for the poor guy who works there ... Shame on the owner of this store this is not a way to have customers come in !!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. Where do I begin... We placed an order w/ Bath+Design for 8 white doors(for $10K), for my apartment in Florida. Bath+ placed the order through ITAL doors. These doors took a couple of weeks, and when they arrived; to my surprise, they were not white but dark brown. We contacted Bath+, and they admittedly said that they made a mistake. They offered to paint the doors white to cover their mistake, but I refused. We opened a dispute with AMEX which lasted 6 months. They lied to AMEX and doctored their invoice so they dont lose any of the money they received. AMEX decided not to go any further, and asked us to settle this between us. Bath+ refused to oblige our request, they lied to me, never picked up my phone calls, or responded to my emails. Now I got stuck with 8 doors that do not match the aesthetic I need for my apartment. I have never come across a more dishonest retailer. The whole shop is full of trained liars. I hope that someone reads this, and that they decide not to do any business with these guys, let alone even look at a catalogue of theirs. Terrible business practices. If you come across these guys or the name Nicolas Piatti, throw the card away.

My name is Juan Ariza Manager at BATH + DESIGN.The gentleman below to genning with was not our customer.But yes i do agree we had an issue with a customer by name Maggyshe did purchase the doors thru us and yes she did received the doors in different color. To explain the issue with this customer, when she placed the order for the doors, Italdoors sent her a document via email on witch she had to signto make sure the COLOR and DIMENSIONS were correct. Unfortunately she sign the document without inspecting it. This doors are custom made directly with Italdoor. They did not accept any exchange.Here at Bath + Design we work very hard to make everyone happy with us and the product.
