I said yes to my dress from Happy Bride today and I also learned that buying a dress is an experience. Well, I had the most wonderful experience in this shop. I went before to a Davids Bridal and another boutique in Sunrise, so I have some experience when I say none of them compared to Happy Bride. You dont feel rushed, they have so many dresses to try and choose from, and are super happy to show you all you want and more. They are spending a good chunk of time with you and your party and everything is just made to help you relax. No pressure, we actually left and came back a few hours latter to buy my dress.The owner advised me to get a cheaper dress out of 2 I was contemplating. She could have made $600 more, but just because the cheaper one looked better on me, she recommended it.Im telling you: you feel pampered, relaxed, and helped, but not pressured or rushed in any way.Thank you, Happy Bride, not only for a stunning dress, but also for a wonderful experience.I would recommend this store to any bride looking for a dress.They also have bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride.

When I went dress shopping, I knew I found the dress for me online. I contacted local stores that sold the brand but no one had it in stock. So I tried on other dresses and other styles but even my friends agreed that none of them seemed quite right. When I showed them the dress online, we all agreed it was the dress for me. Every store I asked about the dress, however, either told me that I had to order the dress sight unseen and be stuck with it if I wasnt happy or that I needed to just buy something else. I was so disappointed.When I called Happy Bride, they immediately told me they would order it for me to be able to try on. We agreed for the store to order a plus size version so that plus size brides had something sexy to try on and, after pinning, I would still know what the dress would look like on me. It took months for the dress to come in. When Happy Bride called to let me know, I rushed down after work by myself. Seeing that I was alone, the owner was holding the phone so my sister (who lives out of town) could see me through video the entire time to be there with me - and I said yes to the dress!Everyone was so exceptionally sweet and friendly. They make it feel like a family and I genuinely believe they are happy for each bride-to-be. The store deserves the name Happy Bride.

Horrible I went with the reviews thinking it was good be some nice friendly people. I called the same day to go in they said no problem as I arrived the husband was really RUDE and no type of welcome feeling. He ask what I was looking for i said a wedding dress I told him if they had some else working there that can help me? He went in the back I guess the lady told him she couldnt as i heard he told me i can bring you my wife but u got buy lol I just walked away. All I was trying do is look for my dress unfortunately I didnt experience no type friendly happy bride place!

My experience at Happy Bride was wonderful. After having a last minute venue change from indoors to outdoors I was sure I wouldnt be able to change my then heavy and over the top mermaid dress to something more lightweight. But the store manager was able to pulled some strings and I ended up getting the dress of my dreams. I highly recommend Happy bride for anyone having a hard time finding a dress.

In summary: they are AMAZING! I made a last minute appointment and they gladly took me in. I told them the style I was looking for and I fell in love with the first dress they picked out (they also stuck true to my price range)! The ladies here were so nice and inviting. Their prices are also the best around. My bridal appointment went awesome, Barbie, who was my consultant was so AMAZING!!!! I’m sad she’s no longer there, she was very attentive, accommodating, and a great listener! I would’ve given them 5 stars but they’re refund policy sucks. Unfortunately my fiancé and I decided to just elope, so I put a small deposit down on the dress, the dress was never ordered because I didn’t pay the required “half” amount to order the dress, but they refused to refund me, but they do allow store credit.

10 years ago, I had been to at least 5 bridal stores before visiting Happy Bride. Their selection, service, and prices were the best of anywhere I had visited. Their professionalism and knowledge of what looks best on a person helped me so much. They were great about letting me try on what I thought would look good and then gently making suggestions. Needless to say, my dream dress was one that they encouraged me to try on. Since my own wedding, 4 of my friends have also gotten married. All of them got their dresses at Happy Bride after I told them about my own wonderful experience. Just recently, I needed a dress for a very formal wedding (yes the bride got her dress there as well). I had looked online for weeks for a dress before deciding to just walk in and try my luck at finding a dress that would work for me. The owner immediately recognized me, and she helped me personally. We were very pleased with the the selection of dresses, however the lady serving us was the reason we left empty handed. When we first greeted her and asked how her day was going she answered it would be better if you actually buy something!During the dress fitting she was incredibly helpful, sweet and full of smiles, yet seemed very rehearsed and superficial.I was there with my friend trying on dresses, and as this was both of our first time having a dress fitting, my friend said that she is not going to buy the first dress she likes, she wants to try like 20 different dresses because her dress must be the hell yes!!! dress.. To which our sales attendant (I believe her name was Magda) said: not in this shop!! Implying that we are (or would be) wasting her time..We left.Since then I have been to other bridal stores, where the ladies give u shoes and jewellery, etc to try on with your dress to get a feel. This place offered nothing extra.However I will point out that the selection and quality of the dresses were very good.

Where do I begin? I came to Happy Bride back in 2000 for my sisters wedding. I was blown away by the staff and their hospitality. The customer service was excellent. As result of my experience, I decided to come in 2008 for my wedding and I left satisfied. They have a huge collection of designers and couture gowns that are beautiful. You have many options, you dont have to settle. Alteration is also available under one roof. Im in love with the professionalism ane customer service. Thats why I keep coming back. I was here in 2015 for my friend and now in 2016 with cousin. If youre looking for a dress that will people turn their heads and say WOW...Happy Bride is the place to be. ...

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.They robbed my fiance of a $800 dollars. deposit.The sales person ( aged lady with glasses from NYC) did not go over store policy with her and was extremely pushy. She made my fiance try on all big sizes without clamping them. She kept saying IMAGINEMy fiance finally liked the only dress dress she gave that was her size( sales tactic be careful) and placed a deposit. This happened on Sunday. She called the next day Monday ( early morning) to NOT process the order because she wanted to try more dresses and she confirmed with sales person the order had not placed. They promised they would call back and never did. They processed the order on purpose without permission. We were never planning to NOT do business them. We had intentions of buying a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride and groom dresses. Thats definitely not the plan anymore. We are currently disputing the transaction with AMEX because they will not work with us. The owner is actually nice but I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone which was surprising because this store was recommended by one of my fiances best friend.AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!! The ladies here are spectacular! No wonder they have been in business for 30 years. Prices are competitive but it doesnt stop there - Jovana is super patient and will help you find similar styles, she also will let you try on many dresses with patience and positivity always! She is awesome! This was my second time coming into the shop to try on different styles. I am so happy I found this little gem. They also carry sizes for normal/average people to try on, so if you are a size 10 in street clothes, they carry 12 and 14s for easy trying on! So many other stores I went to had tiny sizes, what is the point if you cant try on the dress?? Many good things to say about Happy Bride, and I said Yes to the Dress this weekend with their help and cant wait to come back to get measured and pick out veils and more! Love these guys! I was able to also find all of my bridesmaids dresses and all of my additional wedding needs.....I love how the staff treat you like family. After having my family expand unexpectedly, the store was able to still work with me with with my new wedding date. For my sons wedding I was searching for my dress in numerous stores with no results. I even went to Sacks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus with no results . Finally I have found the store The Happy Bride. I have described the color I was looking for a red wine and the style I wanted for my dress. Within few moments the owner of the store came with a dress which was exactly my color and my style. The dress needed some alterations and the work was done by the store seamstress which is excellent and very professional. I have received many compliments for my beautiful dress. I have recommended the store to two of my friends who also bought their dresses at the happy bride. By now 3 dresses, mine and my two friends were bought at this store. In addition to it a bridal gown was bought at this store for my friends wedding. I highly recommend this store for the beautiful collection of dresses they have .

This place was a horrible experience from start to finish. I set an appointment here to look at dresses and I really wish I wouldnt have. They asked me what style of dress I liked and I gave them an idea and they started pulling dresses that were the exact opposite of what I had asked for. They gave me dresses that were completely sheer or had the bodice cut down to your belly button to show off cleavage, never pinned a dress, and just told me to imagine what it would look like if it fit and if the chest the was more covered. I told them I wanted something a little more modest and she asked if my wedding was orthodox. I said no and she replied then why the hell do you dress like that?After over and hour of finding nothing my mom and I started looking through the dresses ourselves because they just werent listening to us. We came back with a few and I found one that I really liked. I asked if they had anything similar and they said no and refused to pull any more dresses. She kept pushing me to buy the one dress I liked insisting it was the only one and that they wouldnt be ordering more and once it was gone then I was out of luck.By the end I was leaning towards purchasing the dress, but asked if I could try it on one more time since they said they couldnt order in another size. She told me no, you have to go now. Were closing soon and it will take you at least 20 minutes to try the dress on again. Its okay, youll come back though.Not here I wont. Their loss. I made another appointment at Davids Bridal and left messages on online boards telling other brides not to bother with this store. Absolutely atrocious service and Im sorry I wasted my time here.

To make it easier, I just went on their website, looked at their dress selection and chose 3 of my favorite designs. Wrote down the model #s and then I went to their store and they gave me those models to try on. I tried about 5 dresses and ended up getting the first one I tried on! It was my first day shopping and I got the perfect dress!

This place has been a god send. I was pretty tired of driving around looking for a dress. I went to David’s bridal but I must say. Happy Bride has a better selection in my opinion. Nurit was amazing. She handled everything and was patient with me and my mom. I thought I would have to settle on another dress but I found the one at Happy Bride. Great selection for a smaller business. Wonderful sales people(Nurit) and seamstresses. A selection of jewelry as well. They were able to get me a dress quickly after the first dress I got elsewhere was unacceptable. Tailoring done quickly and perfectly. I was the mother of the groom and received so many complements!!

Excellent service--so friendly! Nurit, the owner, is wonderful! Everyone there is so helpful. I needed a dress last minute for my sisters wedding (I had one, but wasnt happy with it). She bent over backwards to help and even let me buy one from the show floor even though it will take her some time to get another sample into the store. She immediately brought in the seamstress Josefa, to get me fitted.I was so grateful and feel so gorgeous in that dress. She also helped us to get a dress for my mom last minute--and she looks like a million bucks.Josefa, the seamstress who works there is wonderful as well, very professional, friendly, and knows what shes doing.

Excellent! I went to at least 10 bridal stores before stumbling upon this gem! The women were extremely helpful and awesomely honest in their opinions! They helped me find the most beautiful and perfect dress for my wedding day, the seamstress was absolutely amazing and tailored the dress to make it fit my body perfectly! I must say it was quite difficult to find a dress for my Bahamas beach wedding but they waited on me and helped me try on probably 15 dresses before I found tHe dress!

I went to this shop today with my mom and sister, my mom bought her bridal dress for her wedding and my sister bought her brides maid gown, I like this shop, theyre neat and organize, my mom is loving her dress and my sister is crazy about her gown. I really didnt buy anything for myself ( they didnt have one for me LOL) but Ioved the way they handle my mom and sisters needs. The girl from Ukraine helped us ( i forgot her name) and the owner went above and beyond making sure everything is handled with care. I had the best experience at Happy Bride. I had gone to try dresses on at other bridal shops the day before and wouldve bet money that I wasnt going to find anything that weekend. I was feeling totally discouraged but when I walked in Happy Bride, it felt so right. I was immediately greeted by Jovanna, the absolute sweetest person. I felt like a VIP right away. She asked what I was looking for and I explained to her that I wasnt even sure myself. She pulled a few different gowns right away and got started. We were in a huge dressing room and all my girls were seated outside waiting for me to show them what I had on. It felt exactly how it should when you go wedding dress shopping. The first dress was absolutely gorgeous but the second one was the one! Everyone started to cry and we knew that this was it. It wasnt hard at all. Shopping at Happy Bride made my whole dress experience so perfect and I will never forget it. I recommend anyone to go there!

Five star service! I was so very pleased with the customer service from my first phone call. I needed a dress for my daughters sweet 16 and called early on a Saturday morning (very anxious I might add). April was the women who helped me. She was very pleasant and helpful. She invited me to come in the store and see the dress I inquired about in person. She measured me, recommended a size and helped place my order. Fast forward to a few months later. The dress came in and it looks gorgeous! I cant say how happy I am.I never write reviews but wanted to take a few minutes to share about my experience. You see, I already visited a local dress shop closer to my home. I didnt get the same type of five star service and felt it wasnt a good fit. I went online searching and found Happy Bride. I decided to call first and get an idea of what I could expect. Right away I knew it would be worth my drive.This will be my go to shop when I need a special dress.Thank you April, Nurit and Ely. I really enjoyed my experience.

This store is amazing. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind, the selection is stunning - my girlfriend spent only 20 minutes and came out with 3 preferred dresses she can have made in just days! Thank you Nurit!

The people are rude and super unprofessional & have terrible attitudes. They spoke in Spanish thinking I didnt speak Spanish saying rude and mean things. Happy Bride I think not, more like miserable bride. The seamstress did an awful job on the bridesmaids dresses & the maid of honor dress & the wedding is in one day. The dresses are made of terrible quality with the sequence falling off and apart. They rush you for payments but when youre ready to pay theyre unavailable. They keep pushing for cash payments so they dont have claim taxes or something. Terrible place, quality & people. $300 to look like crap walking down the aisle. Save yourself the headache, your energy and time.

Happy Bride went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Everything came out perfect and even my mom and grandma found dresses to wear to the wedding! The staff was very friendly and helpful and there selection is top-knotch!

Excellent service rendered by Naurite. She is so amazing. She knows exactly what she is doing. she make you feel so comfortable, to the point where you would want her to pick the styles and color for your wedding. I bought my wedding dress here at Happy Bride 11years ago. And I truly will not have gone anywhere else. The staff is awesome they are soo helpful and make you feel like you are family. And they do not pressure you into buying. This was my first bridal store I came to and only one. I will be back to get my dress for when I renew my vows. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. AND I LOVED MY WEDDING DRESS. IT MADE MY SPECIAL DAY COMPLETE.

I had been looking for a dress for my son’s wedding for months to no avail. I had done a lot of research and I’m very knowledgeable about MOB dress designers so I knew what I was looking for. Although I had never heard of the store, I discovered that Happy Bride carried one of the designers I was interested in, Terani.From the minute I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and quickly discovered many styles that I was interested in, including the one I had admired online. Nurit and her sales staff were so helpful and honest about what looked good and what didn’t. I didn’t feel pressured at all! I was thrilled to finally have found my dream dress! I immediately felt like I had hit the jackpot, finally after searching for so many months! I cannot think Nurit and her staff enough for making me feel so beautiful!Josefa and the alterations staff did an amazing job altering my dress to fit me to perfection.The compliments at my sons wedding were overwhelming!
