I love this place Everytime I stop in Mike has some excellent quality new cigar for me to try! He has taken the time to get to know what I like to smoke and always has a good recommendation. I highly recommend the Plasencia cigars!!!!

Nice looking place. Unfortunately, its not a lounge. Female rep attempted to up-sell me a premium cigar. No harm, no foul. Thats what retail is all about. To my surprise, their unbranded house cigar, alongside the register, was a decent smoke. Chose it because I could not smoke inside the casino. My idea of enjoying a premium cigar is taking the time to savor the tobacco and not rush it. Sadly, cannot be done inside The Gulfstream Park Casino.

Last week, I had the need to get a new battery charger for my vape.I could order in amazon and get it at home in 24h, but I choose to support local stores.So I went to this store, and even if it was 50% more expensive than amazon I choose to buy it anyway.I bought and it had no energy at all, after a few hours of charging it I realized that it wasnt working at all.So the day after I went back to the store and told, told the situation to the sales person and he told me that he couldnt test it.Even he understand that it wasnt working, as store policies he could not exchange it or refund it.What kind of store has this policies?What kind of store does not stay behind their own products?What kind of manager does not care at all about their customers?I really hope nobody else has to face this horrible experience.

I have patronized Royal Cigars every time I have visited Miami for the past three years. I make it a point to visit when I go to Gulfstream Race Track (even when Ive had my own stash). The service and attitude that I received on this blustery day in January has tarnished my view of this, otherwise, comfy spot. For the employee that sold me what was featured on Saturday, good job... I came back for more... For the employee that was there on today...Jan. 28... Your attitude made me LEAVE those Cigars at your shop. Good luck in the future fellas.

Let me just say that this is the best cigar bar Ive ever been to. It has a great selection of cigars, its attached to Gulfstream, and still maintains that family business feel. You will feel like family here. Always people to talk to and great people watching spot. The owner will go out of his way to make sure you enjoy yourself. They sell lots of accessories, coffee, etc. You wont get suckered into expensive cigars by an inexperienced waitress like the new cigar bars popping up.

I came to pick up 100 cigars to take back to Toronto for a friend. Great service I will order for my self as well. Mike was great to deal with.

I went to this shop on 19 December 2019 I bought a box of FAKE Cohiba Behike 56, very very frustrated! It was advertised and looking as genuine but I managed to verify it only returning home overseas.

Great selection, even better service. Welcomed at the door, never needed to even ask for help. Josh was knowledgeable and friendly. Worth any walk one might have to make In Hallandale Beach. If you buy cigars anywhere else, you might as well just stick to smoking black and milds !

Josh runs a great place with a location right by valet. They can accommodate a decent sized crowd with both indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are decent and its a fun place to hangout and watch all of the people go by. Go with friends, bring a bottle and make a day of it. Say hello to Anamaria while your there or just kick back with a nice smoke and watch tv. They even have an espresso maker. Food is always close by.

A great environment with top customer service. At Royal cigars Josh will treat everyone like family. Royal cigars has a great selection of cigars and is located in the heart of the beautiful Gulfstream park and casino. Ask Josh for his incredible Cuban coffee!

You should definitely update your hours since it says you are open till 7pm & I arrived at 6pm and the lady said she was closed .

Very bad experience! Feel like I‘ve been scammed, bought 3 products for a price that was way too high, didnt get a receipt and couldnt get a refund. I wont come here again, and I dont recommend anybody coming to this store.
