Over price things that are at the stores for 15.00 there marked 25 and 30 the do not help homeless or the people with low income that buy here am not advertising but Salvation Army helps a lot look up good will on the internet read about them I hope this helps

I had a receipt for a credit for $34 dollars and they said it had more than a month and expire and even when I had evidence of hospitalization they didn’t help. No sensibility what so ever. Its that the new way of helping others. There is No GoodWill there.

Good sized Goodwill with a lot of options in each category. We always leave with a bag full of goodies.

Clean. They take your temperature when you walk in and give you hand sanitizer. Masks are mandatory. The only small issue is that the dressing rooms arent open. But theyre trying to keep you safe. Luckily most of my clothes fit me

GOODWILL Stores have turned in a really hostile place for their Customers, they should be a Customer satisfaction oriented.My impression after todays visit, we, their Customers, are seen like their enemies, there is no more greeting, the Restrooms are locked and the Used Furniture for Sale have signs all over prohibiting sit in there!!???Also at 8:20 pm, 40 minutes before close, the Store Personnel started asking the Customer to go to the front and leave the Store.How come a Retail business will promote sales with that radical actions??I will be looking for some upper management member, maybe when they are visiting the Stores to confirm if that is an Institution Policy or they have some Managers acting on their own in a totally wrong way.

First of all, the bathrooms could be cleanerYour prices are too high. Your location in Hallandale bch FL is loaded with stock all the time, even before the pandemic. You need to look into this. Today, blue tag 1/2 off, did not seeone blue tag!!! Also the store could be cleaner. Corporate needs to go and evaluate the way the store is being run.(undercover).

Dressing rooms are close cause Corona so you would have to try the clothes at home and to return them they only give out store credit at that particular location.

Its a great Goodwill. Clean and had lots of designer clothes and shoes. Recently began to get some nice furniture as well. This is one of the best in South Florida.

I visit this branch all the time but tonight was ridiculously disappointing! I was shopping around 8:00 P.M. and I noticed that one of their sales clerks would come right behind me and adjust ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that I touched. Loudly fixing the clothes that I just previously slid from one side to the other on the rack. This clerk looks at me and says WE WORK TOO! I said, excuse me? She repeated what she said and added that customers do not look through clothes the way I do, I was moving the clothes too much! Long story short I told her a few things and then asked to speak with the manager. When I spoke with the manager she informed me that they were short staffed and had more sections to straighten up than usual. I politely told the manager that has nothing to do with her RUDE customer service! The manager was cool and said she would speak to her. I guess uptight people work everywhere as I did not expect this especially from an employee in this store which was my favorite. Tell uptight Curly Sue to chill out the next person may not be as nice, its a good thing I just came from bible study.Otherwise the store is always clean, people are always pleasant and they always have adequate clothing selections in every size.

This place is very expansive for used t shirts 10 dollars i can buy brand new ones cheaper. Also dont shop here unless you speak fluently English. I felt English language is not welcomed.

I buy books there. They have a large collection. The store is clean and clothes displayed neat and orderly. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I go to 7 different goodwill stores in miami/fort lauderdale area, This is the closest to my apartment so I used to go everyday but lots of items are overpriced, last week a used huffy bike $150 😂😂, I google it and found it brand new $125 free shipping. Go to the one at 186 st in Miami and you will see the difference ( huge difference ).

Good location

Good selection on clothing, especially brand name mens clothing and childrens and juniors. One of the few stores in at least 30 miles radius that sells furniture, tables and chairs, sofas and even mattresses. Manager is very nice and helpful. Only reason for my 3 out of 5 rating is that once someone tried to pickpocket me while looking at stuff, I reported the person and nothing was done about it. I was told there wasnt much they could do, so when you go keep your pocketbooks close all the time.

Usually picked pretty clean, but once in a while youll find something great. The store has gradually been losing its air conditioning since it was built and it gets hot inside at times - hopefully this will get fixed.

Went there summer of 2014. This is the best organized Goodwill store Ive ever been in! Racks of clothing are divided up by SIZE, then by color of clothing item. This saves an enormous amount of time, and Ive not seen this in any other thrift store.The prices seemed to be mostly as expected. The store is also large, and very clean. I had only a little interaction with staff, but they seemed helpful, no qualms with them.My one gripe is that, when I was there, the fitting room doors are kept closed and locked when not in use, and you must ask an employee to unlock one for you. This is a pain, but I suppose they do it to minimize theft. On the other hand, there are plenty of changing rooms available.Even though this Goodwill store is a bit of a drive for me, I will go back, and highly recommend it.

I love this store in Hallendale. I always find good quality clothing even in larger sizes.Today I purchased a nice gently used crocks clog so comfy I couldnt believe it, for a mere $5..! They also have brand names like Chicos, etc. Good experience today.Sometimes they have real nice clean furniture also,pillows,brick a brack,dishes,towels,baskets,mugs,shoes,belts,purses,etc,etc.

If i could i would give them zero stars, bad customer service, they dont event have a sign with there return policy. Try to return some pants that didnt fit and they didnt want to give my money back. only store credit that had to be use in that spefic store👎🏼

An old man cant decide about what things to buy so every person must to wait on line to pay.i ask to charge me and the cashier said that she couldnt skip the man ....terrible.i left all the things on the counter with my hands empty.it was the last time for me. American trifth has good stuff and better price.

More like a 2.9. There isnt much to offer there. The staff isnt helpful and there always seems to be some type of issue when it comes to drop-off. The bathroom area often smells Terrible! Parking is a bit of a squeeze but bareable. Transportation easy to get there. The line is not usually an issue. The prices are fair enough.

Visted on today 06/18/19 to return an item that I was over charged with staff was rude supervisor on duty checked security cameras from my purchase made last week kept me waiting for 20 minutes I had receipt and they treated me as if I was a criminal an elderly woman of color. Returning something that was their mistake. They need customer service classes. Staff is basically hispanic and acted like I was not welcome their. Sad how we as American people born & raised here has to be treated. All items for sale are free donations and their prices are ridiculously high & they charge sales tax on donatated items. At least Salvation Army does not charge sales tax. They need customer services classes and to learn how to speak better english and treat customers with friendly & professional attitudes. No humility at all.

When I entered the store there were two person behind the counter and when I was ready to cash out, there was only one person behind the counter with 5-6 customers awaiting to check out. I was in a hurry and asked the female svc rep to call for help as she was busy with a very large check out and was told, to wait a minute (this was the second time). I could not wait and put my items down and walked out. I guess you dont want money? Bad business to let money walk out.Mr. Willie Johnson

I went in to get clothes for my new job all excited they had rack with slacks on them for $3 dollars I asked one of the ladies was this the price she said yes it was I picked out 3 nice slacks and get to the check out they started speaking Spanish as if I didn’t understand it because I’m a African American who also happens to speak Spanish I hate places like this they’re so judgmental not every black person steals i see why trump dis like Spanish people that was the worst experience ever
