Ive been vaping for a few years now. This is the problem that I see with the industry. You find a liquid that you enjoy. You go back to the same place and they dont have it. They say we just ordered more, so you buy a liquid to hold you over. You go back when they said that they would get their shipment and guess what, they dont have it. A couple more trips back with no success and you finally realize that they did not order it, arent getting it again and could care less that you arent getting the product that you want.Vapor Shark is not those places. The first trip into the store I was able to get the fluid that I enjoy. Ive been back a dozen times and they always have it because they care about servicing their customers. Aside from that they are the most knowledgeable staff that I have come into contact with. Go to Vapor Shark. You will not be disappointed. They are always happy to see you and will make every effort to satisfy your needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This place is the billboard how customer service should be done, great personality, the front desk clerk took care of me while simultaneously greeting and attending all the walking in customer without missing a beat and never rushed me or the other customer . He was cleaning my vapor tank and change the rebuilt cotton, at the same time sold two different items for two different walk in customers mind you I spent close to 30 min, in between he showed me 6 different tanks and vaporizer . I have seen people drowning with less stuff to do. I live in Hialeah, now I go all the way up there to take care of my vapor needs . 5 stars if there would have been more Ill give him 10😎

Recently joined the vape community so naturally I’m clueless. Fortunately I met Travis, super knowledgeable and dedicated to the art. He guided me to make sure I get what works for me. The store itself looks nice and has a great variety of eliquids.

Awful parking. In fact, Ive visited twice and both times, I was unable to park in their actual parking lot. I cant imagine this to be their fault, but they should have at least an space or two designated to their store, considering the fact that most people would spend maybe 20 minutes there at most... Also, the two juices Ive bought were comparable (both in price and quality) to your basic gas station juice. Im sadly disappointed at their selection and inability to suggest a product when needs and preferences were explained in detail... I doubt Ill bother going here again, and will find another store (or buy organic juice online).

The Hallandale staff is incredible!!! I go in there frequently to purchase stuff for my mom, and they are so helpful in explaining things to me. (I dont smoke, so I ask lots of questions.) They have exchanged items that I have accidentally purchased as well. Recently, I needed replacement wicks, and they did not have the strength my mom used, so they gave me a free one for her to try out. I have been to 3 other stores, and this one is by far the best.

I wish I could use negative stars. Cashier had gauges. I went in to get two new carts for the Suorin, didnt know theres different kinds, I now know I have the Air plus, but I pulled it out to show him when I walked in just in case. He gives me 2 carts, $17, i go to my car and fill one up, and find out it doesnt fit. Wrong ones but whatever I walk back in and say he gave me the wrong ones. He says I told him I needed the carts for the Air, which is false since I didnt even know there were different kinds. He cant refund the opened cart which I guess makes sense, even though he gave me the wrong product. Then he tells me he wont let me get a refund for the closed one also, which I bought just a minute ago but can exchange it. I say okay, let me get the cart that fits then. He doesnt have them in stock. I guess I have to spend it on oil, which I previously told him I didnt need. He gives me a huge $26 bottle of mint oil, comes out to another $17 after the exchange. I spent $34 and got literally nothing that I needed, because he gave me the wrong products. Sucks that the vapor shark in front of my house is so terrible, when the one in Fort Lauderdale was a huge help when I originally bought the Sourin. I just moved to Weston and dont know the area much, but I know one place not to go!

Just stopped in the store in Hallandale because I left my Pro Vari Mini at home and needed a replacement to get me by for the week. Walked out with a new battery, Pro Tank and 30ml of liquid for $66. Staff is great, its a very clean store front and liquids are top notch. Definitely recommend them.

Ive come to this place since theyve opened. I purchased a machine 39 days ago. I have the receipt and its broken. The girl with the blue colored hair basically told me to go screw myself And I have to deal through the manufacture. What a great way to treat a customer whos been common to your store since day one I will never be back.

They have everything to set up you a vape thing and all different sizes and the filters liquid plugs for charging and a battery charger that charges 6 batterys at one time and the batterys to go in it.

I went in never having used an E cigarette or vape device before. I had done some research online and decided I wanted to do the Juul device. The gentleman sold me what I needed without giving me any advice or tips or instructions and didnt give me any paperwork or packaging and threw it all into the trash. As I left I got halfway home and realized he had not given me the charger. I went back to the store and the female was available. She was either the franchise owner or the manager and even though he argued that he hadnt done anything wrong after sifting through the trash can she gave me a new charger free of charge.( As was appropriate because I had already paid for it) She was fantastic. I did not enjoy the taste but I continued to use the device for 6 weeks. As I am out of pods now, I wanted to go to a different location because of my bad experience. I went to 2 other shops. The gentleman were completely professional, informative, polite gave an extensive amount of information but were out of the flavor that I wanted at the 1st location. So when I went to the 2nd location and saw the pod (Virginia)and bought it without incident. I got into the car and noticed the plastic cap was brown instead of black. And this pod tasted like cigarettes and is perfect. So now 6 weeks later Im learning that in addition to my horrible experience with the 1st location the 3rd location actually sold me what I asked for which explains why the man threw away my packaging because he was out of the pod flavor I wanted but wanted his commission so Im guessing he sold me tobacco full flavor instead of cigarette flavor (Virginia.) This place is disgusting the manager needs to fire the guy who ruined my experience for the 1st 6 weeks of this device and as a result of his behavior unfortunately for her I will never be back.

Nice selection of products but I went in three separate times for issues with my color pro mod that was still under warranty, and they would not honor a replacement. That will be my last time shopping there.
