Went in with my mother for her hearing exam i was immediately attended . Tiffany at the front desk was very attentive made us coffee and helped us fill out paperwork she was great to talk to. The specialist Dora was absolutely amazing and perfosinal was very knowledgeable she was an absolute sweetheart. Eliana is my savior twice! The first time, she made a custom mold for my ear plug using silicon. My old plastic molds used to harden over time and they would cause bruises inside my ear. The second time, I needed a diagnostic test and professional write up for my studies. She was tremendously helpful, patient, and courteous with that issue.I am forever grateful to Eliana. I trust her blindly, as she has more than proven her honesty and professionalism. Thank you.

We live in Pittsburgh PA. I happened across this store on the web. I was under the impression that it was the corporate headquarters according to the web search. I called Sunday 10/7/18 and left a distraught voicemail. I got a return call on 10/8/18 from the Office Manager Diana, she listened to my concerns and then transferred me to Eliana the Hearing Specialist. I found out in the conversation that the Headquarters was in Waco Texas so I had contacted a franchise store. I repeated my concerns to Eliana who was very patient and instructed me on how to correct the concerns on the aids my partner Rick had purchased 3 months ago. I hung up the phone feeling more informed and able to instruct him on how to use the ME Control application. I wish we lived in Hallandale so we could use this location as our provider. My faith has been restored in the product and its providers.Many Thanks Eliana and Diana!

Very bad experience. They lost the physical impressions they made on my ears which i needed and they also wouldnt accept my return of my very uncomfortable swimmers plugs because there is only one month to return them even though i told them i could only pick them up after a few months cause i dont live in the state and they mentioned nothing about this. Very unprofessional they also tried really hard to push products on me on my appointment.
