Ive been to Mr. Morans stop twice in the past few years. He and his apprentice have done wonderful work on our saxes and flute. Our recent trip was for a quick fix to replace a missing pad, which had to be done within a few days. They got it done as promised and had taken a little extra time to make some adjustments that made it sound that much better. I will definitely recommend their service!

I have two alto saxes that Tim and the team have worked on over the last year, and I am very happy with the work they have done. Working with them was easy and they communicated well with me about when I could pick up my horn. I will be going back for sure.Plus they introduced me to my current teacher, and for that alone I am very grateful. Great people.

Tim Moran restores and sells outstanding student and professional woodwind instruments. My son is thrilled with his Yamaha 62 to this day. Tim is an extremely thorough and precise technician as well. He is also very kind, and is as honest as the day is long.

When I bought a used Noblet clarinet, I figured that it might need a bit of TLC despite being in playable condition. Recently, one of the keys fell off and I brought it into Tims shop recently to have it repaired.Tim and his assistant are knowledgeable about the woodwinds that they service and are eager to help their customers understand the maintenance and repair of their instruments. For me, that meant a helpful suggestion to also have the clarinets bore oiled (for which it was a bit overdue).I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. Tim is a very responsive communicator and scrupulous in his craft. The clarinet has never looked or played better.
