I bought a new washer and dryer and there was a defective part that had to be replaced on the washer. Joe came over and replaced the part. He was very professional and courteous of his surroundings. Amazing service to keep your appliances running.

Let me tell you what. I have had a HORRIBLE time with my washer and dryer! My dryer went out, and it had to have a new hardware kit installed. A week after that my washer COMPLETELY went out. Like, my transmission on it went kablooie. And just this morning my dryer decided to stop working again. Every time I call these guys they are amazing at scheduling me as soon as possible; not to mention Joe is one of the most personable serviceman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is always incredibly kind, and very friendly, and he also seems to actually CARE about his clients and their clients happiness with their services. Amazing company and will definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs. Thanks for doing what you do, guys!

Absolutely wonderful business! I called for a part on a Friday afternoon right before they closed. A gentleman offered to stay late just so I could grab the part before they closed. Cade came to our home to work on our dishwasher and was very professional, and pleasant to be around. We will use them again in the future if anything goes wrong with our appliances!

Have come to them multiple times for appliance parts. They are very knowledgeable and have a good supply on hand. Only once they didnt have the part at their store. So, they called one of their technicians and he brought the exact part I needed to the store within 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

I will NEVER go back- Unless I have a tray of fresh home made cookies. I didnt believe them when they explained that my may tag washer had a bad transmission. I had someone else look at it and even got online and looked at repairs and such myself. In the end - they were right. On a good note - I get a new may tag clothes washer for Christmas! Yay!

Our refrigerator stopped working and after calling Johnsons appliance, they assured me that someone would call later in the day. Cade called around 4 oclock, was on site by 4:30 and me all fixed up at a very reasonable price. Cade was professional, answered all of my questions and did a great job fixing the refrigerator. Next time an appliance breaks Ill be calling again.
