They have a lot of reasonably priced items there and they are very helpful when you are looking for something.

The workers there very friendly and curtious its the only pawn Shoppe I go to or will go to as long as their Shoppe is open

Never had a problem with this place till now.. I had a layaway that included the pen.. When I paid off the layaway they would not give me the pen and argued the fact with me.. Its on my layaway that it was included..

However, when we went back to pay it off and get it out, they couldn’t find the pen. The pen was clearly included in the layaway contract, but Ebby said it was “forfeited,” even though the payments had been made per the contract. Further, Ebby was completely unwilling to make it right in any way. Is Ebby now the bad element?

I took this shop over last september and have cleared out all the bad elements, i apologize for anyones bad experiences that they have had here and encourage everyone who was displeased to give us another shot. I promise that you will not be disappointed!

I didnt have any complaints about this place until I wasnt able to reborrow on my payday loan because their printer was down...for 5 days straight. I understand every workplace has its occasional glitches and such, but youre telling me youve basically had to shut your place of business down because youre too lazy to drive to Staples and get a new printer? FFS...

The company all went down hill when they merged. I use to be the shop manager there and treated everybody fairly. They wanted to give everybody too much money for there pawns and then in return try to sell everything at above market value. Last time I went in there was no merchandise on the self. The merchandise that was on the shelf they were asking to much for. It is sad to see what has become of my cashland. I go to Gils now.

Do your research before considering buying anything here. A drill was marked 40 dollars a day later turned into 80 dollars somehow . i believe the sales people here get a kick off their sales so dont let them rip you off do your research first!!

Went to get my pc out of pawn which was only 17.80 from what I was told and they even wrote it down. But when I got their they charged me a extra payment for the following month. Just a FYI if you pay extra on a pawn and come back 2 weeks later to get it out even though your payment is not due for another month. These dummies will still charge you for a extra month😡 They say it’s automatically put in the system, I’m from the south and this has got to be the worst pawn shop I have ever been to I WILL NEVER SHOP OR PAWN WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

Are you kidding me lol. They had a sterio in there for 279 bucks that goes for 99.99 online. Ha. RIP off places like this amuse me.
