Well I drove my 4 yr old great granddaughter there with her bike in our car thinking we would have to drop her it for a few days to have the chain fixed. She loves her bike and was fretting about leaving it there. The very kind people took the time to fix while we waited. Awesome customer service, competent and courteous. I will be back.

My experience at the gray cat cycle repairs was impeccable. they are extremely knowledgeable. They have friendly, helpful and fast. If I was to have any bad comments it would be that due to the covid19 they are not as well stocked as they normally would be.

I hate leaving negative comments, but this guy was no help and gave me the run around. To be honest I think he did not want to work on bike . He talks a big talk in front of other workers. I found out more info in two days from the internet for what I was work on, than this guy that took two months and got nowhere. Will never go back.

We were headed to a camping trip planning to ride the Tammany Trace and had a bike come out of the rack on the camper. Luckily it only ruined a wheel and tire. Close to closing, Graycat Cycleworx welcomed us, built a new wheel and had us back on the road to our family weekend. Thanks man, we appreciate it. Wish we lived closer, youd have a customer for life.

As a bike enthusiast it was cool to walk around and talk to someone that actually knows about bikes, and who has better than dept store bikes. Mike was very cool, and knowledgeable! We will definately be back to do business with again.

My girlfriend and I went to purchase some bikes and had a horrible experience. The owner was extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I am from Hammond and wouldn’t take a bike from this guy if he gave it to me. I will gladly take my money ANYWHERE else.

Called and asked for assistance in putting a new tube on a rim..dude on the phone said he couldnt do a thing with it until the next day..Im sure I am missin something simple..dude on the phone was very dismissive and seemed bothered with my call..will NEVER attempt to do any business with these folks..steer clear yall

The guys a jerk. I called. He picked up but didnt even talk. Just left me hanging, and when he did start talking he was rude and vert short, like I was an imposition. AND he wants me to leave my bike for at least a week.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Mike at Graycat. My Dad is an avid cyclist with Alzheimers and Mike is very helpful in looking out for his special needs and lets me know when there is an issue that I need to address with my Dad. Also, he tuned up my new bike that I had bought online and treated me as if I had bought it from him.Mike has travelled across the USA and Europe many times on cycling adventures and races.I highly recommend Graycat for Beginners to Pro cyclists.

Worst experience ever. Owner was unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s sad that GrayCat bicycle shop is the only only one in Hammond Louisiana. From now on I will be going to Mandeville were the prices are fair and the owners are competent !!!

Great place to fix bikes

Very rude to people who ride BMX, offers no help and is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional.

They seem pretty knowledgeable, and its convenient having a place to stop by and get work done on your bike or pick up inner tubes, etc. The owners didnt seem excited to be there and were hesitant to help me.

Went to check out a local bike shop, and wasnt open during posted business hours advertised as open.

Best in town!
