No matter what instructions i give them, they refuse to follow. If I ask for no delivery they deliver. If I request delivery they dont deliver. The bill is always confusing. Bill me teo different prices for the same water. I wonder if they are doing this on purpose, Or do they think that I am so ignorant that I don t know when I am being jerked around. Very dissatisfied.
