I was unable to obtain service from them because my key fob was an after market one, but I must say I will definitely come here for other services. The owner tried his best to solve my issue without me having to break the bank. I really appreciate that customer service because some people are out here trying to get over on you but he wasnt. Great place for your car needs.

Great customer service!! Nate stayed open a little later for me as I was rushing to get there before they closed after work. My remote start was not working any longer and it was causing some electrical issues with my door locks. After going to two mechanics and two trips to walmart, thinking it was the battery, Nate fixed my problem in 5min with a blown fuse! Something so simple to fix. I will definitely be back.

Service was surprisingly fast. Had a remote starter installed for a good price. Need to stick to schedule appointments, had to wait 1 hrs later but 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

First and foremost thank you, As it is getting cold outside and a single parent, my remote starter went out a few months ago after multiple thunderstorms and finally got to call around for appointments/help. Not only do I not know this establishment but even the name of the individual who answered the phone and helped. After call 3 different places, who said they are backlogged and possibly would see the vehicle for weeks, He LISTENED to me, and actually diagnosis the problem over the phone. A small fuse from a blinking light under my dash was the reason why my remote start wasn’t working and saved me time and money. Thank you again and I truly appreciate you and your service!

Went in for a new FOB for my car, the guy explained about the prices and about products that actually interested me. And I go a new remote starter for my car, and the install was only about 45 mins! No appointment necessary! The guy also explained how the whole system worked and walked me through using the system. He was great and I will be back there for any specialty things I do to my car next!

This shop does not have a mask requirement, and the waiting room is small! I couldnt believe all the padrons that were having their cars serviced that were not wearing masks, and the owner was o.k. with that. Covid-19 is REAL, have your padrons mask up! If you want to be exposed to Covid-19, this is your place!

They installed an alarm on my car. I remember them having a small selection to choose from, so Im stuck with a trunk release button even though I dont have a power trunk release option ☹️.

Brought my 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertible in to get a radio installed i had bought. Unfortunately it wasnt right size but they where able to sell me a nice kenwood &installed it the same day. The radio&install was very reasonable. I couldnt be happier w/ the radio and the way it looked after install.There was a issue w/my door and they where nice enough to fix it for me@ no extra charge so THANK YOU AGAIN Mobile Specialties👍

The place is like a little hole in the wall in Hammond, but the guys working there are very nice, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile for you. The owner is a local, young guy who has been really great to deal with. I highly recommend them for a great deal and great customer service.

Just got off the phone. The person who answered and was very rude. Not to mention the first 2 times i called. Someone just picked up the phone then hung up. I was told they are good and affordable. But it seemed like they were rude and expensive.

I would never go anywhere else than here for auto starters for my vehicles, tinted windows, or electronic devices. They get the job done quickly and reasonably priced!

Mobile Specialties is the only place I use - Ive had stereo installarion, custom subwoofer installation, many car starters installed and my windows tinted next door. Nate is great, the place is efficient, affordable and fast. They respect their customers and their vehicles, and ensure that the work is done properly, or they make it right.Ive never had this issue of course, because theyve always gotten it right the first time, for me.Going in soon for another subwoofer box install. Disappointing. Be careful when u go to this shop. They are EXTREMELY lazy. They come up with ridiculous excuses and lie to their customers if there is to much work they dont want to do. They over charge on labor. DO NOT USE THEM.
