Best experience ever..Staff were super friendly and doctor really took the time to discuss my eyes and let me know the best options for me..Wish I found this place a long time ago. I got my glasses two weeks after my appointment and I absolutely love them I wish I would have found this place a long time ago I can finally see correctly.. Never before was able to pay a very small fee for no-line and it made all the difference...thank you moses..

I have been wearing contacts for 40 years and started having issues seeing with my right eye. I went to my regular doctor and he told me nothing had changed. Went to another eye doctor and heard the same thing...I knew there was something changing with my eyes why couldnt they see it!! One more doctor told me the same thing, I was in tears!! I gave one more doctor a chance (Dr. Albright) and she put me through a test NO ONE else had and now I see great!! She has literally saved my job, I was failing my DOT eye exams, now I rock them. THANK YOU DOCTOR ALBRIGHT!!! You are the best!!!!

Both my son and my significant other got their glasses from here. The staff and the eye doctor were really nice and we were in and out in a decent amount of time.

This place should be shame I had my own frames and only ordered plastic single vision lenses no bifocal, tint or anything special and is being charged almost $300.00 for that, lens poor quality has small cracks and spots in them already and they are not even being worn everyday. I asked for a receipt upon leaving the frames and was refused until I kept insisting and all I got from the tech was a business card with a scribbled signature and date that I dropped off the frames. I didnt know what was being charged I guess that is the reason for the no receipt policy. So you dont know what you are being charged upfront. Which is partly my fault because I should have went somewhere else after being refused a receipt. Please be aware of this establishment and make sure if you patronize them you get an itemized receipt so you wont be surprised when you receive an outrageous bill. Moses Eye Care you should be shame!

When to this office for first time.Will not return.I had a follow up appointment told dr I was not seeing well out of the new glasses.checked vision and said my reader had changed within I month. We get to counter to get glasses I was told I had to purchase a new pair. Which wasn’t happening. They messed the prescription up and didn’t want to fix. They lady told me she would talk to her supervisor about what they can do and call me the next day, well it’s been over two weeks and I ain’t heard from them yet .

The wait was worth it! I felt so well taken care of and in good hands. An affable staff and polite decorum! Great place!

I LOVE THIS EYECARE CENTER THE MOST. Have been to merrillville highland and hammond. ERIKA IS AWESOME SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL IN THIS FIELD. MICKY HELPED MY HUSBAND AT SAME TIME AND DID A PHENOMENAL JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AND THESE 2 WOMEN. GREAT JOB MOSES.!!!😎😀

Terrible follow up, I have called and left 3 messages for Ericka to call me back and nothing. The exam was great but the experience on trying to order glasses with Ericka was terrible.

I felt a little rushed with my eye exam, but overall I had a great experience. What I do enjoy what Moses does is that before confirming my contact prescription, I received two trial pairs from two differint brands to see how I liked them for two weeks before coming back to the office. I have gone to other buinesses for my eye exam and never had that offer to me. Its more, So youre going to try this brand, and thats it.

I don’t know how this place is succeeding? Two prescriptions and I had to pay for the glasses and still both diagnoses were WRONG. Well, who’s at fault?, it’s me, because I chose the WRONG place.You just have seen the experience I’ve gone through. Do not make the same mistake !!

Very patient, kind, caring people. I will never go to a different eye doctor ever!!! Seriously these people dont work for the money they actually care about you. Its kinda tough finding that in this day and age.

I took mi daughter for a routine check up and everybody was super attentive and made her feel very good. Too bad I dont remember all their names. Thank you Moses.By the way, Dr Albright was very profesional and made us feel welcomed, we enjoyed our visit.

First time at this office for a check up and probably the last. Why ask me to come in at a certain time, when I have to wait a hour to be seen? After an hour I just left.Update: They scheduled me for an appt the next day. I got there and they are closed on the weekends.
