THE WOMAN PHARMACIST WORKING TODAY NEEDS TO BE FIRED !! Denying someone their last shot to be fully vaccinated because youre too lazy to do your job is PATHETIC AND CRUEL!! There was nobody I mean nobody else anywhere near the pharmacy nor was there anyone outside at the drive up window. I wasnt the person asking why theyre told its a walk in option and its also advertised online as walk ins welcome and I cannot see too many physicians phoning in scripts at 10am Sunday morning?!! What I did see was this pharmacist get rude and offensive to a customer trying to be vaccinated because shes not up for giving a shot that takes 2 minutes. But, she was more interested in whatever was on her cellphone. HEY CVS NICE KNOWING YOUR PHARMACIST DENIED PEOPLE Vaccines NC theyre more interested in personal play time on their phone!!!!

I really wish I could give 0 stars around midnight waited on hold for 30 mins to talk to a pharmacist . I eventually hung up and called back and the pharmacist answered . She stated she was with patients and I just couldn’t believe that many pts were there to get medicine at midnight When prior to that call when I was placed on hold her technician stated she stepped out for the restroom and should have been returning any minute. Please do better .

Horrible experience every single time i visit this pharmacy and only this location .. Highland and Munster are always professional. Brittany the pharmacy tech needs to be fired or put in the back of the store away from customers because her attitude is horrible. Erika the pharmacy tech handled the incident in a very professional manner .

This location has the worst customer service ever ! Most of the pharmacists are very nice but the techs are horrible. I come from Chicago 3 days A week to help my sister who has cancer so I pick up her medications for her. I explained I have to get home soon is there any way to expedite her prescription from 3 hours to 1. She said no sorry bout her luck (seriously ?). She gets A text 20 mins later its ready and Im half way home. Clearly she is in the wrong feild.

Horrible customer service. Was on hold for 30 minutes before I decided to hang up and go into myself. The prescription they promised that would be ready wasnt even started! A lot of miscommunication. The first lady I spoke to told me they had no record of anything on my profile that needed to be filled. She told me to go wait in line for the drop offs. The women I spoke to in drop offs did help me get my script, but was very rude. She walked off while I was in mid sentence after she asked me a question and had an attitude with me. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I honestly dont even understand how theyre still in business. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

CVS pharmacy is the worst. Everytime I refill medication its never ready and I go to pick next day or several hours later and medicine is never ready. The pharmacist that work at night has the worst attitude.Then you have walk around the whole store to find a employee in the morning.

If you are in pain and need your prescription filled here, please go somewhere else. They will keep delaying your prescription. First they’ll tell you an hour and then keep on adding hours. Revised:. The pharmacy has new staff. Try this place their awesome!The pharmacist is great. Very productive, professional, and a mature adult who takes her job seriously, good customer service usually. But, today she reminds me of the incident that occurred last week. Theres other employees that are unprofessional and very immature, too. One of the workers did not want to wait on me and I have never had a problem there. So, I spoke on it. Now, when I call there the unprofessional staff will not take my call. The phone rings for at least 15 -20 minutes before someone picks up. She also asked me are you the parent of .A.................. She is meaning the person whose prescription I picked up that Friday. I cant believe we are still dealing with this! What happened to good customer service? They are monitoring my phone number! They want to disrespect you, but you are supposed to excuse their behavior stand there quietly. IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY, SORRY! Be PROFESSIONAL!

Worst CVS I have ever been at, hands down!

Every time I get a great coupon, it doesnt work. I read all the fine print and the item meets the requirements, but they dont work. Even the manager says it should work, but theres nothing he can do.

This might be without a doubt the worst pharmacy that I have ever visited. It takes the staff eons to fill your prescription and they constantly belittle you the entire time they are doing it. Being mistreated while you are ill is one of the worst experiences to have or witness; it is inhumane. And just in case you thought this was a special circumstance - nope! My mother and grandmother have both been treated terribly by the pharmacist and pharmacy techs on shift on different occasions. Just horrific service on a consistent basis. Take a bow CVS!

This CVS location is absolutely terrific! Anytime there is a sale going on, if I need more of an item than is what currently in-stock, I am willingly offered a rain check and the product is ordered for me. If my order is placed before Thursday, it will arrive and be ready for me the next Tuesday. EVERY member of the store staff has been friendly and helpful. I also use their pharmacy services and, while the pharmacy staff is not as warm and friendly as the store staff, they do tend to work on more high-pressure tasks, so I am more sympathetic towards them (I do not envy their jobs). I will end this review stating this CVS store is far more willing to go out of their way to get the customer the product they need, while their national competitor just down the street is unwilling to do.

They have the ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy EVER!! I hate going here with a passion!!!! I will gladly pay more money for a different insurance so that I can have my prescription filled at Walgreens then come back here!! The pharmacist are ALL RUDE, they NEVER pick up the phone, an it takes FOREVER for me to get my medication!! I truly do not understand how these people could be so bad at their jobs. They tell you one thing over the phone then technically accuse you of lying once you get there an tell them what you were told on the phone!! I love this store. since the Walgreen on Torrance closed this has been our familys go to place. always open. always nice always clean and tidy. if anybody says any different theyr just overly critical.

Pharmacy is ridiculous busy.When I call its always a 20 to 30 min wait and then they tell you to come in.When I ask what is a good time because its always a 45 min wait and they say. No slow time we are always busyOk, if you know your always busy why isnt there more help..I wouldnt go here if I didnt have to.Its the pharmacy my insurance will only take and I am stuck..

This is the 24 hour CVS & Pharmacy in area. I have used this location every month for years. There was recently a major remodel of the pharmacy which slowed things down for a bit, but is much better with new lanes for pick-up/drop-off/consultation.The location receives a very large volume of patients, but they handle it very well. There are two drive-thru lanes in addition to interior.They have a very large assistant staff with many pharmacists that are helpful and solve problems other CVS locations wont solve. This CVS location is by far the best in area. There are better private pharmacies, but this location takes Medicare/Medicaid as well as nearly all other types of insurance.Pharmacist K. Kolodziej is one of the best there, very intelligent, and coordinates w MD.

This CVS is one of the best but sadly a fire broke out and The building caught fire and is now Closed till its repaired and you may Google CVS hammond fire its going to cost CVS 50,000 in repairs

This pharmacy took my prescription at approximately 4pm and I went pick up my prescription around 1130 pm and the tech told me they didn’t have the prescription in-stock!! There was no call from anyone at the pharmacy. I’m sure if my insurance was wrong that would have warranted a call... then they write on my prescription and put a sticker on the back and now no other pharmacy will take it and I have to inconviently go back to the doctor and pay another co-pay. The practice that was demonstrated by this pharmacy is negligent and disheartening that they treat lost customers for years this way!!! I called corporate and they were utterly useless. This just shows Corporate America at its best!!!

I dropped my prescription off Wednesday around 5pm The man told me it would take 2 hours... Ok thats fine... I came back Thursday morning at 8am .. The woman told me it would be 45 minutes..... I then went inside to wait. TWO HOURS LATER the pharmacist said she couldnt fill my prescription until the 10th (4 days later).... They couldnt tell me that.. I dont know.... 14 hours ago?!?! Id give them zero stars if I could... So angry!

Their not rude but when they call and tell you your prescription is ready, and you get there, your prescription is NOT EVEN READY! Then they have this sly way of criticizing you, telling you that you dont know what your talking about. Like your lying or something. Otherwise the employees are kind to me.

Horrible!!!!! First, never answer the phone. So why bother calling? Went there a week ago and tbe pharmacist gave me a perscription that was not ordered. I asked him if l could get my perscription at another CVS, and he said he didnt know, and he works there. Its a week later and they are finally filling it. Gotta change Pharmacy!! Good thing l didnt need it as a life or death situation. Id be dead by now. I think they bit off more then they can chew!! Sad l uaed to love tht store!!

They take forever to fill RXs and are rude on the phone. Seems like they just dont care. There could be 5 people behind the counter and only 2 working. Ive seem lines of people inside and out and phones ringing and the onrs not working cant be bothered to help. Its more important to stock than to get the lines down. Ive watched them roll their eyes at the phone and ignore people. Theres only a couple nice ones there. I truly dislike this pharmacy but my insurance makes me use it.

Horrible service. Really. Dropped medication off at 645 was told Id get a text in 40 mins to come back. Came back 3 hours later to find that the medication was never pulled and still needed to be worked on. Not the first time this has happened and every excuse is the same. We were backed up. Now waiting another 20mins. Never had this problem with Walgreens thanks Cigna for having me waste my time as this place!!!!!

Their service is horrible. My daughter had pink eye and i had to get her prescription transfered from walgreens and i still havent heard anything from them. When i called they told me i had couple of ppl infront me. I was so upset. Couldnt believe it. This was couple of weeks ago and until now i still havent heard from them.

Worst CVS pharmacy. most of the employees are rude, they never have enough of my medication to fill my prescription but wont let you get part of it while your waiting for their order to come in. I have gone a week with no meds several times. Now I take the few extra minutes to go to the CVS in Munster on Main street.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. Always issues when I have to get mine or my kids scripts filled. Took them 2 weeks to fill a prescription due to them entering my insurance information in wrong! Dont bother calling either, no one ever answers the phone and if your coming in be prepared to wait at least an hour!!! I miss Walgreens having Fagen so much.

Worst pharmacist ever. I was at the urgent climinc near by and was given antibiotics and a some pain medication for my ear infection. The pharmacist that was hellping me was so rude and just waisted my time. Lets strat with the fact that the clinic was out of narcotics prescription paper and so they wrote it on a regular perscription paper, the doctor said they might give me some trouble and if they do to have them call. She just waited my time saying no no I will not call them and that I need to take this back to the doctor because it is incomplete. I asked her to be sure that the paper was ok but that its just missing information. She said the proscription paper is fine but its incomplete. And guess what she just waited my time not only that she said it would take 40 minutes for my antibiotics to be ready. Really 40 minutes CVS is always 15-20 minutes max.

This is one of the worst CVS pharmacies to patronize. They are always short staffed and have no type of customer service skills. Waiting in drive thru line with no one in front of me over fifteen minutes. Previously given pick up time, waited in line, order still not ready until 30 minutes after promised time. Why why why.
