I have been bringing my 93 year old mother to the Hammond, La location for many years for her hearing aid services. The people are so friendly and very helpful. They stayed open for us on Friday to pickup a hearing aid that we dropped off to be serviced. Unfortunately, we were not able to make it Friday. They were very understanding of the situation. I rate this location 5 stars! We appreciate their kindness!

Always greeted with a smile and by name. Not sure how Sarah remembers all of her patients names, but its the best sounding word in the English language; you name.The Drs and staff are very professional and on time.I would highly refer others to Audibel Hearing Healthcare.Ricky H.

Dr. Davis is very kind and understanding of my hearing problems. She takes the time to assure each problem is addressed and assist in finding a solution. The hearing aids are so comfortable I do not know I’m wearing them! I love the Bluetooth capability!

Doctor Davis always shows sincere concern and competence in taking care of my needs. She is a caring and brilliant medical specialist who has helped me overcome severe hearing problems which were causing depression and loneliness. Audibel supports their products which aids in optimum results.

I love audible and the ones who work there. It don’t matter what time I call they know me and acknowledge me! I got my first set of sids with them 3 years ago and never had one problem with them. I recently lost my right aid and they are diligently working on getting me a new set! Thanks to my friends at Audible in Hammond La office!!

Dr. Davis is a Very professional audiologist. she gave me my life back!I had become withdrawn and secluded because I couldnt hear. and what I heard I misunderstood. I didnt go anywhere, and I lived a lonely life. But Dr. Davis tested me and fitted me with hearing aids, and a device to send my phone calls to my hearing aids. Now Im living in public again and enjoying my life. Thanks to Doctor Samantha Davis.

These 2 Christmas Angels saved Christmas for me !!!Samantha (LSU GRAD 👍🏻) & Veronica !!!I put fresh batteries in this morning and after awhile the left aid quit working,, I go to the Covington location .. CLOSED !! Open Mon-ThursUGH 🤪🤪🤪🤪 This 🎅🏼 freaks out !!! I need em & need em BAD !!! ... I goggle AUDIBEL !! Ouuu there’s 1 in Hammond !!!I call : Veronica answers sweet & concerned and wanting to help,,, I told her the problem & told her I have a dr. Appt. then I’d be there ... so after my dr. appt. I’m headed to Hammond .. and get a phone call from Veronica concerned if I was coming,,, told her I’d be there in about 15mins .I get there,, she examines the aid and cleans it ... but no luck ...But .. we’re waiting on Samantha ( she’s with another patient ),,, then she introduces herself and we get busy trying to figure the problem out (I just know it’ll probably have to be sent off )She goes in the back and does her MAGIC .... comes out & says “I Got it Working “ !!!!!!!Tears flowing I want to pull her ears !!! JK... SHE DID IT !!!,,, & not only that !!! Theses high tech apparatuses are adjustable !!! She hooks em up to the computer & fine tunes them !!! And checks my hearing to see that their ZOONED IN !! To best work for me ... I CAN’T BRAG ON THESE 2 ENOUGH !!!If your ever in need of hearing assistance ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE 2 LADIES !!!And no I don’t wear them all the time like I should . But I’ll do better after Samantha explained how HEARING stimulates the Brain !!! & helps prevent dementia !!Now I just have to find a Brain !!! 😆😆😆😆😆
