They replaced my daughters catalytic converter that was stolen off her Jeep the day before Christmas. They were quick and not expensive. I would recommend this company to get muffler work done.

This is your place for custom exhaust installations. Had them repair the mess another Muffler Shop performed from the Hessville area. These techs know what theyre doing. Danny was my tech and he made a complex job look like business as usual.

I called for a quote on alternator repair. I was quoted a price and told to come in the morning to have the work done..only to arrive for him to tell me they don’t repair alternators...waste of time

Bring your car in for exhaust. It will need a motor before you get it back. I believe this shop is one that sabotages customer cars. Idk if they are trying to get more business or if they are all just miserable.

Went in to get an estimate on some muffler work, I could tell something was wrong with my muffler. The technician told me my catalytic converter had to be replaced, and that I needed all new exhaust including a new muffler. I received an estimate over $400. I almost bit on it before taking my vehicle to another shop. This other shop told me my catalytic and muffler were in perfect working order, and that I just needed a new muffler pipe. They fixed it for $40. Id advise getting a second opinion before letting them do work on your vehicle.

I took my car there and it took 3 times for them to get it right after they broke something and said they don’t know how it happened. It’s so hard to find trust worthy mechanics.

I have been going here for over 15 years. I have thrown a lot of business to this place. Now apparently they are doing so well they tell me every time they are too busy. I was told to go to their other shop. Took my vehicle there 4 times and was told each time they were too busy. Im very very disappointed with this company. Wish I could give negative stars.

I love this place they have the most affordable pricing for oil changes, wheel alignments and tail lights, most things in general.Theyre quick, efficient and a pleasure to do business with them. This is the only place I go to for my quick fixes.

This place tries to prey on female customers wh they assume to be naive, I was told I needed excessive work that I did not the mechanic didnt know I was very knowledgeable or that I would ask to be shown the problem I never had a problem with them before but afte this never again for any kind of service.. I bought a catalytic converter and I lasted exactly one year for 200 dollars wow. So in reality they gave me a use one or stolen one. Not cool

Very prompt service! I brought my Jeep in on a Monday and they had to order parts so they said “come in tomorrow” and they fixed it right away!

I can see why this place has such a low overall rating. I took my car here today to have a hood release fixed. They were unable to fix the issue AND whatever they attempted to do has made it even more difficult to open the hood. Hopefully I can find a shop that can fix this issue soon. This place may be okay for simple tasks like oil changes or muffler replacements. However, if you have a more detailed issue, dont take it here.

I was in the area really needed a oil change so I decided to stop... I was told that the wait going to be about an hour. Sooo I figure that I had time to spare, and decided to wait. I ended up having to wait 2 1/2 hours to have a 15 mins oil change perform. When the place closes at 5pm during the way Which I thought was just ridiculous... After I seen 3 people leave before me when they arrived after me, I approach the desk to all how much longer n if this is typical wait time for an oil change. I was inform that this is the typical wait time... Talk about frustrating.. I just decided to stay due to fact that I had been already waiting 2 hr.... My car didnt get pulled into the shop until 5:10 pm..I will not return, customer service was bad, the wait time was horrible, over experience was just ova the top

The only thing I dont like is that they dont do insurance companies. Cant be mad at them for that from what they are saying the insurance companies dont like to pay. Overall I received speedy service and a great price compared to the Valasquez I visited on 92nd and Stoney. They let me come in the back and actually look at what needed to be done oppose to just telling me. The worker was even kind enough to talk with my boyfriend on the phone with patients. I was able to take photos as well.

Took my Honda civic 2008 in for a oil change and about a week later I noticed oil on my garage floor, took it back to them and the first thing the guy with the nasty attitude at the front said was Honda Civics are known for this problem which is a lie, but they did take it in back and look and decision was some oil got on the outside when they were putting it in. Now another week,oil still dripping,took it to another shop and they said previous person which is Valasquez stripped the inside of the screw, damage $150, do not go here.

I am so disappointed with this place! I took my car there, a 97 Pontiac sunfire, I just purchased it. The exhaust needed fixing, it was loud, so I took it there to be fixed. I was with my guy friend, and they fixed it, or so I thought. Next day the exhaust still sounded loud so I brought it back and they told me I needed a new catalytic converter, a fact that they neglected to tell me the day I brought it in. Well, I had been trying to get my car road ready and I got it tuned up, oil change. I was trying to get all the things fixed before I went back to work because I work in Elgin. And I even test drove it in the expressway, 94 to be exact. Well it seemed fine. The next morning I got up, went to the gas station to put gas in my car, thinking everything was ok so far, I knew it needed more work which I was going to have done, but it was stuff that didnt need immediate attention. Well no sooner I get on the expressway and my catalytic converter falls off while I am driving. I had home over no bumps, had been babying this car and had been to this shop not once but twice! They never alluded to the fact that It would fall off because if they would have told me it was that bad I would have had it fixed! I had to find a shop that would help so that I could get to work. I care for a 101 year old woman and I alternate with another woman. So unless we are ill it have an emergency situation we cannot miss work. I had to drive from 47th and Wentworth all the way to Elgin with the catalytic converter cut off! It was so awful! I now have to drive it back home to Indiana And I will be sweating it all the way hoping I dont get pulled over! This shop really screwed me!

If I could it would get no stars they told me it was going to be a 30 min wait. I waited 1 1/2 hr. There are 4 of them and only have 2 cars. It then took them 45 minutes to confirm whether or not I was going to need brakes.
