Michelle did a WONDERFUL job altering my dress. She was professional, punctual, and I was beyond pleased with my final result. I was very afraid to get my dress altered because it contains a lot of beads but she was able to work her magic. She also did a wonderful job on my bridesmaids dresses!

From the first conversation, Michelle listened to my ideas, and gave suggestions on how to make my vision better. Upon meeting her, her spirit was welcoming and nice. Shes very knowledgeable about wedding gowns, materials and basically everything wedding. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, she took measurements, we tried on a few of the sample gowns she had in her showroom that were similar to what I was looking for, touched material so that I could see how things felt and she answered the ton of questions I had..even those that my friend had. At my first fitting, seeing the dress I was speechless. Michelle and her seamstress did that! My dress is gorgeous, was made just for me and I cant wait to wear it on my wedding day! Michelle is very attentive, and executed my vision to a T! And for a custom made dress the price is definitely affordable!! I never thought I would be able to afford a custom wedding gown. Give her a call, shes worth it!! I do not regret going the custom gown route at all!

I would highly recommend these services to anyone she is better than David’s bridal. I was searching high and low for a gown for my significant others military ball, and right before closing her and my coworker got in touch and she set out options for me. Thankfully, as soon as I waked in I saw the most beautiful gown and was able to make the purchase right away. Working with Michelle was awesome!With only two weeks left to my sister’s wedding, I brought my bridesmaid into her! The zipper was on the side which made it harder to come up with a solution as to what I should do since I couldn’t zip up the dress all the way due to my bust area. She called me back days before the wedding and placed a corset on the side of the dress that looked like it belonged! It was comfortable and unnoticeable to anyone else. I appreciate her diligence and time so much!!

Complete rip off!! Don’t waste your time time and money. Go elsewhere. She does not make the dresses. She orders a style similar to what you want from someone in China. The style comes out incorrect and the size is off. I don’t see how she is still open!

Michelle made the entire bridal experience pure joy! The gown was exquisite, and she even provided the veil and slip needed to complete the ensemble. The gown was available days early for portrait and ceremony. Return was a breeze. I found out about Michelle thru another bride of hers and immediately inquired about her services she provided fast and quality work at an affordable price and my dress was a replica of a $1800 dollar dress out of my budget. I now have a dress that was made specifically for me and just made my pending nuptials even the more better.

Michelle was AMAZING to work with!!! The original dress I wanted was perfect, yet lacked the Wow factor that I was looking for in my dress. Michelle was able to place her own spin onto the dress and made it 10xs better than what I ever couldve imagined. If you like giving my away your money, this is your place for bridal alterations. Poor service and inconvenience is what you’ll get. Paid $215 for a bustle and alterations. Alterations were not complete SIX WEEKS LATER (and no refund). Will NEVER recommend to anyone. Give your hard earned money to charity or burn it before doing business here.

My bridesmaid ordered dresses here. There were 10. They were the wrong design. After paying 216 dollars and waiting 9 weeks Michelle wanted my bridesmaid to pay an additional 125 dollars to have her dress remade. Though this was an error on her end she refused to correct the dress. Instead she cancelled all of my dresses a month in a half before my wedding. We have no dresses and have lost our money. We now have to pay to purchase new dresses as michelle is unwilling to fulfill her contractual duties. She initially told us shes be making the dresses only for us to find out she ordered our dresses. Worse experience Ive ever had in my life. I wouldve never thought thos would ever happen. She was so nice in the beginning
