Ok, so I was supposed to have my car at the shop five days. Five turned into eighteen due to the warehouse telling them the parts would be delivered on a certain day, then not coming through with them. The warehouse was short on part supplies, and GM was back logged for restocking the warehouses after a recent GM strike. Jason was amazing, and very persistent in getting what he needed to fix my car, spending hours on the phone to get my parts. When all is said and done, my car looks amazing, just like new! And this is the second time Ive had to use their services for body work on my 2018 Chevy Cruze. Although it was quite frustrating this time, I would recommend and use them again!

Heartland is a good place if you need help getting your car back on the road we had a good experience with them and they are really nice guys

Guys did great towing the truck they was running a little behind scedual but it happens to the best of us guys did good no damages to anything and really friendly and extremely professional

No one wants to call a tow truck, but they were fantastic! I cant speak highly enough of them. They were extremely prompt, courteous and willing to help our family out! The boys were excited to ride in the tow truck. Thank you so much!

Ran my truck out of fuel 5 miles outside Hannibal, MO. Called Heartland and they were able to get to me very quick with fuel. The driver seemed nice. This would be a good review with the exception of the quantity of fuel given. I asked the gentleman to give me 10 gallons. He said he did give me ten gallons. However it wouldnt register on my gauge. My truck has a 36 gallon tank. Should have been a quarter tank. So I asked him for an additional 10 gallons. (at $5.00 per gallon) and my truck was still significantly below a quarter tank. After spending an hour to get my truck started i was charged an additional $40 for his time he spent (also no issue). Drove 5 miles to the fuel station and put 33 gallons in my truck. If i burnt a gallon of fuel in 5 miles and put a gallon of fuel in the neck of the tank. With that math he gave me 5 gallons of fuel and charged me for 20. I do thank them for getting out to me quickly, but i do question the integrity of the driver and/or Heartland tow. But as I have seen in the past this is just part of the tow business. Took our ford edge there after we hit a deer and they worked miracles on it, not to mention it took longer than expected but it was out of there control. so instead of just saying sorry we will finish as soon as possible they paid for our rental car when our insurance stopped paying which was not their responsibility. So they lost money just to make a customer happy. We would recommend them to anyone

They arrived ahead of estimated time to fix a air leak on my trailer and got me up and going so I could make it back to the shop on time. Fast, friendly, and helpful.

Scammers! Rip-off ! So, my driver had an accident, with a small box truck,police called them, you know the bill they send me? $14,700, why? oh, be warned, they eat and dine with the police and ready to rip you off like nothing, especially if you are a person of color! I am filing a complain with DOT and DoL believe me i will see this through!

I was in a jam and the owners son came right out and got me as soon as I called. I was waiting on a ride from St. Louis so he recommended a restaurant that would stay open on a Sunday night and dropped me off there. They then let me get into the car on their lot to empty out my tools and some other stuff. I met the owner. Very helpful and friendly.

While I hope you never have need for their services, I can say that if you do, these guys are fantastic.Quick response, completely professional, and friendly.The owner, Jason, responded to my call. Got me out of a tight situation.All the way around fantastic.

I called at 2am they said they dont come out in the middle of the night have to wait till morning why say 24hr repair when you arent

They are funneling money to the police for them to call them. then they want to charge an arm and a leg for services. rip off.

Had a flat tire and it took them 2 hours to get to me. I was only 4 miles from the shop. They charged me $679 for the service call and new tire. Ridiculous
