Very rude staff during assistance (or May I say lack there of). Blasted music. While speaking to my boyfriend during assistance, he made the music even louder as I could see it was hand controlled with a remote that was near him. Lack of communication skills. He didn’t ask about anything we wanted and just told us our total without explaining anything. When looking at the charges before officially paying, we asked what the assistance fee was for, said it was T-Mobile’s pocket. Lol. Thanks but no thanks. Will not be back.

We came into the T Mobile store in Hanover Park and were greeted warmly by Mikey, Carla, Isabel and Eric. We. bought 2 Galaxy S21s with the buy one get one and also a Galaxy Activewear watch. This tmobile is the worst location Ive been too I was told false information pre ordering a phone and after returning I was added on a service I made clear I didnt want people where coming in complaining about the store while waiting I will drive the extra miles to another location because there is always a issue here

I received terrible service from this store regarding screen protector I purchased from the store. I have insurance and came to replace the screen protector and they said your number is not in the system, cannot replace and I have to order from manufacturer. I called T-Mobile customer service and I purchased again to make sure it’s in the system. Then I asked Isabel “ are you sure you can put in the system if I paid in full, she said “yes”. It was on January 10, 2020. My screen protector crashed again, I went to another store and they said it’s not in the system, cannot be replaced . I drove to Hanover Park again, Isabel said “ I didn’t know that you are coming back instantly “ WOW! How politely she said to the customer? Is that the way she was trained for customer service? She cannot fixed in the system, there is no manager. Miguel replaced my screen protector but it is not privacy one just the regular one that I noticed on the way back home. Miguel advices me to keep the receipt to proof every time. It’s ridiculous. Why can’t they do their job properly? Not enough training given?I tried calling several time to talked to the manager, only got a chance on 3/11/2020. She is the worst, totally unpleasant.Hi Patty, T-Mobile Bloomingdale store employee can replace my screen protector for me today, I had a pleasant experience with them. I called T-Mobile last night after you put the blame on me and the agent took ownership and did the right thing. I can’t believe Patty, you said you are the manager put the blame on the customer without finding out real history. You said I ordered my iPhones 11 through website by myself, I am responsible for not having coverage for the screen protector, you cannot change it for me. You told me that my insurance coverage started after 15 days of purchase, it was transferred from my previous iPhone XR, how it can have a gap? I don’t know how did you communicate with T-Mobile agent on the phone. You could not do the right thing and you don’t know how to apologize the customer who was insulted by your employee and you.T-Mobile needs to give proper trainings for all employees especially managers to understand how to treat the customers politely.I hope you can improve the customer service and employees will be knowledgeable about the products and services in the future.

I went into this store expecting to get a new phone, which I did! But what I didnt expect was not just a great display of customer service but also the kindest and funniest group of people Ive ever met. Even when they werent helping me they were helping other customer feel happy and welcome. Putting a smile on everyone face. I, honestly, was lost for words. Not just that, but Jazmine, the woman who was helping me, was so kinda to help me learn my new phone since I switch over from Samsung and to Apple. Poor customer service at this location, came into this store for a promotion of 2 phones, and decided not to get the extra phone. They were supposed to cancel the other line. They never did and I’ve been charged for it. The store manager patty has a very poor attitude and saying there is nothing that she can do. What’s the point of having a store manager with a poor attitude, that can’t do anything! Don’t go to this store it sucks! I’ll never walk back in again!!

Very unprofessional staff; not customer focused at all. I wanted to shop here because of the convenient location but truly not worth it. Not greeted when I arrived; no sense of urgency in procuring a sale. Corporate needs to review this shop. I have been to other T Mobile shops and received excellent service. Not here.

Just like everyone else if I could rate this store zero stars I would. I came to this store to switch from sprint. The employee name Carlos helped me out, he doesnt know what the hell hes doing. I will never go back to this store they are clueless. He gave me false information about the trade in promotion, its been over 2 months now and I still havent gotten the reimbursement credit card. I called T-Mobile and they had to do everything manually because Carlos doesnt know how to do his job, this guy is a joke.

- 0 STARS!!! I was scam by an associate in early Feb. I bought a phone chargers - he told me that they had a promo and giving away Mega-Boom with customer purchase. He need to access my account to adjust my taxes. What really happen is he never charge me for the charger, he open my account added the Mega-Boom as a leased equipment. So when I signed the receipt. it looked like my taxes on my current equipment were adjusted. Didnt find this out until months later when I contact Customer Service to review my account. I report the fraud to the store. The new Mgr. response was he wasnt there at that time?? What?. Nice man but didnt go beyond to help me as a customer. I had to call customer service to assist me with this issue. 4 calls later Im still trying to work this out. T-Mobile is now picking up Sprints/Wells Fargo bad habits of adding things to your account without your knowledge. Please be careful of FRAUD with this store and review your account.

Took my defective LG3,4, and 5 phone and didnt give me credit for it either. Made to pay insurance and phone was defective. However after several calls and getting the right costumer service person, Ashley was able to fix my bill and give me credit for my phone, I jumped to Samsung S7 and couldnt be happier. I have been with T mobile over 20 years and they ALWAYS take care of me and fix any issues, best work with customer service and not store manager sometimes helps

The reps at this store know nothing. I was told 5 different things by the three that were working. Long story short, im out $140 and have no new phone. Please go to another store. There are better options that are close by. This experience makes me miss verison, and i paid about 30 percent more with them.

As many others on here have said I would also give this store as a whole a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. This store is terrible. All of the staff is rude and unprofessional. I spoke to the manager in hopes of getting better service but the manager is just as rude. It is obvious that this store should go under some type of review by the company of so many people are having such bad experiences, it’s obiously not the customers it’s the people working there. The store does not run well by any means and could not care less about its customers. None of the representatives there had knowledge about or how to help me on more than one occasion. Would definitely keep away from this store, there’s better ones out there.

I dont understand why this place cant hire people who actually know what they are doing. It seems as though they hire people mainly on their looks. Ive had nothing but horrible experience with this T-mobile. I spend almost my whole day just trying to get a new phone. Enviroment completely unprofessional, I had to scream in order to talk to a representative who was 2 feet infront of me due to the music being extremely loud. Got charged with items I never asked for, was given the wrong items, been lied to about when I would receive my items, lied to about my items arriving, been passed around from representative to representative, been forgotten about when it came to assisting me, payed my OWN bill and had them call me to tell me i havent played when in reality they used my OWN money to pat someone elses bill. Im not one to write reviews much, but when things happen constantly and hearing other customers physically go into the store and complain about similar problems I go through, its clear someone has to say something.

This is by far the most educated T-Mobile establishment i have ever come across. The young boy by the name of Masam is the most helpful person ive ever met in retail. He can honestly fix anything you give him, best employee hands down.

Poor Service and bad customer service treated people very poorly. Manager has poor customer service skills and did not provide the information any of us clients needed. This store should be in the attention of TMobile to supervise their employees customer skills and the right treatment to all customers. Our Buisness and also regular customers has made this company grow as a pay back Tmobile needs to check their stores in particular this one in Hanover Park and their employees to deliver better Customer Service.

EXTREMELY SHADY & RUDE STAFF...STAY AWAY! As many of the other reviewers have mentioned, if I could give them 0 stars I would but 1 is the lowest option.I went into the store to move 3 lines from AT&T. Since I knew what I wanted the process was fairly quick however their sales manager kept trying to push the warranty on me. I refused and she got upset and became rude but said OK...However once I got my first months bill, I noticed she had added the warranty on regardless of me saying NO.Adding to this, she told me that my iphone came with 3 free accessories. Once again when my bill came I was shocked to find out that these accessories were not free and she simply did a split pay option along with the iphone. The accessories she gave me are garbage. I can find better quality/cheaper stuff on Amazon.Over all I recommend staying away from this location. Find ANY other location!

Walked in there, called, did everything i could and all they can say is we will get back to you or that theyre working on it. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.

What horrible service here. Uneducated children running this place. They wanted to charge for replacing a sim that quit working due to a bad sim. Avoid at all costs. Went with Verizon. So I thank this garbage store for helping me switch to a much better carrier. Best decision, hopefully with this review, more customers will do the same.
