This place is a big scam stay away go to another pawn shop if possible there internet sales are horrible they dont honor prices placed by them. You will waste your time coming to purchase something only for them to change the price.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SPOKE TO A GIRL WHO ANSWERED WAS OF NO HELP AND KEPT ME ON HOLD WITHOUT EVEN SAYING ANYTHING. I HAD TO CALL BACK AND SPOKE WITH PETER, ALL I WANTED WAS INFORMATION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AND HE NOT ONLY SOUNDED IRRITATED AND ANNOYED BECAUSE IM ASKING YOU A QUESTION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT? AFTER I PICKED UP ON HIS RUDE ENERGY I JUST ASKED FOR HIS NAME AND HE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP. ITS REALLY UNFORTUNATE THEY HIRE THE MUST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO HANDLE THE MOST IMPORTANT BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.

I went there to price a TV. Couldnt go into store until they unlocked boot. Then she walked away. No service and had to interrupt the sales clerk s chit chat with another clerk to get let out of store. No smart TVs in store,I have used a different EZ Pawn inMelrose Park, it was so much better. This one is not even close to being decent.e Park.

Most people dont seem to understand the fact that pawnshops are businesses and you will NOT get anywhere near close to retail price for your items no matter how new. stop acting so entitled and stuck up

This is a great place, people were super friendly & dont really low-ball you as long as you have something that is actually worth something and they know what it is. I cant figure out how some people have bad experiences here ... maybe you are the ones that are rude and impatient, thats what is sounds like to me anyway. Nah, this place is great and the people that work there are very nice people. Just an all around good experience when I was there.

If I could give it no stars I would. I went in to ask what I needed to pawn in a pair of new jordans that I literally only wore once. The worker told me they have to slightly used and in the shoe box I thought I would be able to pawn them being that I met the requirements I was told. When the manager came to see the shoes she bearly even looked at them and said shed pass on them because they were too dirty. The soles are spotless and the shoes are very clean. Cleaner than the shoes they had on the shelf. Horrible service and horrible manager worst service Ive gotten at the store. Ive gone there for years. Never going back. They should fire the manager maybe their reviews will go up.

Just bought a Bluetooth speaker with sw got home and the sw don’t work, don’t waste your money these ppl are truly a real joke I will never purchase anything else from this place. BEAWARE!!!!

This pawn shop is bull, I went in with a few speakers and headphones that was new and the girl working only told me she give me $70. Those were new speakers that costed more and I tired to work a little higher but she told me no and acted like she knew what she was doing but didnt. I was so mad dont come here gp somewhere else they dont care about you only trying to give you only a little money for a high price items you get more money somewhere else.

I was told diffrent on offer up vs when I actually went into the location. I was told the price was negotiable, to show up and check out the item. When I talked to someone they said no the price was what it is on the tag. Waste of time to travel almost an hr round trip

I had went in there to buy myself a second phone. None of the phones were charged and when I was inspecting the phone, I saw that the screen was popping out. I told one of the guys there and he immediately tried to blame me for it. Glad I left. Just a bunch of over priced junk here

Do NOT go here they are a complete ripoff!! They supposedly change their system after I took out a loan without advising clients!! now you cannot do a pay down on the loan you need the full amount to get your property back. After paying the ridiculous interest for 4 months, come to find out there is a way to paydown the loan that no one except the new girl let the cat out of the bag. After being told bu the manager to come in and we can discuss lowering the loan amount he renigs so now for a 450.00 loan I had to pay over 1000.00!! DO NOT COME HERE!

The company is very nice and the staff is very understanding. They will do there best to go beyond to give you the most for your product.

This place is a joke! they take their sweet time to assist you,even when there are no customers!..you tell them that you need assistance and they just brush you off and fiddle faddle with paperwork like you werent even there.And only then when they decide they are done they will come to you,the prices are often times overpriced.And they are not very friendly.

Brought in an item there to sell and well they had no idea what it was that i had brought in and well it was a 1200$ tool when new. Japanese micrometer set. This place and most pawn places look to see what it sells for on ebay and then offer what ever they see as the lowest price and make you that as an offer. on a 1200$ item well I was only asking 300$ on it which is good but to offer me 100$ please dont insult me. The Manager and the staff need to be retrained in customer service and lean about products that people bring in and not be like oh here is what I saw this is what I can offer Vs here this is what I have it is different than what you see. Plus my item was a complete fully functioning and recently serviced and calibrated set. I wont be bringing any of my business here.

Resale shop. over priced. went looking to pick up a few used power tools. There prices way to high. Can buy the same products new for the prices they have listed. will never go back there again.

I cant complain. Nice customer service, clean store, reasonable amount of money given for pawn loans.

Biggest rip off ever, 5$ for a 200$ mixer, i think employees or owner was dropped on their heads as a baby.
