This is my second Infiniti. I had a Q45 back in the 90s. I recently traded in a Porsche Cayenne for a Q60 RS. The car is great. The service is efficient, courteous and fairly priced. Colin Greene checked me in seamlessly and Greg Batista took great care of my very fast car. I opted to wait for service, took the dog along and walked a while and had a lunch across the street. The car was serviced quickly and washed!

Thank you to Colin and the Service Department. I had an emergent issue with our Infiniti and took it to the Hanover dealership first thing the next morning. Colin eased my anxiety and kept me abreast of the repair throughout the morning. I was able to get back on the road in far less time than I had planned, and got to enjoy a very clean and comfortable waiting room. I would definitely recommend any local Infiniti owner use this location to get their car serviced.

Gustavo was a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. TLDR: Is 0 stars an option? Whatever you’re in the market for, look anywhere but here.I’m a BU alum working in the area and starting grad school in my home state, where I needed to register a used car I bought on 3/29. I didn’t drive the car away until 5/28. The entire process was unclear and disorganized, from top to bottom. Over the course of two months, it became painfully obvious that this dealership has no concern for customer satisfaction. I absolutely regret bringing my business here and was met with complete lack of urgency from everyone I interacted with (Chris, Kyle, and Bill). Even after several requests to expedite the process, involvement from my lender, requests to cancel the sale, or suggestions to reach a quicker solution, the car sat on the lot for 8 weeks. I only found out the car was ready after checking a FedEx tracking number for my plates — the dealership never contacted me — and no leadership from the dealer spoke to me when I picked the car up, which speaks volumes about their complete lack of concern for accountability during this process. All in all, I’m extremely disappointed with everyone involved and am not sure what I could have done differently to avoid being treated this way. If you’re on the fence about this dealer, take this as your sign to go somewhere else.

Scheduled a repair service for a transmission fluid flush and change, and also a oil change. Since Coastal Nissan didn’t do it right. Kelly the service advisor was very nice and intelligent. The mechanic Andrew who performed the service on my car stated my that the atf was dark and smelt burnt so I know nissan didn’t even change it when I paid for them to do so. Overall very pleased with the customer service and professionalism at Dan O’Brien Infiniti of Hanover. They even hand washed and Vacuumed the car at no additional cost. Will definitely be getting my services done here from now on.

The car we went to see was not actually there but they gave us such a good deal on a new 2019 we decided to go ahead and finance it. This is place is one of the worst places you can buy a car. Majority of the cars need repairs before you even purchase it. They don’t honor any the extended warranty options, after you have purchased the car. And they make sure they rob you on your car repairs so you have to pay more money out of pocket and none of insurance that you pay each month covers any damages or your car. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE. They deserve ZERO stars. By far the WORST service I have ever received. I went in November and purchased a car, after paperwork was signed they said they did not have title and would call the next day so I could pick up the car the. They gave me the run around and it took TWO WEEKS of me chasing them to get the car. When I asked to speak to a manager to get an update, I was referred to Frank who basically said “you weren’t in a rush to get a car, what’s the rush now, i don’t understand why we are having this conversation” - when they had provided ZERO communication as to why I was not getting a car we had already signed a purchase agreement on. As if that’s not enough, I got a call to pick up the car, called them later that day to advise I was on my way, and they then advised the car was not detailed yet. Waited another day, went to pick up the car, inspection sticker not done. They advised me I could go somewhere else and they would reimburse me and since I was beyond fed up with them, I did. It’s been over 2 months and I still have not been refunded. The lack of communication, clarity and professionalism is beyond disgusting. Super sketchy and untrustworthy. They do not deserve to be in business. Everyone working there is awful. They offered first year oil services and some some sort of guarantees but if you ever deal with them, you’ll be so fed up you’ll prefer paying somewhere else versus dealing with this pathetic place. TRASH.

The absolute worst dealership we have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble - do NOT buy/lease a car here. They are unable to fix problems with their own BRAND NEW cars, they take an entire day for an oil change (and that’s with an appointment!) - without giving you a loaner and they outright lie. They blame everything on being understaffed - of course they are understaffed- I can’t imagine how they treat their employees if they treat their customers the way we have been treated.

Nice facility, I bought a car there last week. It was very easy to make an appointment and I was seen immediately when I arrived - no waiting. Buying a car can entail many hours at the dealership, but I was comfortable in the space + there was water, coffee, snacks. I worked with Kelvin, who was easy going and great to talk to. He helped me out a lot and checked in daily as I waited for them to complete registration. Id recommend getting a direct contact line with your sales person so you can keep in touch without going through the operator - that was a big help in communicating with Kelvin. Thanks team! Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Unless your buying a brand new car do not buy from them. They like to advertise car on the internet at one price. I called ahead and ask if the price on the web was actually price of vehicle they assured me i cam on down ad found out the vehicle was actually 2k higher. I put a 500$ hold on the vehicle and couldnt come an agreement on price and now they dont seem to have a record of my $500 hold and have been ticking me around ever since and will not return my money even though its been over a month. i will 5take them to small claims court if they do not return my money soon

The sale consultant Meghan had a VERY strong smell of liquor on her breath it’s something me and my husband noticed immediately as soon as she introduced herself. Never experienced something like that before. Lawyer up if you do business with these scam artists. I was overcharged for my vehicle and they said it needed some work- they told me they’d cover the rental while I waited. When that bill came due they act like it’s coming soon and it never came. They hide when you call. Scammed me out of a grand. I ask to speak to Dan O’Brien and they act like he doesn’t exist. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. RUN. Dont go there for any reason! I called Saturday night to see a car, at 1640. Promised an appointment for 1800 (FB, google, website all say close at 1900). Get there at 1755, ignored by FOUR sales associates. When finally asked, and I explain my appointment, they state its buried in the back for the snowstorm and they cant get it out. Well, you had an hour and twenty minutes and my phone number to figure this out. HOWEVER, they then treated me like your stereotypical male car salesman telling me that I must have the wrong dealership and are you sure its the right car? despite my providing the stock number and attempting to show them I called the right number. Im pretty certain they would not have talked to a man like that! THEN, we finally walked out the door after they clearly werent interested in helping us whatsoever, and didnt leave our phone number.THEN, at 1830, I received a phone call from an associate. HOW did they have my number if I didn’t give it to them in the dealership, AND according to the salesmen I never had an appointment and the phone call didn’t happen? The manager that called me 30 minutes after my appointment asked how it was, knowing full well that half an hour after “seeing” the vehicle I clearly had not purchased it. THEN had the gumption to tell me I could drive to the North Shore and he would bring the vehicle up for me to view there.THEN, I got another phone call at 2000 from some “director” and have a VM to prove it. I called back the next day to further discuss the incident, and never heard from the guy again. They responded to my FB review stating that due to the snowstorm they had to pack away vehicles FYI it wasnt snowing that night, but didnt address the way I was treated or their lies and deception. Thanks for the mansplaining, but Im all set. I bought a car the next day from a reputable dealer. NOT THESE PEOPLE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD-EARNED MONEY!

Awful dealership, I bought a car from them the pickup was rushed by the sales person, then the manager made me feel like I should be thankful, the car arrived not fully cleaned. After three months of owning the car I recieved a call asking if I wanted to buy another car. I asked to be removed from their lists. Then called to speak to a manager to be removed. I understand wanting to make a sale but this place leaves you feeling dirty and cheated. Now on christmas eve I receive a call asking for me by the wrong name, then another sales pitch. I bought a car there 5 months ago. Go anywhere else, youll find a better experience.

They get ZERO stars. I traded my Jeep Compass in, back in September of 2020 and purchased a 2016 Subaru, I live in rhode island, so my vehicle cannot be inspected until it is registered. I have yet to receive my registration. I tried to contact this dealership multiple times to find out a status on my Registration. No one had any information except it was sent to the dmv then proceeded to tell me, just drive around and if you get pulled over or towed we will pay the expense. How in the world is someone going to tell their customer to be illegal and drive around, knowing that if I get pulled over, I am being towed, and I am not going to get my vehicle out unless proven to be mine, ( a registration). I will also more than likely get a ticket and or a court date.When I finally heard back from Sales Manager Brian ( it was because I called first and refused to get off the phone) and was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to get the registration, well it has now been over 12 weeks, so I do not understand how that makes sense. He then proceeds to tell me it was sent back to them December 9th because they had the wrong paper work. I asked why I wasnt informed of this because I reached out to them Christmas eve. He had no answer for that.Now, since it shows the Compass is still in my name for the rest of 2020 I will have taxes on that vehicle, they will not reimburse me for that, and not reimbursing me for the 4 months I have paid on this vehicle that I cannot drive.Never mind when I first went to buy the vehicle they have a me a sales associate that wouldnt even let me test drive the car? I had to go to the General Manager for the keys. I wish I could remember the kids name but he said youll have plenty of time to test drive it when you sign the paper work. Since then the General Sales Manager left stated that dealership is a mess and needs a lot of work.The customer service there is terrible.

This Dealership is completely unprofessional, they put up a real nice front but both the service manager and the new General Manager there are shady. I brought my car in there with my AC working and the only thing I wanted them to fix was my rear defrost climate control button. once they finished working on my car I drove it off the lot and my AC was working at all, so i call back to tell them that and they pretty much just told me that they cant go back and fix what they messed up unless I pay for them to go back to fix what they messed up. After that the General Manager told me that my only option was that they could get me into a different car with them. I honestly thought that he was joking because I just bought the car from them 4 months prior. I just dont think thats right so hopefully this helps someone whos in the car buying process.

This was a terrible experience. We came in to test drive a vehicle. They were looking at my vehicle for the trade in value. When I returned to my vehicle after the test drive, my phone holder was broken as of they had tried to remove the mount from the dash board. When we called back and asked what had happened they said they didn’t know what I was talking about. The trust is gone and we are very disappointed . So sad :(

Do you yourself a favor get your Infinity serviced in Norwood, they have their act together unlike this place. Dont waste your time, money and aggravation buying from this dealership, youll regret it.Even with change of ownership the service department is same ol same old....although one time Had a kid help me with my Bluetooth other than that horrible experience!Went in for a rattle underneath my car, they told me it could be 3 different things to my face but couldnt pin point specifically what it was, AND CHARGED ME for not finding the issue! The service manager ( whos no longer there just like many before ) told me he would discount my throttle body cleaning and charge me half the next time I cane in. Well after a couple months to have it done the service manager was gone and of course didnt put in the system notes and come to find out they entered something it wasnt just to justify charging me . What business does that??? They wouldnt honor what the service manager agreed to bexause you know customers lie and they need proof.Actually the Infinity dealership in Norwood figured out my problem within an hour .I left a message with the general manager in Hanover and he never called me back, no surprise there.Im looking to trade my infinity and where do you think Im NOT buying my next car from?

10-8-21 - Once again dealing with the poor customer service at Infiniti of Hanover. Called them around 8am on Monday (10-4-21) and spoke to a CHRISTINE. I am not sure if she got up on the wrong side of the bed that morning, but she was awful. I attempted to tell her what my issue was but she continued to cut me off with everything I said. She raised her voice at me in her condescending tone as if she had no time for me. Due to her ill-mannered temperament, I tried to explain the past issues with the dealership as she continued to ignore what I was saying. After what seemed to be hours, I FINALLY got through to this woman. I know that this dealership had gotten new staff in the service department but all that means nothing if they continue to treat customers like complete trash. Love the sales dept...HATE knowing that we have to continue to deal with the service department. Cannot wait to trade this vehicle in and go to another dealership!!!THIS IS A 1 MONTH UPDATE: If you see down below we were completely satisfied with the sales team when we first purchased our vehicle. Unfortunately, having to deal with service has been the WORST experience! Our vehicle that we purchased was a Land Rover. Test drive was done and everything appeared to be great. When we took the car home we almost immediately had the check engine light turn on, moisture build up in the interior, windshield wiper fluid light came on, the hood would not open, tailgate cover was broken, air vent off set, air coolant fan needed to be replaced amongst other issues. Their service department acts like you are the problem and nobody wants to work with us. They have such a lack of communication within the dealership, I honestly do not know how they function. Their Weekend receptionist began laughing at us on the phone mocking us. Everyone from the bottom of the service team to the manager refused to call us back whenever we were finally able to get ahold of them. False promises continued to be made by everyone we spoke to. It has now been 1 month and we have only been able to drive our vehicle a hand full of times. It has now been sitting at the Land Rover dealership waiting for the last of the issues to be fixed (fan for the coolant). We should have went with another dealership! This place is just awful I cannot say it enough. How do you purchase a $40k+ vehicle and get treated like complete dirt? They all need a lesson on customer service and whenever they get a trade in, should thoroughly check before selling. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.Absolutely amazing experience! From the second you walk in the door, you are greeted with professional polite employees. Meghan, Shannon and Kyle went over and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Never once did they pressure us. They asked us what our needs were for a vehicle and gave us our options with no gimmicks. Liked other one if I could give ZERO star I will do. Bring my car for service because engine light is on, after diagnostic they told me a problem is bot of my gas level sending units I told them I just replaced with original parts from infiniti. And now their told me could be 2 items the instrument clusters or the ac amplifier no good. Told me replaced the instrument cluster first If still no good then replaced ac amplifier. This now way Im have to pay replaced the instrument clusters and then turned out is not the instrument cluster I have to pay for ac amplifier. They should not charge me $149 if their not sure 100%. Oh got to a dealer 11:30am and get out of a dealer 4:30pm wasting my day waste $149.Updated as today good thing I dont listen to a dealer service replaced a cluster first I will have to paid big $$$ and still not fixed my car problem. Because I buy ac amplifier at different dealer and installed myself fixed my car problem. Again i will never visit infiniti of Hanover again. I dont know how their keep up service 😕 like this.

I Recently leased another Q50 12 days ago. My sales person was new and knew nothing about the cars as i did not expect her to. Yet none of the managers Megan Kyle or anyone else cared to explain the upgraded features. (the sale was the theme). I was taxed based on New York Taxes as was explained to me a week later by Kyle. I was also told by Manager(s) my remaining balance of $2172.40 would be paid the next day (10/15/20) I then called on Tue (10/20/20} for clarity of which i was told by the same Manager from Friday {RLEF} that it is a process? Okay no problem and that it would take a while? Whats a while? Never mind you have my best interest {assuming}. Kyle Called me and told me on 10/23/30 that he could lower my payment because i had been taxed based on NewYork taxes. Well he saw this while i was their and showed me? So how is it that i signed a document that was never adjusted while i was their. The car had 147 miles on it not the 9 i signed for. He told me this need to be done today{on the date he texted me {10/23/30} So we texted back and forth about check (balanced owed $2172.40 and the signature needed before it could be done}. So Today i called and spoke to Brian at 10:15 and he said he would get back to me in 5 min and it is now 12:40 p.m.. I also told brain that i would pay the balance just to get this over and move on. Lastly He has called me a few times checking in with me prior to this. ?

Dennis Nuygen went above and beyond what we expected!! Coming from Cape Cod looking to purchase a car quickly around Christmas time the experience we had was terrific!! Dennis never made us feel pressured to buy or look at any models we weren’t interested in and made it a great buying experience. I would highly recommend any one I know, to experience the fantastic, welcoming service, I received at infinity of hanover. I apon arrival met with Megan Saben who was more than professional, and as friendly as can be, you could tell Megan really was thorough with a new trainee Liiban. Meghans training really paid off with Liiban being a new member to the infinity team, he was more than knowledgeable when it came to getting into my new car. I have never felt as good as I did leaving infinity with the great customer service that I had received by both Megan and Liiban. I have also really enjoyed my new car and will only do service with infinity from now on.

The service department has been so great, especially during COVID19! I was able to make an appointment to get my oil change done and Scott was extremely helpful! He let me come in and took my car right away. The waiting area is very clean and sanitized, safe and spacious place to wait. When my car was done, they drove it around for me and resanitized the steering wheel. Very easy group to work with, and cares for the customer!

I inquired about a vehicle at 2pm and was told I could come that evening for a test drive. After driving 55 minutes to the dealership, I waited for 15-20 minutes and was eventually told by an associate that the car was in their body shop due to a scratch and could not be looked at that day. The sales associate that I talked with when I arrived was friendly and apologetic but the ordeal ended up being quite a waste of time.I received a call after leaving from another sales person saying I could come again when the car was ready and I received a call the next day from the general manager who said the same thing and mentioned bringing the car to me for a test drive but I decided to look elsewhere instead.I have no reason to suspect that had the vehicle been there, I would have received good treatment and customer service, but unfortunately my experience was a bit negative.

Had to report them to the BBB based off my experience here. Purchased a car for 35k here just to receive the worst service imaginable. Its actually laughable that a “luxury car dealership”service can’t even compare to a fast food restaurant’s. Stay clear of this establishment for any services on your vehicle, you may come out with more problems than what you came in with.

I purchased my 2019 QX80 @ Infinity of Hanover. I was replacing my BMW X5 for a larger SUV. During my car search I decided to look @ Infinity. My experience could not have been better! Greg the GM helped me through the process and was a pleasure to work with! Since I knew very little about Infinity vehicles Greg was extremely informative. He was courteous and never made me feel pressured to purchase a car. As a former BMW owner I was slightly skeptical of Infinity’s level of luxury. But boy was I wrong! I was blown away by the quality, style and luxury of the QX80. It has a powerful engine and superior handling for a large SUV. The interior and exterior are both very luxurious. I’m so pleased with my car and the outstanding service I received!

Rudest, most inconsiderate, sales team ever! Then, after I bought my car in cash, out of the blue they just closed the dealership, and said they were sold?! No one would help me with my new car, and it broke down 1 week after owning it. I had to call the better business bureau for them to take any action to help me. Ricky and Chris are horrifying at their jobs. Ask for someone else if you go there.

Wish I could give this place zero stars drove over an hour to redeem two free oil changes that I had on the vehicle when I purchased it over a year ago apparently the dealership is under new ownership but I had called prior to see if I could come down and renew those oil changes once I got down to the dealer the sales manager and the general manager work stream Lee rude and told me that I needed to bring contracts with me even though I had just spoken to a sales man who told me to come down. I repeat do not go to this dealership run away from them they are extremely disrespectful and disregard any of their customers needs I will never be going back to infinity to purchase any vehicle ever again

They were excellent under Prime Infiniti when I purchased my vehicle and was sold a 5 year basic maintenance plan. I live far and they convinced me to buy from them because they would come to pick up the vehicle for service and bring it back which they did for some time. Then in January, they said they were going through an ownership change and had no drivers for the pick up/drop off service until the new owners take over so I brought in my vehicle for service myself on a weekend. Now that they have a new owner, I called for service and was told that they no longer offer pick up/drop off service outside of a 15-mile radius. I then asked for the manager and he was very unpleasant and said that they were not going to pick up my vehicle. I then asked for the GM and the service manager said that they didnt have one and that he was the highest ranking person in there. I asked for his last name so that I could file a complaint but he refused to give it to me. I went ahead and filed a complaint with Infiniti USA anyway. Definitely not going back there for my next $47k vehicle.

If I could I’d leave a 0 star review. I called in several days in advance in regards to getting my car serviced with a sunroof replacement, parts replaced due to ABS recall and an oil change. Originally I called to make an appointment for Saturday 7/13/2020, was told IF POSSIBLE to drop car off the day before at 4pm and get a loaner because they didn’t have loaners available for Saturday. No big deal, I changed my schedule for that Friday and decided to go drop the car off Friday cause I was promised a loaner. So I drive roughly 40 minutes to Infinity of Hanover and they tell me “sorry we don’t have any loaners at the moment”. I understand that due to covid there are issues. But when you’re promised a loaner couple days in advance, upon speaking with the service department via telephone, you can’t blame that on covid... you obviously didn’t have the car ready for me to pick up. A call in advance would’ve been MUCH appreciated. And I wouldn’t have to screw myself over that friday with my work schedule. Also I didn’t mention, I had a trip planned with my family that Saturday afternoon in which I NEEDED a loaner vehicle. This is RIDICULOUS, definitely won’t trust them again with future appointments!

By far the best and easiest car buying experience ever. Chris the sale manger was determined to help me and my family get the perfect car that fit our budget. not only was he nice he was very helpful and made sure we knew all about the safety features on the car introduced us to all of the staff in the building as we are now apart of the infiniti family. i would highly recommend them over and over again. customer service is what he really strives for. it was also my boyfriends birthday the day we picked up the car. They went as far as getting him a cake and a balloon. i love my new car and feel 100 percent safe driving in it with my son. best choice i have made this year.

My husband and I lease a car every one or two years. The actual day of looking and negotiating is never a pleasant one. Except our most recent one. We walked into Prime Infiniti after spending time with an Audi and Mercedes dealer. We were weary and tired of the wear and tear of test driving and information overload. And then we met Chris Squires, who met us a warm handshake and easy smile. We spent about 4 hours with Chris negotiating and he was consistently pleasant and accommodating, working diligently to make us the fairest deal that he could. We met his boss, Charlie, who came in and welcomed us warmly to Prime and told us that they would give us the best deal that they could. After closing the deal we met the finance manager who was equally pleasant. This dealership is the most professional that we have ever done business with. I am writing this under my pen name, Katie Clooney, but my real name is Melinda Hammer. I highly recommend this dealership. They are the epitome of stellar service and professionalism.

I came in to the store and met my i credible sales person, Christina, She had a lovely attitude and it was so nice working with her to buy a new car. When I chose a car she went to her manager Chad who came back with the most outrageous numbers I have ever encountered. If this what I was going to have to pay I was not interested. I was not interested in playing the to and fro price game, I am a busy covid 19 nurse and did not have time to play games. As I was leaving, this person I had never met storms up to me yelling at me saying “what do you mean you won’t talk to anyone”, I was stunned and he continued yelling “what do you mean you won’t talk to anyone”, I said I never said that and dont acuse me of saying things I did not say. Chad said Christina told him I said that, she said she did not say that. Chad continues yelling saying what was wrong with the price I was quoted, $445.00 a month and $3,000 trade in on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra, The total cost of the 2017 Infinity SUV would be $27,000. Chad yelled at me and said they ran a carfax report on my car and 3 issues were found, I said I know that. Chad yelled at me again and said “what are you doing here”. I said I came to buy a car. I started to leave the store and Paul and Christina followed me outside and asked what they could do for me to get the car I wanted, they apologised for Chad’s treatment of me. Paul and Christina asked how much I wanted for my car and how much I wanted to pay for the 2017 Infinity and when I told them, Paul said lets get that done, they were incredible. I ended up paying $18,000 with $2,000 down and a trade in for my car of $4,500. The total with taxes was $10,000 less than Chad demanded I pay for the same car. Christina and Paul are incredible, gracious, knowledgeable, professional, kind, understanding and a pleasure to work with, their after sale service was incredible too. I had to have my car towed because I needed a tyre replaced before I traded it in, Paul sent Christina to take me to pick my car up, I could not go with the tow truck driver because of covid and could not find an uber to take me, that blew me away. When I went to pick my new car up Chad was there and told the staff I was crazy, I have never been crazy in 62 years. Mr. OBrein, is this how you train your staff to sell cars? Who the xxxx does Chad think he is and why the xxxx should I be made to feel the way I did because of a car salesman who is viciously angry, demeaning, narcisistic and patronising, and apparently that is how he treats his staff, why is he working for you, I am disgusted by my experience with inept, rude and deeply disturbing Chad. The fact that Christina and Paul could turn this awful experience into a wondeful, delightful, pleasant experience is huge kudos to them. I know Chad has treated other customers the same way, how can you allow that? Mr. OBrein, you should use Christina and Paul to train your staff, they are that increfible. Unfortunately bad news travels fast, if you staff your company with the Chads of this world, you will not succeed, as you can hear, I am still reeling from the disgusting way I was treated by Chad and would love to hear from you to let me know how you are going to change this going forward. They were all very courteous and accommodating! I dont Usually do google reviews but i had to for Infiniti of Hanover. They were amazing to me.My sales women was Jayla Hunter she was the best she work with me. I went in looking for a certain vehicle but came up short on what i wanted in my price range.But she continued to work with me and made something happen for me.. the Mangers there are rally good people they only want what best for their customers.. when you go there they make you feel like family.. i would recommend them to anyone..
