I had a laptop that was infected through my own fault...They listened to my confession and never were judgemental...made me feel better about damage control. They took the time to educate and they made the repairs quickly and completely. The cost was extremely fair not at all expensive ...I highly recommend these folks for excellent customer service and support.

I had to have my Galaxy S20+ replaced and when I switched to the new phone I lost 5 years worth of photos. Gadget Tech waa able to retrieve all of my pics and videos from the broken phone. Im so grateful and cant thank them enough.

Verizon rep, unable to complete data transfer to my new phone (my old one took yet another trip to a floor), 1st recommended Best Buy Geek Squad, 2nd recommendation was for these fellows... Though she warned they might be more expensive than Geek Squad. After being on hold for over an hour on 3 separate occasions just to find out when I could make an appointment, I thankfully was smart enough to call Gadget Techs. Come right in was their reply.For a very fair price they did a timely, complete, job with a smile!! If You are anything like me and time and frustration are money, do take this recommendation... You wont be sorry.

I wouldnt recommend bringing your device here, this place is sketchy.Their technician asks for clients to provide the passcodes to the device they are fixing for testing purposes... they want you to drop off your device for a week for a short repair process, and have access to all of your personal information in the meantime? Somehow the booths in the mall, and the apple store can manage to fix your screen without your password to your device, but this team seems to need it?When we refused to provide it, they threw a tantrum and made a scene, definitely a strange reaction for someone who isnt looking to gain access to your sensitive information.

Recently had my screen replaced at gadget tech in Hanover, I was told by Verizon that the phone was dead and that I would have to pay $250 deductible !!, Dave fixed my phone saved all my contacts, thank you very much!!Crisis avoided

This place is great, my tablet wasnt charging, he checked it out and told me to try a couple things, and if it doesnt work, bring it back and he will replace the battery, I went home and tried the things he said to try, and its now charged and working great. All it costs me was a gallon of gas. 👍

Very helpful, reasonable, and they do a nice job.

Went in to get my phone fixed and they said it was $400. They told me it was out of manufacture warranty. I went to double check with the manufacture and my issue was covered Samsung for free (1 yr warranty). Cant review the work because the didnt do any. But review for quote was poor.

The guys that work there are great! I couldnt get my daughters Chromebook to charge or turn on. We walked into Gadget Techs and they were able to get the computer to turn on and charge! Definitely would return there for other devices!

Dropped off to computers had to reach out within 2 weeks for both of them as the customer service was done existence. We are now at 1 months for one of the computers and Im still reaching out and trying to figure out if they can fix it or not this is very poor customer

I had taken my phone to another phone repair store to fix the glass. They fixed it but let the primary camera smudged and dirty. O took my phone back and the denied smudging the inside of the glassWalked in to Gadget Techs and was only there for maybe 6-7 minutes. The young man was very friendly and fixed up my phones camera! Great place! Brought my phone in and they new how to fix it right away and took care of my chargering port on the older phone that I was using that didn’t work. Wouldn’t go any where else to get anything fixed. Highly recommend!

These guys are great went in for my phone not charging correctly. My cellphone provider wanted me to get new phone. All it needed was a cleaning of the charging port and gadget tech did that for no charge i highly recommend them. Ive used them many times and awesome great to the customer.

My repair was so expensive and it completely ruined my phone. the man who worked on it was so rude. never going back here and i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. truly awful.

Apple said my phone needed to be replaced. I brought it to a repair company for their opinion. They had no clue. Then I found Gadget Techs, within 30 minutes, I walked out with a working phone. I highly recommend these guys!

I never caught the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was great! He knew the problem with my iPhone 7S and why the home button was making loud tinny noise - Taptic Button inside has little screws that need to be tightened. 5min. VOILA! saved me from having to invest in a new phone right now. Thanks again!

Gadget Techs is BY FAR the best place to take your computer, cell phone, or any other electronics for upgrades or general fixes. I recently brought in my main laptop to move from a 1TB hard drive (HDD) to a 2TB drive. The system, loaded with heavy programs, spent a few days there because they wanted to fix performance issues I was having -- and I THOUGHT I knew a lot about enhancing performance on my own. The system now performs better than ever -- super fast, no time lags, just great performance. These guys really know what theyre doing. They had rescued my Android phone last year from water issues too... THE BEST place to go if you are within 50 miles of Hanover!
