Forgot my travel humidor when traveling through the area, and stopped here for a couple sticks. The selection was not exceptional, but it was good. The lady at the store, although she didnt know all the answers to my questions off the top of her head, knew exactly where to find them quickly. All in all a good cigar shop!

Go here for Gurkah cigars often. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice, clean environment. And they have a cigar lounge that is very nice if you want to pop in for a smoke. Highly recommend.

Ive never had a worse experience in my life. The the older man who Im assuming was the owner cussed me out just because I wanted to look at a different piece of merchandise out of the packaging before I purchased it. Dont ever shop here unless you want to get cussed out and buy cheesy ass products before being able to examine them.

It has become quite clear, made blatant with the recent name change, that cigar smokers are the main priority. As far as high end cigars and accessories Freedom is unsurpassed. But with all of the effort in making these locations cigar havens, RYO cigarette smokers and water/glass pipe connoisseurs are stuck feeling a bit left out.Nothing drove this point home to me more than being told recently when stopping in for a bag of tabacco & tubes with my wife that only customers using the cigar lounge could use the restroom. To tell customers who have been loyally shopping at your store for years very openly that they are tantamount to second-rate guests is still a bit staggering to me.

The clerk was not educated enough on my product interest. I ended bringing home something, not quite what I wanted. Too far a drive to go back. Manager needs to help clerk understand ALL products and not just cigars/cigs, if youre gonna sell them.

Used to be known as planet RYO. They have a decent selection. I was just there the other day and was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The staff member there seemed irritated with us for just wanting to smoke in their lounge even though I had just purchased something from the store. The lounge is nothing more than four chairs and some ash trays. After this experience, if I want to smoke at a store, I will be going to Planet RYO in New Freedom, PA. They have a larger lounge and a more welcoming staff.

Not a bad place to smoke a cigar when the weather doesnt permit to enjoy one outside. It needs to be open longer than 8. 1/2 way through a cigar and you chase me out on a cold February evening. No way.

That Young and good-looking guy I think was named zack helped me out a lot. We went over everything I needed to know and he helped me pick out tubes and tobacco for my cig roller. Awesome time, really appreciate it and will be back soon. The store was clean and a very welcoming place.

I went here when I first started vaping. They sold me a mod that at other stores, was $30 for $70 and wouldnt give a refund. Herbal remedies are 3 times the retail price! Ill be ordering online for now on!

Several times I have gone to pick something up only to find it closed early. The sign and Google say closing at 8 PM on weekends. Got there at 6:50 and absolutely dark.

Very rude kicked my son out because he did not have id even though he was with me & was not buying anything. So if I brought my 3 year old in with me to buy something am I to leave him in the car? That would never happen! Was not even her (younger lady) asking him to step out that was the bad part was the way it was said . She waved & said bye! in the most condescending way.

Poor selection, staff very nice but pushes to buy things you arent even interested in. Cashiers told me she didnt know much about cigars but kept pushing gurkhas and acids....

Tabbaconist on staff to help with any questions you have about all the products in the store. Service is on point and selection is awesome. Cugar lounge is great and I always feel welcome to sit and smoke.

The employees in hanover store have always been very welcoming and helpful and know their products well

Decent selection of cigars and nice staff but Ive been by a few time and there were closed during their posted business hours, no sign indicating why, not a holiday, made several wasted trips...

Was at a cigar event on Friday, bought 10 cigars didnt even get a thank you for the purchase or a hello when I walked in. No discount on a box purchase either like a normal cigar club.

I try to support local small businesses, but this place makes it hard to do. The cigars that I enjoy, they rarely have. So frustrating. I now get my cigars in York Pa. They (always) have them. 😞
