Rite Aid is HORRIBLE! Thank goodness I am a healthy person because if I had to pick up monthly rxs I would lose my mind! Always an issue, never ready, always understaffed even before Covid. Absolve the worst experience every time! Im only here because my work has us come here for our flu shot. I was one of two people here over an hour ago...still waiting. Very Frustrating!

Tried to have passport pictures taken few times, every time they say they can’t something is broke!!

I went there for a COVID PCR test and was grateful for a drive-through option to do so, but the whole experience took about 45 minutes, excluding the drive to and from my house, and left me wondering about the staff there. Id rather go to the Baltimore Street location and would consider getting a COVID test elsewhere.The attendant asked me my name multiple times even as I spelled it for them. They then asked for my drivers license, which they had trouble understanding. The DL shouldnt even be necessary for the test to be administered, so I feel bad for anyone that might not have had one to use.The wait in line was super long (30 minutes or so). The test process was also bogged down because the attendant had trouble finding the paperwork for my appointment.

I am not in the habit of reviewing pharmacies, but I have been in the area for a year now, and Rite Aid on Eisenhower is just the best. I am always treated well, and my prescription is always correct, I have never waited more than a couple of minutes to pick up a phoned in order. I find what I need and the staff are remarkably kind and efficient. I have found my local drugstore.

I have been coming to this Rite Aid for a few years, I drive farther to come here. It is 100% worth it! Everyone is kind, helpful and quick! Dave and Ryan are fantastic! If any changes ect they are quick to help. Having Pharmacist - Pharmacy like this is truly priceless! Thank you!!

Not sure whats going on with place. We have been going to this location for years. We call prescriptions in usually 2 days ahead of time. Now the drive thru window is so slow. 2 times in the last month we went to pickup our meds and they arent ready. Tonight we waited 20 minutes only to get to the window and the drugs arent ready . One of them they just place a sticker on a sealed from the manufacturer container. Not sure why the slow window service or why the drugs arent ready in 2 days. They are always switching manufacturers too. Now I wiil have to make another trip to pickup drugs that werent ready. This store really went downhill.

Prescriptions are always ready promptly, the staff are friendly, and the pharmacist is also helpful as he strives to work quickly as well as answer any questions.

Redesigned store takes a bit of getting used to. Once you get the layout youll find it easy to find what youre looking for amongst their great selection of items. A lot of variety in goods offered and always provides a painless in and out experience.

I have been with rite aid for 10+ years. I never have any problems. They are quick to catch something that may interact with a medication you may be on. Dave and Ryan are wonderful pharmacist and all the other staff are just as great. Thank you for keeping my whole family healthy.

The service here is good, and they are usually on the ball when it comes to getting your prescription filled. They also offer a wide variety of goods, and I find their products are cheaper overall than at CVS(at least the CVS on Carlisle St.).Edit as of September, 2021: They now seem to be grossly understaffed, and the employees still working there claim they are four to five days behind. Therefore, you may or may not get your medications on time. Customer service is also quite poor, and the employees behind the pharmacy do not answer the phone in a satisfactory manner. The customer service in the store itself is still fairly decent however. Unfortunately, I must change my rating of this particular store from 4 stars to only 2 stars.
