Very personable and professional audiologist and I think my mothers results were pretty accurate but then came the sales pitch! Dont go in expecting to use one of their promotional prices because chances are very good that youll be told your hearing deficit is too great to use the reasonably priced models.

I received an invitation for a free hearing check. What I got was a hard sell by not one but 2 people that would not take no for an answer. I know I probably have hearing loss, but this open house was all about forcing me to make a decision immediately. I just wanted some time to consider the things they told me about my hearing, is that too much to ask? They really seemed more interested in my wallet than my ears.

Always Courteous, Friendly. Listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. Friendly staff makes the experience less stressful
