I have purchased arrangements and gifts at Flowers with Amor for over 15 years. My husband gets me flowers there as well. The staff is caring, kind, and professional. The arrangements are always beautiful and what I ask for and delivered on time when requested. There is a lot of love put into their work. It is truly Flowers with Amor (love).

Left a delivery notice for flowers I was not expecting. I called confused, they told me that I, in fact, had flowers. I asked for their business hours, and I was informed that they are only open during the times I am at work. When I told them “well I go into work at 8, and get out at 6, so I can’t pick them up,” the girlI was speaking to simply said “ok”. So since I basically had come to the conclusion that I would not be receiving my flowers, I asked who they were from or for her to read me the card, so that I could thank the person who sent them, and she said “we can’t give out that information.” So, to whoever sent me flowers: Thank you! Please never use this shop again, I never got my flowers..

I placed an order for a corsage for my daughter for prom. The lady that helped us was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable and helpful as to what colors and added touches would be best. When my daughter picked it up she was so happy and she showed me and I was almost in tears. So very beautiful. Perfectly put together. Will look so good with her prom dress. Very happy customer and will return for any future floral needs.***update. July 29, 2021***Want to give an update on again, how this flower shop has come through for me.I ordered flowers late in afternoon on a Friday to be delivered first thing Saturday morning for a funeral. I figured I wouldn’t be able to cause it was such short notice,, but I was so grateful the owner said she would do it.She put a beautiful bouquet together and it was delivered on time when I needed it.Thanks so much.

They dont like business in person. No one answering door or calls to open the locked door during business hours. Im sure they have beautiful gifts, just dont want people to come in and see.

Quality of service isnt good, dont try anything over the phone, youll always get a different answer to the same question. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake and made by the owner of the place. (You can tell if they only have 1 review and its too good to be true or exaggerated past reality.) Unless youre absolutely desperate, I would choose another area

I had order flowers off a website and they used this florist to deliver them. I paid the site extra to have them delivered within 4 hours and 7 and a half hours later delivered and the person wasnt even their to receive them. I paid extra to make they were there in time before their shift ended but nope that didnt happen and on top that the flowers were in poor condition I dont recommend this florist ever, poor service and poor flower quality. Id rate this place zero stars if that was option, your better off going to HEB and buying them and delivering them yourself.

You are not getting what you ordered. Flower arrangement was fine, just not worth the amount of money required to purchase.

Recipient of a flower bouquet of fresh cut flowers yesterday. Great delivery person. Brought the flowers into our home, there is no floral preserative, it has obviously been removed. The flowers that are what we would consider fill in flowers were already wilting and turning brown, removing them will likely be done today. Sent the sender a picture to thank her, she was very disappointed in what was sent or I wouldnt be writing this review. She said what was received was nothing compared to what the picture showed, she was very disappointed as what she had chosen was much larger in the picture and beautiful. Sad when someone wants to send flowers, they look up a company and trust them to take care of what they are ordering and then find out the sender themselves are so disappointed, they are ashamed of what was received. I dont write reviews but I will on this one because everyone should know how things are done and most never say a word about it.

First time ever using this shop and delivery was made in a timely manner and very beautiful arrangement.

Very unprofessional and far from being quick about what they do.I placed an order for my wifes birthday and the time was set for the morning the flowers being delivered... I beat the delivery guy to my house and i was at work all day!!! the flowers made it to my house after five pm... I really thought my wife was getting the surprise of her life,when i was the one who handed her her flowers when she walked through the door..🤦🤦🤦🤦

We went during Covid 19, and the owner assisted me, having a beautiful bouquet available at a good price. She stated that her employees refused to come to work, but she is. I am grateful to have been able to purchase flowers for a friend whose mother just passed. There is no replacement for flowers at a funeral to let your friends know that you are thinking about them.

Never received my order and deliver man/ manager stated that I told him told cancel my order which is a lie!! Horrible customer service and very rude !! Don’t waste your money and time will be wasted!!

I dont want to seem like the stereotypical great review like it usually seems, but honestly I cant say more.. the shop and staff have been courteous, and made the arrangements special in my view... I do appreciate what they have done for me over numerous placement orders... havent disappointed me.

I have never had problems with them. The flowers are always beautiful. They go well above and beyond their expectations. They have even delivered during off times when i needed them to. The owner is wonderful. The employees are outstanding. I will continue ordering from them!

Way to make my wife feel special! NOT! Had flowers sent to my wife 2 days ago. She loved them. However, they had delivered the wrong bouquet and actually came back to make her give the bouquet back, and handed her another one. Suck it up next time if you make a mistake! My God, you dont come back and demand the flowers back. Will never use them again! Shame on you!

Poor customer service, arguing over the phone, not allowing customer to ask questions. I would not use service. Spent close to 100 dollars for same day delivery and they attempted one delivery even though they were in the area twice. Did not call, only left door note. They requested recipient go to flower shop to pick up gift. Poor service and unkind associates.

Will never use them again. I used them for a Valentines Day delivery to my wife while I am deployed. Ordered an arrangement of pink tulips, her favorite, and even payed for the deluxe order. I was shocked at the picture she sent me. Im not sure what they are but they are definitely not tulips. To top it off, the arrangement was horrible. Litterally the worst arrangement Ive ever ordered. You could do better with an arrangement from Walmart. The main flowers were wilting and falling and the filler flowers were not bloomed. They have no customer support email address so I have no way of getting in touch with them while deployed. I wish I could attach a picture to show really how horrible these flowers look.

If I could give no stars I would. My friends daughter bought what she thought would be a great mum for her homecoming for almost 65.00. What she got was a cheaply made mum. It was made with a few pieces of ribbon and a football which she doesnt even have a connection to. When called to ask about how cheap it looked and that she went and spent 40 more dollers to have it look decent and like the others that would be worn, the Owner basically told her that she never had a complaint. And that if she wanted more things added to it, it was 1.00 for additional pieces. What did the 65.00 pay for to begin with is what I want to know. Ask for pictures of Mums before you buy one. Dont get burned, or better yet dont let your daughters hard earned money be wasted on a mum from this place.

I placed an order for my wife and the assured me that they will deliver it to my wifes work by noon. They totally messed it up. They eventually delivered the flowers to me at my house that evening. They didnt even apologize. I will never use this shop again.

If it wasnt enough that I had to miss another holiday with my fiancé who is living out of state, I then wasted my entire day off sitting at home waiting by the door because I pretty much figured Id get the standard Valentines Day flower delivery. By 7pm, after no card in the mail and no deliveries, I was in tears. Finally got a text that he did at least call in an order for flowers, but they messed up his order and then their car broke down.Woman finally showed up at my door at 9PM, handing me the ugliest and most pathetic flower arrangement Ive ever seen. Miniature carnations, 2 half dead roses, and a bunch of ugly greenery that was just shoved in between the flowers. Broken pieces actually fell out when I set the vase down.I text my fiancé to say thank you and attached a picture... he wasnt very happy about the 9pm delivery or the bouquet they delivered but, of course, they refused to answer their phone anymore after delivering the flowers.What a way to ruin an already difficult Valentines Day for someone. Way to rip someone off, taking his hard earned money and delivering the cheapest and most poorly put together bouquet possible.Would happily attach a picture if I could- does not even REMOTELY resemble the pictures on their website.Cannot believe these people stay in business. Pathetic.

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered today on Valentines and never arrived to its destination. I am highly upset that a company will do business like this I will definitely be contacting you all first thing in the morning for a refund thats for sure and nwver do business with you all AGAIN!

My Aunt ordered a potted azealea thru them to be delivered for my sisters funeral. It never arrived, and charged ger $60.00 for it.wish I could give No stars. Dont uuse this place.

THIEFS!!!!! These people are THIEFS!!!! I called in an order to be delivered on 3/29/16 and asked if I could mail them TWO balloons to go along with the order. The lady I spoke with agreed but she was going to charge me EIGHT dollars (which I thought was oddly high). I checked my cc statement this am to notice that she charged me SIXTEEN+ dollars, FOR TWO BALLOONS!! When I called to dispute the charge she said I meant each...EACH!! I hope it was worth the business, because I will NEVER call this THIEVING place again!!

Flowers I received wilted in one day after receiving. Followed all instructions as well. It was a beautiful arrangement, but disappointed in the quality.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentines and they were not delivered. I am very very disappointed. I spent 142 dollars.

It is 7:20 pm today, and my daughters flowers has not yet been delivered.

Horrible service. I ordered flowers for my fiance to be delivered to her work place. When I called to see if they can be delivered before 3pm they said they would see what they can do. So I asked if they could send them to another address and they disconnected the call. Never ordering again.
