I have never experienced any bad services or poor employees attitude. Home Depot is the place I use for all household fix up. They handicapped my restroom when my husband had his stroke. My gorgeous white fence they installed. Some kitchen appliances also were purchased at Home Depot. All my of my paint needs I get there. They carry a large assortment of Behr Paints. I get all from the Harper Woods Store. They are my too go to All in one shopping spot.

The ladies at the customer service counter really have great memorable personalities. They are beautiful inside and out and are a great addition to the store. They are the opposite of lazy they are very nice and you can tell that they enjoy life. Ive received help in the middle of the aisles from store associates paying attention to my confused look before, which is priceless. Ive made returns here. Kudos to yall!

I love Home Depot, almost always have what Im looking for at pretty good prices. I have patience when it comes to high end purchases like tools, and I can pretty much count on a sale within a decent amount of time. I just start keeping an eye out before I really need the tool. They would have received a 5 star if lumber prices werent so gosh darn high, even if its mostly out of their hands. A very good store. The website is sorta slow, and I know that can be remedied.

I use to love this store, but I rarely shop there anymore, because of the way they have their registers setup. There are no self checkout registers anymore, and the lines always extremely crowded. So, 3 stars are sufficient considering the long wait.

Some floor associates need more training to know whats in the store they work and the equipment to advise a customer correctly.

They wondful and the staff is great and they know you buy name and can help u find all you need my store 😉

Despite the low stock obviously related to the pandemic and crazy weather, the electrical department staff was super helpful in helping me find the fan and light fixture combo that would be perfect for me. I didnt feel like I was being overly pressured to buy something I needed. The guy helped me find what I was looking for, in a style I liked, and within my budget.

Do not shop at this store. The employees are rude, and the customer service is horrible. The customers in this store also lack common courtesy. The security is hostile. I am a senior citizen black female. I was treated with abandoned distain because I requested that this young black man that was standing behind me to please not stand so close. He was standing in less than arms length. The young black man became belligerent because of my request. The security guard agreed with him. I guess black lives only matter when a white police officer has a chokehold on a black man’s neck.

I actually like this Home Depot, it’s just that my experience this morning was horrible. You guys have an extremely rude man working in tool rental. His name is Kevin and Kevin actually hates his job. He was so rude and nasty this morning and it is way to early for that. I just left because…. No.

The staff at the customer counter were friendly and helpful,I placed an order on line for work received email my order was in and ready for pick uphowever the wait time was about an hour and 15 minutes to get my order released and brought out, no since of urgency what so ever.

Home Depot is the greatest store Ive ever been to for home improvement they have everything that you need deploys know where it is you dont even have to ask for a supervisor because the employees know where things are they were trained right and they are very good people I recommend people by their home improvement stores from home Depot Auto five stars I give them a 10

Love Home Depot! However, bought a Refrigerator May 23, 2021. It was finally delivered today (7/23/21). Problem: The delivery Guy did not haul away the old one and did not put the other one in the Basement (as promised). Can someone (at Home Depot) help me! I already paid!

Full stock shelves. Clean Ailes. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly staff. The only problem is is they have nine lines for cashiers and six self checkouts and they only had three lanes open! Other than that its a great place to shop.

Great customer service in the tool rental department. We returned two Penske Trucks and the guy was great and went above and beyond to help! Didnt catch his name but a great face to represent the company!

By far one of the worst locations I have ever been to. Every square inch is covered in dust. But the worst offense are the check out “lines”. It’s a backwards system that causes customer confusion and is a very slow process. One cashier was berating and cussing at two gentlemen because they came up to her register thinking they were next. Never seen anything like it. I actually could’ve driven the extra 10 minutes to the location further from me and would’ve been home quicker, for two items btw, then going to this one. Never again.

So my parents ordered a washer from home Depot. They came out to deliver the wash and took it back because they said some plumbing needed to be done before they could install it. My father has the plumbing done and he calls them back to have the washing machine installed. Magically the machine has disappeared and he has to wait. Yesterday the machine was supposed to be delivered from 4-8 they never showed up. Today he was told that the machine was delivered and hes been passed around on the phone for over an hour on hold. To make matters worse instead of owning up to it Home Depot yet again tells him he has to wait to get his machine.

We bought some deck lights, and we were in and out about 15 minutes. They always have what I need👍

I had a plumbing emergency and went to another home improvement store before this one with no help. When I showed up here David Coach took his time to explain to me my issue and how I could fix it for good. I dont have any plumbing experience at all. David walked me through everything with such detail that I was able to do it myself and save a bunch of money not hiring a plumber. I am very happy with my experience here.

Could not find what I wanted I found it at Lowes

I placed an online order April 25th at 6:30pm. It was supposed to had been ready the same day before they were closed. I didnt call them I wanted to allow them more time to prepare my order. April 26th at 8am I checked my status of my order at and it was still not ready. I waited until 11am and called they didnt answer the phone I had to call several times before I got someone and when I didnt be said your order is not ready because no one prepared it and it should have been prepared last night. So I asked him can he prepare it so I can come pick it up. He got really silent and said hold on. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and a lady picked the phone up and asked how can she help I explained that the young man placed me on hold and Im not sure if he is pulling my order that I placed last night online she says oh and placed me on hold. The young man came back he pulled my order and I thank him for that but they need customer service training.

I shop here all the time. They run out of Lysol spray for people who just need a couple of cans 😒 🙄 because early in the morning 🌄 the big companies are allowed to buy cases. I understand the front liners need these can but people like me need a can or two as well. The should make 2 limit so other people have a chance to buy some Lysol spay. The are not the only ones with this problem

Fail to keep their inventory straight. Online and their system while in the store showed there was five of an item and they actually had zero. Employee said “oh yeah, the inventory count isn’t necessarily right”. Wasted time driving there.

We come here because its close to home. However the store is always lacking on variety. But overall, its not the worst.

This location is trash. Been there twice but that’s enough for me. The first time the “employee” delivered my curbside order in street clothes and a durag. The second and last time, they never came out for curbside so I left but they marked my order as completed. I usually go to one further away and they just confirmed why I do that.

I placed an order for curbside pickup. After arriving to pick up the items, I waited for almost an hour before they were brought out. There was no message about extended wait times, and no answer when I tried calling. Would have been nice to be notified of the wait.

Long lines, no assistance/help whatsoever, I do not like this location.

At the return station, the representative cashier was very helpful, friendly and processed my return in a timely manner. Several of the employees that I asked for help were patient and had knowledge of the stores product locations. With their help I had no problem finding the items I needed.

Omg stay away if you are picking up items. If your a d over stay away from this location. Repeatedly I have gone to this location for pick up to deliver. Always an hour plus with just one order or five. Same lady Everytime also. They only have one person working the computers on each side of return and pickup also while 10 people stand around in a group and talk like its highschool all over again. Upper management is not trained well and authority in the work place doesnt get enforced it seemed like because of entitlement issues or something. Not sure what the problem is with this location. Their delivery orders and completions are going to dramatically decrease when this is the only home depot you cant get home delivery from because their desk at pick up is so messed up.

This place is hideous. I’ve been to Home Depot all over the country and this one by far rates the worst. always dirty always lines out to the back of the store.I am here at the store today at 10o’clock in the morning with only two cash registers open and the line is literally across the front of the store. Do not come to this Home Depot, unprofessional at best.

Its that time again needed to change out air filter for Central air unit. Home depot had all different sizes so glad one stop lines were long but moving fast cashiers on point with speedy service

NOT TO MENTION THEY HAD A BUNCH OF OTHER ISLES CLOSED WITH THOSE LITTLE GATE THINGS SO YOU WERENT ABLE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE ISLES EITHER. I DID END UP GRABBING A COUPLE OF ITEMS THAT I HAPPEN TO WALK PAST IN THE CHAOTIC MAZE OF A STORE THAT I REMEMBERED I NEEDED, THEN I WALKED TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE TO PAY AND THEY HAD TWO (2) HUGE LONG LINES OF GUESTS WAITING TO CHECKOUT WITH AT LEAST 15-20 PEOPLE IN EACH LINE. ALL OF THE SELF-CHECKOUT REGISTERS WERE BLOCKED OFF AND CLOSED AND THE ONLY HAD TWO OPEN REGISTERS WITH CASHIERS TO CHECKOUT A STORE FULL OF GUESTS, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN UNDERSTANDABLE TO AN EXTENT IF THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED BECAUSE I KNOW A LOT OF PLACES ARE WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON CURRENTLY, BUT THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE IN THE LEAST. THEY HAD AT LEAST 5-6 EMPLOYEES STANDING BEHIND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER DOING NOTHING BUT, CHATTING AMONGST THEMSELVES, NOT ONE GUEST IN SITE AND THEY HAD SEVERAL OLDER GENTLEMEN AROUND THE STORE WORKING VERY HARD AND STOCKING THEIR SHELVES AND THINGS LIKE THAT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I IMMEDIATELY LEFT MY CART WHERE I WAS STANDING AND WALKED OUT OF THERE WITHOUT PURCHASING NOT ONLY WHAT I WENT THERE FOR, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY DECENT SALE FOR THEM BUT, THEY EVEN LOST OUT ON THE SALE THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE OFF OF THE FEW SMALL THINGS I WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO GET TO AND WAS STILL WILLING TO BUY... This company is really losing a ton of money on this particular location and for the amount of labor that they had on shift, they are losing even more money.. Not to mention the fact that once someone has an experience like that somewhere, they are not likely to return at all.. Which is definitely the case with myself and I could imagine many many other people who have visited because you can clearly tell that this was not a once in a while issue or maybe an OFF DAY, this store is always like this and there are many things that really need to be addressed in order to really fix the problems and make it somewhere people want to shop and I can imagine a place that you guys actually want to have your company name and logo affiliated with..

I have 3 Home Depots within 5 miles and by far my favorite! Employees are courteous & HELPFUL. Todays visit took a little bit longer, but they didnt have enough staff to help me load immediately. However, pleasant employee over 35 (lol) did help me eventually. Would recommend this store!

Terrible customer Service...7 mile and Meyers store... I had to call the corporate office and make a complaint. Then the assistant manager came and helped me. The store was overcrowded... NO ONE was social distancing...NO ONE!!! No one on staff was enforcing it either..in fact, the guy in the equipment rental invaded my space... by walking up on me less than 2 feet closing the overhead door to say he was going on break for an hour and couldnt help me... I had to backup, bumping into my husband behind me, to get away from him. Awful store. Understaffed...no customer service skills....They should close it down and train the staff. STORE GETS ONE STAR BECAUSE THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS GOOD!!

Have gone three times now and service is fast at the checkouts. As long as youre asking for someones help that works in that department, youre good. Items in stock and abundant. Renovating my attic and so far so good. Contractor pricing only exists if its 15 or more of something. At Lowes its 10 or more of the item. Either way, Im coming back.

Good service at check out.Hole digger is very nice compared to the L store. The Depot hole digger(black) is strong and sturdy. The Lo stores version of hole digger(yellow) is weak and lower quality but cost the same price as Home Depot.
